一、爱岗敬业，乐于无私贡献。

三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师

必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。

光阴荏苒，白驹过隙，一个学期又即将结束了。回顾过去这一个学期的英语教学工作，有收获的喜悦与甘甜，也有困惑时的彷徨与无奈，但这历程让我更加热爱自己所从事的这份教育工作。为了能够查缺补漏，取人之长补已短，总结反思，以便今后更好地开展自己的工作。在此，对本学期的教学工作总结如下：

本学期，我任教八(1、2)的英语。八(1)班经过这学期的英语学习，他们的学习目的明确，比较好学，成绩有所提高;学习态度认真，基础知识比较扎实，课堂气氛比较活跃。八(2)班学生的学习主动性有所被动，学习用心性不是很高，整体也不够活跃。英语这学科，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至少部分学生想放弃。究其何因呢?学生对英语学习的兴趣不浓，听、说、读、写、全面训练的时间不够多，以及英语与中文的人文反差大等诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这一系列的因素，我觉得不得不不断改善教学方法与手段。

第一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。

在教学过程中，以学生主体，老师为主导，教与学互动过程中，先学后教，让学生带着问题去读和看，感受知识，通过观察、分析、思考，明白知识的奥秘和掌握知识的规律和特征。在教学实践中，真正地把课堂还给学生，构成师生和谐交流、温馨互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二、建立了融洽的师生关系。

在初中阶段，八年级学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。因此，我在教学实践中树立了正确的学生观，明确意识到学生的主体地位，急学生所急，想学生所想。用自己满腔的热情去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通与了解学生的思想动态，张扬学生的个性，成为学生受欢迎和亲近的老师。上课时，循循善诱和激发学生学习的兴趣，大胆创新，灵活多变的教学方式，点燃学生的学习热情，开启学生学习的心灵之光，让学生真正感悟到老师对他们的关爱，成为良师益友。

第三，严谨治学，端正教态。

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风，教师的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。我至始至终保持教学思想清晰，爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，端正教态，乐以寓教。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，听课的兴趣就高，效率高，理解知识快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至厌恶。八年级的学生正处于青春期，看问题有独立的见解，在课堂教学很注重老师教态和教学语言。为此，在课堂的教学中，我的课堂语言时而顿挫，语调时而高低，在必要时伴随有肢体语言，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。学生回答问题时，我的表情自然亲切，能让学生感到老师的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，增强自信，这样学生就大胆地回答问题。

第四，认真研究教材，加强学习，提升专业素养，上好每一节课。

本学期的八年级英语(仁爱)版教材主要在七年级的基础上进一步扩大语言知识，对学生运用英语语言综合能力的要求有了提高。本教材与学生学习分享四个单元：体育运动、保持健康、我们的爱好、我们的世界。本教材的主要内容，让学生学到了反身代词的用法、情态动词的灵活运用、形容词的比较等级及基本用法、动词的时态(一般将来时、过去进行时)、感叹句、宾语补足语。一学期来，师生共同努力，教学成绩有所提高。无论成绩高低，都体现了师生在这学期的教学共同的付出。更让我明白了加强学习，提升专业素养，严格要求自己，自觉学习和专研教材。与此同时，我抽出时间进课堂认真听同行的课，谦虚学习，与老师们探讨教学中的问题，及时想办法解决问题，探索新教学方法，提升课堂效率，为今后如何提高两班的英语水平!

besides,on the base of my three years’ work in students union, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. i also do many things as parttime job.though it was very hard ,i think i have learned what i can not acquire in my study .it is worth doing them i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is playing badminton, playing cards or surf online.

i like my majior. i will study hard in it in the postgraduate period, i think the postgraduate study can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future career.

2017年3月英语专业大学生实习报告

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!
