2、上课：

在课堂上，认真授课，运用电脑、实物教具、简笔画，情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方，我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。

3、作业和辅导：

作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在句形转换、完成句子，学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，大大提高了教学质量。

4、考试：

本学期进行了多次考试，每次的考试，都能做到查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。

三、贯彻教学大纲的听、说、读、写进行教学。

在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。

听：平时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力，常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带，还让学生表演对话，背书。

说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，平时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，课堂上多让学生进行训练，提高学生的口语能力，激发学生的学习兴趣。

读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，平时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读能力。

写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，平时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作能力，很多学生的英语写作水平有了发展。

四、存在问题：

所教的班级中，有部分学生的基础较差，学习跟不上，成绩欠理想。今后要在这两个方面下些功夫：

一是通过定分数的方法督促学生学习;

二是对这些学生进行帮教，使他们改变学习态度，努力学习，力争在下期的学习中有较大的进步。

五、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整教学策略

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如:单词卡片等教具为课堂教学做好准备。

2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力 ，老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述，培养学生的语感;

为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确 的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习情境。只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉地、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

五、具体措施：

1、俗话说，兴趣是最好的老师，要培养学生学习英语的兴趣。2、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。3、每天记6个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。4、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。7、经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学习。8、认真专研教材和课标，既备学生又备教材，认真上好每一堂课。9、要充分利用现代教育技术，利用计算机和多媒体教学软件，探索新的教学模式，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改进学生学习方式，提高教学效果。10、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。
