虽然几年来我校一直采用人教教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。

2.分析学生，提高学生能力。

根据以往的经验，我认为八年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。

3.分析自我，提高教学水平

只有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。对于考试的方向，讲课的方式形成了一定的套路，但是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。因此，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也因此成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，能力要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语老师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学习的学习者，增强持之以恒、终身学习的能力与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学习英语呢？我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录老师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最后有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，可是，检查后发现学生的学习能力不同，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生必须与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。

4.分析成绩，提高课堂实效

每一次考试之后，我们几位任课老师都坐下来研究学生的成绩起伏变化，同时，改变了以往老师分析完就结束了的作法，变成了趁热打铁，立即找到重点的学生来谈学习上的要求。这样，学生在一次次的谈话中得到了提高，也有了点滴的变化，上课的状态进一步变好。

5.其它工作方面

回顾自己教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学生的沟通时间少，多数时间在做自己的事情，占用了大量的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自己的情绪还是易受到班级内学习状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学习积极性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。

落实在实践中，面对我所教的这一班学生，别的我不想多说，我只有用更加热情的工作来尽量提高他们的水平和成绩。

一、基本情况分析

1.教材分析

新人教版《英语》八年级(下册)，全书共有十个单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习到的一些语法知识点有：情态动词、反身代词、不定式、连词、过去进行时、现在完成时、形容词和副词的比较级和最高级等。每个单元分A和B两部分，这两个部分分别提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的词汇量和阅读量。

2.学情分析

本人担任八年级257班的英语教学工作，学生60人。通过初中一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事，能就熟悉的话题交换信息，能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂纪律，这给教学带来不少困难。

二、教学目的和要求(分章节)

第一单元：通过讨论“健康问题”和“事故急救”的话题，学习用have来表述疾病，并使用情态动词should/shouldn’t给别人提供建议。

第二单元：通过讨论“志愿者”及“志愿活动”的话题，学习动词词组、不定式充当宾语、状语和宾语补足语的用法、使用情态动词could给别人提供建议。

第三单元：通过讨论“家务活”的话题，学会使用情态动词could发出礼貌的请求以及应允。

第四单元：通过讨论“烦恼与问题”，学会使用Why don’t you…?的句型给别人提供建议，同时重点学习连词until, so that和although的用法。

第五单元：通过讨论“难忘的事件”，学习过去进行时态，重点学习连词when和while的用法。

第六单元：通过学习“传奇和故事”，学会讲故事，学会连词unless, as soon as以及so…that的用法。

第七单元：通过讨论“地理和自然”的话题，学习大数字的表达、形容词和副词的比较级和最高级，同时通过阅读，更多地了解世界。

第八单元：通过讨论“文学和音乐”的话题，学习现在完成时态，学会讨论近来事件和个人经历。

第九单元：通过讨论“好玩的地方”的话题，讨论过去的经历，继续巩固现在完成时态的学习。

第十单元：通过讨论“居住环境”，学会使用现在完成时态具体谈论所拥有的东西，重点学会since和for的使用。

三、提高教学质量的主要措施

1.面向全体学生，注重素质教育。

2.以学生为主体，尊重学生个体差异。

3.采用活动途径，倡导体验与参与。

4.开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。

具体来说：

1.认真钻研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容，预备内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

2.充分利用现有的现代化教学设备，加强直观教学，提高课堂效率。

3.多与学生沟通，了解学生学习状况和需求，及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

4.积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛，课前五分钟活动等。

5.注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上，培优补差。

6.不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。

现在的学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性较差。由于刚刚升入初中很多学习方法习惯需要重新培养。

另外，学生在情感态度学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习

课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

具体措施

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

3、对后进生进行专门辅导，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

4、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主。

5、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。由于我所在的公司是北京驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”， 自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好;上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;与上司发生争执;情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古曰“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。” 遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主意要慎。而要做到这些，必须态度认真，作风过细，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会贻误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解(本公文由文秘范文免费提供，请注明！)，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。
