学生情况分析

英语方面优等生少，大部分学生由于学习习惯不好，成绩始终平平。没有特别突出的学生，三分之一的学生基本上是属于中下层次的，八年级下语法比较多，基础差的学生几乎无法跟上教学进度。

一、 教学方面

开学后,我先了解各方面的情况,从教材,学情等方面入手。

备课时认真钻研教材、教参,学习好大纲,虚心向英语组其他老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课,写好教案。开学一两周后,就去听同年组老师的课,向他们认真学习、取长补短。

上课前都提前到班级做好基本的准备工作,调整好状态。课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,使学生有举一反三的能力,培养学生的学习兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯,如认真做笔记,课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。 课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导,不明白的耐心讲解,及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多,如单词、课文等,就要求学生一定要过关,没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵,培养学习英语的语感。

除了教学,本人还特别注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生,包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐等方方面面的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提,也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

大家好!我的名字叫___，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自我的事不上心。上六年级的时候，校园就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。

此刻，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。但是，我必须要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到透过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也期望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自我的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过教师不少责备。我也期望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就能够找我交个朋友。

对未来初中生活的期望。我期望能在这4年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友情，能从教师那里学到更多的知识和道理。我期望大家能够了解我，喜欢我，也期望同学们能团结友爱地度过这4年。

一、说教材

(一)教材的地位和作用：

本节课是人教版八年级上册第六单元I’m going to study computerscience的第一课时。这一个单元在本册教材中占有重要的地位。本单元的中心话题是谈论自己与他人的理想职业及未来打算。首次接触“be going to”结构，了解将来时态。

(二)教学目标：

1、知识与技能：在这一节课中需要让学生能够掌握本节课所学的重点单词和句型，掌握一些与职业有关的单词，学会运用want to be… 和 begoing to… 结构来做句子和对话。

2、过程及方法;

3、情感态度和价值观，通过对理想工作的了解和认识，使学生认识到只要坚持自己的梦想并为之努力，你的梦想就会实现。

(三)重难点：

本节课的重难点主要是让学生掌握两个短语 want to be … 和 be going to … 、并能够运用这两个短语进行对话练习。

二、说学情

由于本节课的教学对象是八年级的学生，相对于七年级学生有了一定的英语基础。在单词记忆和句子掌握上有了一定的方法。但是为了保证本节课的成功，还需要先提问那些勇于举手发言和英语水平相对较高的学生们，让其他的学生们能够明白和了解我所提问的内容，并给与他们充足的思考时间和自信心。

三、说教法

在本节课中，我将授课、PPT演示与学案相结合，做到精讲，多练。同时，将自己的角色定位在不仅仅是知识的传授者，同时也是课堂的主导，主要让学生做主人，提高学生自主学习的能力和小组合作的意识。

四、说学法

引导学生通过猜测、观察等方法逐渐感悟新语言项目的功能，让学生在多层次的练习中体会到学习英语时“运用”的必要性，鼓励学生积极思维，大胆尝试。
