初二的英语自我介绍通用20篇

本人第一次教学小学三年级的英语，没有什么经验，但经过一学期的摸索、探讨与实践，我对三年级上学期的英语教学有了一定的经验，尤其是英语入门阶段的教学有了如下体会：

一、第一节英语课的重要性。

主要介绍初中英语的学习目的、意义、方法等。教师可用汉语进行教学。教师要努力创造友好和谐的气氛，消除学生对上中学以及对外语学习的畏惧心理，使学生满怀信心、充满自信地迎接新的学习。

二、入门阶段的教学内容。

第一册课本头几个单元都是从听说入手，听说训练的比重较大。围绕“问候“、“介绍“，说明人和物等题材教学日常用语，只要求听说，不要求读写。同时教学26个字母和少量单词，要求听、说、读、写“四会“掌握。

1、字母教学。字母教学可以通过例词、例句来帮助学生掌握音和形，并以快速听写和快速认读卡片的练习方式来加强字母的音形在学生头脑中的印象，开展各种形式的字母音形联系比赛。

2、书写教学。在教学之前可先让学生观看书上和老师在黑板上的示范，在大脑里形成清晰的英语字母形象和老师在书写时的连续性，整体性示范动作形象。因此，就要严格要求学生认真观察，要使学生养成看--想--写三者一体，或动眼、动脑、动手一体化的良好习惯。

3、音标教学。在入门阶段音标的教学应得到应有的重视。首先可以从教字母的名称音开始接触音标，以后可结合元音字母在单词中的发音规律逐步教学。也可以教完字母后，再集中音标的教学。要注意元音字母、辅音字母分类与元音音素、辅音音素分类的结合，字母的读音与音标的读音不能混淆。这样对学生在今后拼读单词、开口训练、朗读课文有很大帮助。

4、单词的拼读。语音与词汇有着直接的联系，可以用音、形、义结合的方法记忆单词。因此，首先要从教字母起逐步让学生掌握拼读规则。其次是通过每课教学几个符合基本拼读规则的单音单词，使学生对拼读规则有个初步的概念。再就是以元音字母为中心，组合成更多的单词，设计不同的听、说、写的口头、笔头练习，让学生反复操练，可以达到看到符合拼读规则的单词就能念出来，听到符合拼读规则的单词就能写出来的程度。

5、激发学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。好的开端是成功的一半，这样入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要。老师应尽量用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、表演等进行教学，使学生感到新颖，有趣味，调节课堂气氛，充分发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。

三、要完成上述五个方面的教学内容，教学中要重视培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1、首先要树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时，要有一个切合自己实际的目标，通过循序渐进的学习，在心中建立成就感。。

2、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音，从单词的读音知道其拼法的能力，做到“见形知其音，见音知其形“。

3、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同形式的对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述。多听录音磁带，要使听和说有机地结合起来，增强学生听的意识和说的能力。。

学习英语一定要勤学苦练，要靠日积月累地坚持学习，要不怕困难，只有这样才能逐渐达到熟练运用的程度，达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用这个工具进行交际的目的。

三、温故知新，克服遗忘

五、注意培养自学能力

"授人以鱼，不如授人以渔"教是为了学生的"学"，是要让学生"会学"。因此，我重视对学生的课外学习的指导，帮助他们养成良好学习习惯和自学能力。

⑴早读课，每天两名学生领着同学们坚持听课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地道的英美人语音、语调。

⑵指导学生订出学习英语长期计划和短期安排，每天坚持搞好课前预习。

⑶搞好课外阅读，对一些有自学能力的学生，给一些课外读物来扩展他们的指示视野。每周两遍日记，给他们面批一次，持之以恒。

⑷强调作业的独立完成，培养学生克服困难的意志。帮助学生认识到，做作业实际上是新旧知识的运用过程，一定要养成自觉独立完成作业的习惯。

⑸培养学生认真听课，初步运用英语思维和理解。

⑹从音、形、意几方面培养观察力和记忆力，打好语音基础。

⑺用联想对比，归纳演绎等记单词和语法知识。

一、指导思想

在八年级的英语教学中，我将坚持：

1、面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的爱好，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神;

三、所教22班和23班学生基本情况

22班共有学生42人，在上期末县统测中，总分为2207分，平均分52.5分，及格7人，及格率为16.7%，优秀人数为1人，优秀率为2.4%，最高分为96分;96分以上1人，90——95分人数为0，80——89分2人，72——79分4人，70——71分3人，60——69分6人，50——59分6人，40——49分7人，而39分以下还有13人;23班共有学生42人，在上期末县统测中，总分为2302分，平均分54.8分，及格9人，及格率为21.4%，优秀人数为0，优秀率为0，最高分为89分;80——89分5人，72——79分4人，70——71分1人，60——69分5人，50——59分8人，40——49分7人，而39分以下还有12人;学生总体的基础明显的参差不齐，有二十来个学生根本没有学习目标，完全放弃学习;但大部分学生有明确的学习目标，有一定的自觉性，学生的纪律总体还是不错，这样为学生的学习打下了良好的基础。

另外，学生在情感态度以及学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习、课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不留意知识的巩固和积累。

四、上学期的教学重点和难点

本学期的重点将继续学习词汇和习惯用语，学习的语法知识点有：频率副词、询问情况、方式状语、提出邀请、形容词比较级、最高级等。其中状语从句和形容词是本册的难点，将重点学习。

五、提高教学质量的措施

1、认真钻研教材，提高自己驾驭教材的能力;

2、积极参与课堂改革，将学生充分调动起来;

3、准确引导尖子生，抓好中等生，辅导好学困生;

4、作业做到及时批改，发现问题及时反溃或单独辅导;

5、认真备课，认真指导，尽量提高四十五分钟的效率;

6、天天背诵课文中的重要语段，培养语感;

7、规定早读内容，加强监督，保证早读效果。

1. 专研课本，提高课堂效率

从去年的考题积累中，我将课本教学与中考考点联系的紧密一些，对知识考点能有敏锐的观察力，有利于学生能在考卷中，提高分数，当然了，这也给我带来了工作量，我想基础的积累有利于我对课堂四十五分钟的把握。我立足于中考必备的考题，学习哈尔滨教师的专研课本和试题变化，使自己的教学水平提高的更有效。

2.提高备课组的效率

我们组的教师年龄队伍居中，对王**老师之外，其他的老师而言，我都了解他们的教学风格，教学能力和教学态度，我应该融洽组内的和谐，把合作和竞争放在一个平衡点上，有利于初二英语教学整体的提高，而不是在残酷的竞争中，消耗了我们的能量，要开阔的看待自己的教学，落后了，一定有其原因，要查明，再提高!

3. 开拓自己的教学视野

本学期的公开课很多，通过年轻教师的展示，提供给我学习的平台，因为你身边的每一位教师都不是你的竞争对手，其实，都是你的学习榜样，哪怕这个人缺点很多的，对于我来讲，他们都是提高我对课堂教学思考的一个起点，应努力去学习!

4. 提高案例分析能力

无论课堂教学还是班主任工作，我们都有太多思考的地方，每一天的故事很多，在眼前消失，太可惜了，在平凡枯燥重复的工作中，要有发现的眼睛，我们总是匆匆而过，没有很好的使用这个资源。都是写写反思，就是因太忙的理由，而放弃了，我本学期对这点上，我会提高我的能力。

5. 从读经典中，获取无尽的智慧力量

大量读书，让我开阔了视野，对待教育问题，能从容多了，20xx年里，看过了很多的书籍，开始的时候，没有理由，20xx年的光阴证明了还是积累沉淀了很多的思想，快速地让我提升了，在对待课堂教学问题和育人问题上，我的敏锐性要好一些，我想坚持读书，依然是本学期的重点。

6. 预习稿的改进

通过一年的使用，我对预习稿在实践中，有了新的认识，我可以再通过初二的使用，来完成预习稿的论文完成，形成理论框架，但是，必须还是搜集比较整理探究完成这个难得课题，从自己的班级到整个的学年，难度很大，但是，还是要尝试一下。

7. 加强21世纪报的阅读量的积累

二十一世纪报，通过多年的使用，有了一套自己的套路，有利于单词积累和开拓学生的视野，提高有效性，还是必要的。坚持做下去。

教学有没有兴味，全在于你有没有给它足够的重视。你要是认真备课，认真上课，认真批改，我想不可能不进步的。珠河十年越去了，展望未来，课堂教学有效性真是一个竞争点，所以，我还是提高自己的教学能力，提高个人的教学效率。新的学期开始，奔着美好前行!
