一、变革理念 转变角色

依据教育部大学英语教学改革的精神，遵循外语教学规律，把大学英语的教学的重点放在英语综合应用能力的培养上，有计划地培养学生合作学习与自主学习能力，加强 “基于网络和多媒体”的大学英语教学改革，激发学生学习的主动性，做学生学习的促进者、英语学习环境的营造者和学生潜能的挖掘者。坚持用前沿理论指导教学实践。我校在2019年开始在第一学期实施自主学习计划，指导学生制定自主学习计划、培养学习策略并进行自我监控与评价; 2019年开始进行用用ESP理论指导大学英语教学，在英语语言教学的同时，渗透相关专业词汇知识，做好与专业英语教学的衔接。

二、科学合理学以致用的教学大纲、课程体系

按照教育部新颁布的《大学英语教学要求》(试行)，结合我院实际，认真组织论证，完成了大学英语课程教学大纲的修订工作。大学英语课程既包括理论环节，也包括实践环节。在大学英语课程大纲中明确加入听说实践环节，明确教学任务和教学安排及评估标准。完善实践教学环节的教学计划、教学大纲、考核形式及成绩评分标准。总结出一整套英语实践教学环节体系。加强实践环节的教学监管，严格考勤、考核。把第二课堂活动作为英语实践环节写入教学大纲，加大第二课堂活动的指导和投入，规范第二课堂活动，做到有计划、有组织、有测试、有总结、有报道，活动后资料及时存档;加强口语街、“华航中外文化活动交流周”等特色品牌活动，“全国大学生英语竞赛”、“河北省CCTV世纪之星演讲比赛”等活动的指导; 组织英语竞赛如：背诵、英语歌曲、写作、短剧、英文电影配音等形式多样的活动，建立自主学习平台和英语广播站，不断提高英语广播站、宣传栏、墙报的制作内容的质量。

三、 以人为本 因材施教的教学模式

在新生入校后进行入学分级考试，根据其高考英语成绩将各班的英语基础差、成绩低的10%的学生组成普通班，进行分级教学。其目的是使英语基础知识差的学生得到相应的预习和辅导，在历时两个学期后能够适应正常英语教学，大学英语教学不仅实行了分级教学，还采取了教考分离制度。

在日常教学中，加强在合作学习模式下的大学生自主学习能力的培养。加强英语学习策略的培训，培养学生的合作意识和团队精神。将自主学习计划在教学大纲中得到贯彻，培养学生的学术能力和社会能力，提高学生的综合素质。注重培养学生的语言实际运用能力，特别是听说能力，一年级英语课程中实行读写译大班授课，视听说小班授课制，在小班授课中新增语音课程，同时明确大学英语课程建设、教学改革和人文素质拓展工作。建立基于网络的自主学习平台的新的教学模式。

四、整合资源，建设网络教学环境

坚持用现代网络技术推进教学改革。2019年以来，不断建设网络教学资源，在外研社的协助下，利用语音室建立学生自学互动网络平台，及时更新现有的大学英语自主学习网络平台。充分利用校园网、音频、校园广播等现代化设备手段，指导学生编辑制作节目，以喜闻乐见的视听形式调动学生学习英语的兴趣。

五、师资队伍建设

经过师生共同努力，学生综合语言能力有了很大提高。英语听说能力获得很大的提高;在达到《大学英语课程教学要求》的前提下，英语四六级通过率有明显的提高，同时，专业英语水平取得较大的提高，就业率得到明显改善。近三年累计6名同学在全国大学生英语竞赛中获得一等奖，六名同学在CCTV杯全国大学生英语演讲比赛中获奖，今年两名同学获得二等奖。四、六级通过率(达425分者)也在逐年提高，平均以每年6%的速度提高。2019届学生四级通过率为70%。在工科院校，英语课堂作为人文素质教育的重要窗口，人文素质教育得到充分的重视，也取得了良好的效果。

2020年7月商务英语专业大学生实习目的

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

漫长的一个学期过去了，为了今后更好地工作，现将本学期的工作总结如下：

一、教学工作

本学年我继续担任八年级137、139班的英语教学工作。在教学方面，首先按常规做好课前备课，认真钻研教材，努力创设适合年级教学的活动形式，以激发学生学习的兴趣，使学生从情感、思维和行为上主动参与到英语学习中。教学中坚持语音渗透，拓展学生的语音知识，培养学生自己拼读单词的能力。课后，认真批改学生作业，对作业严格要求，对学生做错的题，做到及时纠正。为学生树立榜样，带动他们养成良好的学习习惯，为高效学习打下基础。

二、学无止境

三、勤奋工作、常思己过

八年级学生已经有了一定的英语基础。对教学来说是一种挑战。因此，我调整了一下教学方法。

首先是鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度，几个月下来，我终于相信赏识教育真的会发挥很大的作用。

第二是关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情感态度，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。方法是做到以下几点：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情感态度有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的机会，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言交流的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。

第三是加强对学生学习方法的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习。

1、创造条件，让学生自己制定阶段性的、可行性的学习目标。目标是学生们拼搏的核动力，是效率的加速器，是他们战胜困难的.自信心。作为老师千万别忘记，我们还要指导学生们实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和多方面协调的方法进行英语学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价、自我总结，并根据需要适当调整自己的学习目标和方法。

最后是对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习方式，评价应该采用测验及非测验相结合的形式，平时要重视形成性评价，对学生回答问题过程中的表现及时给予反馈评价，让学生的行为立刻得到强化，他才能在下一次回答时积极主动，久而久之，孩子就树立起了自信心也逐渐养成了爱动脑思考，积极回答问题的习惯。每次测验以后，应该引导学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确接下来努力的方向。

初三年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，为使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步，在中考中取得优异的成绩，我们初三年级英语备课组的几位老师群策群力，发挥集体的智慧，在教学中取得了一点成绩。现在我把我们的做法总结如下：

一、深入了解学生学情，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

我们的学生大多来自于农村，新目标英语对我们的学生来说不仅内容多，而且复杂，要背的单词、词组、语法知识多，久而久之，稍稍懒惰一些的学生就会在不知不觉中妥协，甚至放弃，因而学习英语的气氛不是很浓，学习自觉性较差。我任教的九年级两个班的优生很少，中等生断层，差生面特大。针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我们觉得培养学生的兴趣和学习习惯很重要，因而在教学中我在这些方面做了不少努力。培养学生课前多预习，课堂上集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教。利用晨读时间培养学生大声朗读的习惯，英语笔头练习相对来说少一些，但课后要分配一定的时间巩固当天所学的知识。同时教给学生一些学习技巧，灵活掌握学过的知识点，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，才能把所学的知识串联起来，不容易忘记。

二、认真组织课堂教学，打造高效课堂

课堂是教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以上课我设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，利用多媒体、展示台等现代化教学手段，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。

三、加强课外辅导，落实培优辅差计划

英语学习是语言的学习。困此，除了课堂教学之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。我把这批同学分为四个组。第一组是能力强，基础好，学习习惯好而且刻苦认真的，对他们多进行能力训练，以便他们达到更高层次。第二组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第三组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望能提高;第四组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

四、立足长远，认真总结

在本学年的教学工作中，我取得了一定的成绩。从本年度的中考成绩来看，我所教班无论从平均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。但"金无足赤，人无完人"，在日常工作中难免存在不足。例如：对学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

针对以上所说不足，在此提出改进措施：

1.加强与学生的沟通。教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生知识掌握不够扎实，多主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性地对学生进行教育。无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2.注重课堂教学的组织，对学生严格要求。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。
