二、学生情况分析

①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露,读,不会读,就谈不上听得懂,看得懂,从而导致破罐子破摔的现象。

②基础知识不够扎实,灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。

③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累,只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索,才能学会并掌握语言知识,从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

三、本学期的教学目标及措施

职高二年级是高中的重要阶段,又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此,让学生在二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到:巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力,侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力,培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高,缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分与其他兄弟班级的差距。让复杂问题简单化,使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外,在本学期的教学中,要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等,扎实基础知识,突击写作训练,为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下:

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材,灵活使用,发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关,反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤,抓重点,搞强化,在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功,坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、培养学生的阅读能力,并以这些材料为基础,扩充学生词汇量,做到每学完一篇课文,就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材,扩展学生阅读量,努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量,词汇教学以新带旧,从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的,做到经常督促、 检测。

4、加大基础写作训练的力度,大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型,使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法,从句到篇,从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练,鼓励运用背过的句型,提高学生的写作能力。

5、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试,主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容,间或分块测试,习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲,让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉,学 会思考、整理和归纳。

快乐的时间总是过得特别快,不自不觉间就要和师生说再见了。仿佛是昨天刚来学校,今天就要结束了,为期一个月的.实习太短暂。回忆这一段时间我过得充实、也很有意义。在实习学校接近一个月的时间里,我对于小学中的日常教学和日常工作情况有了一个大致了解。在这一个月的实习中,我也深深感受到了做一个合格老师并不是想象中的那么简单,上好一堂课更不是想象的那么容易,想让学生真正学到知识和做人的道理也不是我想象的那么轻松。当一名优秀的人民教师任重而道远。再优秀的教师也是要经过千锤百炼,只有不断挑战,才能塑造全新的自己。

近一个月的实习生活,快乐并充实着。从读书开始,从见到我人生中的第一位老师开始,我就一直梦想着自己有一天也能当一名教师,站在讲台上给学生传授知识、授予学生为人处事的道理。也因为这个原因,高考后报志愿时,我义无反顾地选择了一间师范院校,争取日后能当一名老师。自此以来,我就渴盼着走上讲台,希冀着孩子们叫我“老师”。这次终于如愿以偿,心中无限憧憬和期盼。我所在的实习班级是七年级(3)班。这个班级是七年级的优秀班级。实习期间,我主要负责的是英语教学,同时也兼任班主任。实习的第一周,我们初中组的9名实习老师主要是听年级各班英语老师上课,做好听课记录,取其精华,去其糟粕,并让自己尽快地适应新环境。了解从多交流多接触多见面开始。趁着学生课间休息和体育课的时间多和学生接触,争取在短时间内快速了解学生,记住学生的名字兴趣爱好等。掌握学生的基本信息后,能更顺利地为接下来的课堂教学做准备。在实习的第二周,我已经把全班52个同学的名字都记住了。这也是班主任工作的一部分。每天早上6点多钟起床,然后坐公交车来到学校,吃完早餐就督促同学们的早读,然后一天的课程开始了。

想起我的第一节课,那时候的我心里很紧张也很忐忑,我担心自己教的内容学生会听不懂,担心课堂上会不会出现更多我不能掌控的意外,而且坐在教室后排的还有我的组员和我的指导老师。刚开始站在讲台时我真的很紧张很紧张,但是慢慢地这种气氛就缓和了,这要感谢我的老师、组员和学生们给我的鼓励、信心和信任。谢谢他们!万事开头难,但这个头我算是开好了,往后的4节课都很顺利地进行,我的教学风格教学技能也得到了我的指导老师、组员还有学生的肯定。

实习期间,我既是七年级(_)班英语老师,也是他们的班主任。在实习期间我上了一节有关如何提升英语学习兴趣的主题班会——英语Duang DuangDuang,同学们的收益颇多。通过这一次的主题班会,学生们也明白学习英语的方法有很多,如联想法,听英文歌、看英美电视剧、电影也可以学习英语,并不需要死记硬背才能把英语学好。主题班会结束后,从学生写班会感言中,我看到了学生对学习英语重新有了兴趣和信心,尤其是那些上课老睡觉,不想学英语的同学。最让我印象深刻的是我们班上最调皮捣蛋的男同学——陈明亮,在他写的班会感言中,他写道“老师,我以后一定会认真上英语课的,我保证!”,这让我非常欣慰。因为我的付出得到了回应,学生能有所得有所悟是我最希望看到的。

在实习即将结束的最后一个星期里是我们最累的时候,因为我们要组织七八年级的体验式主题班会比赛。除了上课之外,我们还得准备比赛的相关事宜。有时候经常中午加班没法休息。晚上忙完洗个澡差不多就是十一点多了,然后睡觉,第二天又早起,如此重复。虽然每天过得很累,但我却觉得很充实。

实习的生活像一颗巧克力,既甜蜜也伴有苦涩。甜蜜的是我把我的教学理论付诸于实践,并有了许多收获,我的教学技能也得到了很大的提升,而且我的学生能从我身上学习到知识,等到了师生的认可和尊重;苦涩是因为在实习期间要坐公交车上下班,而我是那种坐车总会晕车的人,每天早出晚归。中午累了直接趴在办公桌休息一下,又要继续下午的课程。但苦尽甘必定会来,在最后一周的“成长的足迹”体验式主题班会大赛中,我指导的主题班会荣获了一等奖。

快乐的时光总是那么短暂,刚刚聚首又要离别。在实习结束的最后一天最后的一节课里,班主任和全体学生给我们组织了欢送会,学生代表发言,赠送礼物,互送祝福。在这整个过程中,看着我实习过的教室、我教育过的学生,指导过我的老师们,心里充满了不舍,忍不住流下了幸福的眼泪。

在这段实习经历中我学到了:

1、要大胆地虚心地请教他人。

2、作为一名英语老师,要明白什么样的语言才能让学生听懂,课堂用语要简洁、清晰。尽量多用简单句、选择疑问句。

3、要重视团队合作,一个人的力量永远不够多个人的力量大。一个人的脑袋永远都不够用。

4、要注重教学反思。

5、要清楚新的英语教学课标要求,研读中小学英语的教学理念。

6、要关注学情,了解学生现有的知识水平和最近发展区。

7、英语教学要做到词不离句、句不离篇和篇不离境。
