本学期我担任初一(X)班的英语教学。由于刚刚调进XX初中，对新环境、新教材的教学要求知之甚少，加上多年未教初一，教学上遇到前所未有的挑战。因此，本人虚心请教同行、潜心研究教法、在实践中摸索前进。经过一个学期的努力，学到了很多教学经验，也取得了应有的成绩。以下是对本学期教学情况的简要总结。

一、培养英语学习兴趣

教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。 三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是新的教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一、指导思想

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

课前备课，做到有备而来。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。并且认真写教案。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片，实物(图片)，头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。课后备课，总结教学经验，每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

课堂上积极关注学生，充分体现学生的主体地位，认真授课。

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时。还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、通过听录音，复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。在学生进行合作学习，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学习英语的乐趣。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。

八年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体有所下降，容易出现两极分化。在我八(4)班男女生比例相当，要充公的调动中等生和后进生的学习兴趣，才能总体提高学生的素质。所以本学期应注意抓好中等生和后进生的学习，尤其本学期，千万不能松手后进生。课堂是面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，注意分层次教学，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

在上学期期末考试中，我任教八年级二个教学班中，初二12班平均分名列年级第二，优生率第二，及格率第十;初二11班，平均分列第六，优秀率第三，及格率第七名。初二12班整体情况较好，有2名满分，但是不及格的人数比较多;11班也是低分率较高，导致平均分没有名列前茅，但是优秀率很高，而且有1位同学满分。
