新的学期开始了，新的一轮教学工作又有了新的要求。作为一名教师，面对学校翻转课堂的新形势，，我认真反思上学期的英语教学工作得与失，并制定了本学期的英语教学工作计划。

一、教学目标

在本学期的英语教学中，我们采用翻转课堂的教学模式，并坚持以下理念的应用：第一要培养学生自主学习，合作探究的能力。第二要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神；第三目标设计要以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础；突出学生主体，尊重个体差异；第四要注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之，让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Gooduser而不仅仅是Learner。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

二、实现目标存在的问题

1、教育教学质量方面

（1）从教师自身方面来讲，虽然翻转课堂在我校推行了两年的时间，但是对于翻转课堂“二段四步十环节”的内涵领悟不透，课堂落实不到位，经常讲的较多。在学生培训环节，没能充分关注学生的学习习惯和学习能力的培养。在微课制作上，制作手段粗糙，微课内容和形式不够吸引学生的兴趣。

（2）自己平素重教学、轻研究，不利于自己能力的发挥；重教书、轻育人，不利于学生潜能的挖掘。有时在工作上放不开手脚，缺乏动力和激情。自我师德修养和专业水平需要进一步提升，理念需要从根本上转变，境界还需大幅度提高；关爱、指导学生方面还需下大力气。

（3）英语教学中知识落实与能力培养问题。对于英语这门语言学科来说，在上半学期的教学中，我一直在抓落实方面做得不充分，单词检查往往有始无终。阅读教学不深入，学生思考的时间不多。对于英语至关重要的听和写的能力训练不到位，导致了教学方面学生面面忙，面面无提升的现象。

2、育人方面

学生经历了高一上半年的学习，对于翻转课堂的教学模式比较熟悉，但是自主学习的学习方法还需进一步的培训和适应。而且我校学生来源也比较广，县内仅占小部分，大部分来自县外，生源质量参差不齐，英语水平更是如此。尤其是听力，县外一部分学生水平较差。这样，从课堂语言、课堂环节、课堂节奏等各个环节上，要提升学生兴趣，落实知识掌握，挺高学生能力还需下较大功夫。

三、实现目标的措施

1、积极参加集体备课，充分发挥备课组力量。认真钻研教材和教法，使得先学后教在教学中被充分运用。选择恰当的教学方法，平时积极探讨，相互交流，有经验及时总结，有问题及时解决。

2、进一步激发学生的英语学习动机，提高他们的学习兴趣，使他们具有较强的自主学习意识。使得学生们在教师的帮助下计划、组织和实施各种英语学习活动；能主动扩展和利用学习资源，从多渠道获取信息；能根据自我评价结果调整学习目标和策略；能体会交际中语言的文化内涵和背景；复习巩固语言基础知识，注重过程性评价，培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

3、突出教学重点，攻克教学难点。突出教学内容的重点：听力、口语、词汇、句型、语法、阅读、书面表达贯穿整个教学过程。每天进行单词、短语、句子的听写和课堂过关测试，以巩固本单元所学到的知识。同时加强综合填空、阅读理解、书面表达等方面的能力训练。

4、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。尤其要关心后进生，厚爱特困生，积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生，要做好“培优补差”。

5、在上好课的同时，积极参加各种教科研活动，从而不断提升自己的专业素养。

6、抓好因材施教，落实全员育人导师制

具体步骤如下：

3、钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

诚然，"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如：当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

我今后的改进措施：

1、多与学生沟通。多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。

2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

八年级是初中阶段最重要的一个学年，八年级下学期更是初中的一个重要时期，英语学科更是如此。但是有的同学英语基础薄弱，加之一些不是很好的学习习惯，并且随着青春期的到来心理变化比较大，给教育带来了一定的难度。本以为有了两年的相处会容易些，教育起来应该是驾熟就轻的感觉。但是有时还是没有想得那么简单。还是会遇到一些棘手的问题，需要思考，需要动脑筋去解决。其实细想也很感激这些机会，遇到的问题越多，积累的经验也就越多!有人说：“没肇过事的司机不会成为好司机!”我想道理应该是一样的!不经历风雨怎能见彩虹?

一、现实的感受

众所周知，教学工作是教师的中心工作。一学期以来我一直认真负本职工作，认真书写教案、备课，并针对学生实际学习情况有的放矢的开展工作，对于这方面我可以做的相对轻松，而且也很喜欢给学生上课，在课堂上总是感觉自己很有精神即使身体不舒服。课堂上，耐心细致地讲解，为使学生能够更好地接受书本知识，并有目的的培养学生的独立自主意识，平时更认真研究学生、钻研教材，为学生提供实践的机会，使学生在易学易懂的情境下进行学习，提高了学生学习的积极性。同时，进行分层次教学，扎实基础的情况下，调动学生积极性，给学生以充分的自主发展空间。我们每周一的集体备课时间更是让我受益匪浅，我们每个人都很认真，这让我懂得了工作中要勤思，善实践才能有收获!真是受益匪浅。两个班都有一些同学英语基础不好，随着知识难度的增加，词汇量的增大他们开始偷懒，甚至有个别同学跟不住老师的步子，无聊之际出现了做小动作的现象，说话的现象。但是现代教育的要求，只能选用教育说服的方式。现代孩子比较好所谓的面子，课堂上的批评会引起矛盾的产生，并且并不利于教学。所以大多数时候我会选择谈话方式。原以为下课后真心诚意的推心置腹的谈话会马上端正他们的学习态度，但是没想到的是现在的八年级学生不像七年级学生那么好说服的，有时也得采用一些小的策略去抚慰他们那容易受挫的心灵，给与一些适当的鼓励，真的得拿着放大镜去找他们的优点，才能把他们拉回到该在的轨道上来。教育教育既得教还得育，在育的过程中，我们可能会遇到很多突发事件，那么对经验并不丰富的我来说，书籍是我最直接获得解决办法的途径，也是比较有效的一种途径。更是对我教育教学能力及自身素质方面的提高最有帮助的一种形式，同时使我在思想上有了很大的进步。

二、书中的收获

本学期我积极响应上级教育部门及学校的号召，利用业余时间，阅读有关教育改革、课程改革的资料，读完了《教书匠》，《给教师的100个建议》，《有效教学》等。虽然这些书并不是教育圣经，其中的一些内容并不适合我们，但是却使我看到了一些先进的有效的教育方法，使自己首先具有了一种先进的教育意识及理念，并在教学工作之余不断积累理论知识并将理论知识与自己的实践结合，这使我的教学工作有了很大进步。

本期开学伊始，本人接替八年级一班的英语教学工作，经过与其班主任协商，决定将本人所带班主任的班与之一齐进行适当的调整，调整的依据是两班学生上期末的考试成绩和日常的行为习惯表现。至今，透过几个月的教学观察，两个班学生在英语学习方面存在很大的问题：一是学生对英语学习严重缺乏兴趣、主动性和用心性;二是严重缺乏正确的英语学习方法;三是由前导致的两个班整体英语学习氛围不浓厚。

针对以上的状况，本人在后期的英语教学中决定从如下几方面入手，力争透过如下的方式循序渐进的来改变学生学习英语的现状，并逐步使其在英语学习方面取得进步：

首要的是精心设计课堂教学资料，以调动学生学习英语兴趣为主要目的。针对我们学生的基础，务必将课本后期六个单元的资料进行简约化设计，不能想象将课本所涉及的一切都教给学生。那么如何简约化呢我想首先是给学生呈现学习目标，围绕学习目标点对点的展开教学;二是根据学生的基础适可而止的进行延展，不能搞跨越式传授知识;三是借助于网络，搜集网络上适合学生口味的有关教学单元资料并借鉴过来。

第二，加强学生英语课堂学习行为习惯的调控。两个班的学生，课堂上都懒于动口动手，尤其是动口，正如我和学生开玩笑：大概是因为冬季来临，枯水季节，电力不足，要么是录音带受潮，他们嘴里放出来的声音极不流畅。在后期的教学中，学生该动口的，务必动口，与同学间课堂资料的口语交流，课本语篇的背诵，包括利用早读课;该动手的，要求学生务必做笔记，记录下那些重难点和关键，督促学生课本上不能干干净净，至于作业、练习，就更不用说了。

第三，随时注意学生英语课堂学习效果的信息反馈。透过学生参与课堂学习的用心性，思考回答老师提问的准确性，作业完成的质和量等来把握。课课有听写，堂堂有上节课资料的口语展示。根据反馈状况给予学生关注、提醒和教育，并要求学生及时整改。

第四，合理安排后期的教学时间，上好余下的新课资料，制定周密详实的期末复习计划。

后期还有六个单元的新课资料，力争在六个教学周内完成，除此外还余下三周的复习时间。在复习期间，一是引导学生对课本知识进行系统复习，包括每个单元的词汇、短语、句子和篇章以及语言目标的运用;二是利用学生手里现有的教辅，透过练习、检测，督促学生巩固单元知识;三是利用一周时间，对学生本期掌握知识状况综合评估测试，并查漏补缺。

总之，做教师的，为学生而工作，不是为了应付繁琐的所谓上级任务而奔命。

时间飞逝，转眼间一个学期又过去了。本学期我担任八年级英语教学工作。我知道自己经验尚浅，因此我认真对教学工作，深入研究教法，虚心学习。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、认真备好、上好每一堂课。

从开学初，我便积极参加各种教研活动。作为一名年轻的教师，我主动向有经验的老教师请教，取长补短，不断的提高自己的业务水平和教学能力。

英语是语言。困此，除了注重课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读、多讲、多练。为此，在上早自习和英语课时，我坚持让学生大声朗读，发现问题及时纠正;经常进行听写训练，抓词汇和句型学习，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力。

四、因材施教，重视学生的辅导工作。

我利用每天中午和下午自习的时间对学生进行辅导，及时查漏补缺。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象。差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对学习比较差的学生进行集中的辅导，给他们进行强化训练。适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩。

总的来说，这一年的工作我取得了一定的进步，但也还有许多不足之处，如：

1、班级整体学习氛围不浓;

2、学生整体基础非常差，英语基本功弱;

3、部分学生学习态度不端正，学习自主性差，不能独立完成作业;

4、写作能力差，很多学生不能造完整的句子;
