我要在这样的大环境下，努力挑战自己的能力极限，严格规范课前准备，立足提高课堂效率，重视课后反思，努力探索教育教学规律，争做研究型的教师。下面就本学期的教学计划及复习计划做如下安排：

一、教学目标

根据中小学课程教材改革委员会制定的《全日制义务教育英语学科课程标准》，参照国家教委颁发的《九年制义务教育全日制初级中学英语教学大纲》。通过训练学生的听、说、读、写，使学生掌握最基本的语言知识和语言技能，从而培养学生初步运用英语进行交际的能力;寓教于乐，使学生养成良好的外语学习习惯，为将来的学习打下坚实的基础。

以教材为载体，密切结合教材，在课堂上努力创设各种情景夯实语言知识及语言技能，从而激发学生主动学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的记忆、观察、思维及想象能力，为学生的终身学习奠定基础。

二、课时安排

本教材共8课，包括两课复习课。周课时量为6课时。在一学期(约17周)内完成。第1周到第12周，每周一个新课。后五周进行复习。

三、具体实施

1.课堂上随堂安排口头练习。课前进行复习提问及听写，记录成绩，分期汇总。

每两周进行一次单元测试，每学期安排单元检查两次，期中检查，期末检查各一次。

2.第1周到第12周，讲解课文;第13周开始进行复习。将每课出现的单词、词组、语法、句型结构及交际功能用语进行一周一次的专项练习。

3.复习计划

1)在讲解新课时，向45分钟要质量。以课文内容(talklikethis、lookandsay)为基础，运用情景教学法及多种教学形式，如集体活动、小组活动、两人一组活动等形式，努力在课堂上给学生创设一个模拟环境，使学生在仿真的环境下反复强化每课所学的句型及交际功能用语，鼓励学生在积极使用已学的语言材料基础上进行略有发挥性的交际活动。以此来提高学生的听、说、读、写及实际运用能力，使学生在用中学，在用中练。

2)每单元给学生补充一些与课文有关的知识性、趣味性较强的阅读文章。增加学生学习外语的兴趣。

3)对单词、词组、句型的复习。

了解并掌握基本构词法，如派生词、合成词、前缀、后缀等。掌握构词法可以大大增加学生的词汇量。从而掌握背词技巧，减少背词压力。

运用选择、判断及对话等多种形式，将各课的词组、句型归纳起来，做专项练习。将单词融入词组、句型中。在复习词组、句型的同时，也复习了单词，使这三项练习融会贯通，融为一体。

4)对语法的复习。

首先掌握6种词类(名词、代词、动词、数词、形容词和副词)的词性变化及基本用法。复习本教材中出现的语法项目，如动词不定式、过去完成时、宾语从句、过去将来时。

介绍每种语法的基本概念及用法。

结合课文中的句子进行操练。这样既复习了本书中出现的语法项目，又巩固了课文中的句子。可谓一举两得。

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7A教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目 标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分 配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成 绩;第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一、努力建立融洽的师生关系。

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的姐妹，关怀备至。

二、因材施教，掌握难度

在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案

相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。另外，我利用每天的课余时间辅导英语，主要针对中下等学生的听和读这两大难题，这样他们在课堂上便有“话”可说。当学生在课堂上获得了成功感，他们的自信心也会增强，也更加愿意参与课堂的活动了。

2、努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，作为新教师应多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录。

3、钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、存在的不足

"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如：当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。
