一、第一节英语课的重要性。

主要介绍初中英语的学习目的、意义、方法等。教师可用汉语进行教学。教师要努力创造友好和谐的气氛，消除学生对上中学以及对外语学习的畏惧心理，使学生满怀信心、充满自信地迎接新的学习。

二、入门阶段的教学内容。

第一册课本头几个单元都是从听说入手，听说训练的比重较大。围绕“问候“、“介绍“，说明人和物等题材教学日常用语，只要求听说，不要求读写。同时教学26个字母和少量单词，要求听、说、读、写“四会“掌握。

1、字母教学。字母教学可以通过例词、例句来帮助学生掌握音和形，并以快速听写和快速认读卡片的练习方式来加强字母的音形在学生头脑中的印象，开展各种形式的字母音形联系比赛。

4、单词的拼读。语音与词汇有着直接的联系，可以用音、形、义结合的方法记忆单词。因此，首先要从教字母起逐步让学生掌握拼读规则。其次是通过每课教学几个符合基本拼读规则的单音单词，使学生对拼读规则有个初步的概念。再就是以元音字母为中心，组合成更多的单词，设计不同的听、说、写的口头、笔头练习，让学生反复操练，可以达到看到符合拼读规则的单词就能念出来，听到符合拼读规则的单词就能写出来的程度。

5、激发学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。好的开端是成功的一半，这样入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要。老师应尽量用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、表演等进行教学，使学生感到新颖，有趣味，调节课堂气氛，充分发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。

三、要完成上述五个方面的教学内容，教学中要重视培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1、首先要树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时，要有一个切合自己实际的目标，通过循序渐进的学习，在心中建立成就感。。

2、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音，从单词的读音知道其拼法的能力，做到“见形知其音，见音知其形“。

3、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同形式的对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述。多听录音磁带，要使听和说有机地结合起来，增强学生听的意识和说的能力。。

学习英语一定要勤学苦练，要靠日积月累地坚持学习，要不怕困难，只有这样才能逐渐达到熟练运用的程度，达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用这个工具进行交际的目的。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如:单词卡片等教具为课堂教学做好准备。

2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力 ，老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述，培养学生的语感;

为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确 的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

本学期我担任初一x班的英语教学。由于刚刚调进xx初中，对新环境、新教材的教学要求知之甚少，加上多年未教初一，教学上遇到前所未有的挑战。

因此，本人虚心请教同行、潜心研究教法、在实践中摸索前进。经过一个学期的努力，学到了很多教学经验，也取得了应有的成绩。以下是对本学期教学情况的简要总结。

一、培养英语学习兴趣

英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。

为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。

二、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法

在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。

本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。

为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。

三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7a教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。

第一组是有一定基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、专家、同行学习，争取更大的进步。

一、本期指导思想

在本学期的英语教学中，我将坚持以下理念的应用：

1、面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心培养创新精神;

2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;

3、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异;

4、采用活动途径，倡导体验参与，即采用任务型的教学模式，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功;

5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。

二、学生情况简要

在上学期期末考试中，我任教八年级二个教学班中，初二12班平均分名列年级第二，优生率第二，及格率第十;初二11班，平均分列第六，优秀率第三，及格率第七名。初二12班整体情况较好，有2名满分，但是不及格的人数比较多;11班也是低分率较高，导致平均分没有名列前茅，但是优秀率很高，而且有1位同学满分。

通过一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。

三、教材基本情况

《新目标英语》八年级(下册)，全书共有十个单元，另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

四、教学总体目标

1、学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。

2、能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。

3、能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。

4、能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。

5、能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

五、教学具体措施

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记10个生词，5个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督保证晨读效果。

4、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

5、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。
