3.由于集团子公司较多，档案成分复杂，因此我用了大量的时间了解熟悉档案内容，以便在工作需要时能够尽快找到所需的文件;在新文件归档方面，严格按照归档程序，将各类文件分门别类，使其合理有规律，此外，当需要使用文件原件时，必须严格遵循档案管理制度，签署借阅单后方可借出。

4.负责办公室的电话总机的接听，将有价值的信息以及重要的电话内容进行记录;负责总裁办公室信息的传达，尽可能快速的将工作信息传达给相关的部门或个人;负责日常办公的打印、复印、扫描以及收发传真的工作，最大限度的节省纸张，减少不必要的浪费;

5.负责集团内部的日常消耗品的管理工作，定期的检查整理库房，对缺失的物品进行记录，对于耗光的物品要及时采购，避免影响正常的工作进程，同时熟知各个部门所需的消耗品名称以及类型，以便在采购物品时更加快速、准确;

6.协助办公室主任，做好公司内部的宣传工作，包括树立企业员工信心的宣传，传统节日的文化宣传，以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识，工作上取得了一些进步，但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先，本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次，不能严格要求自己，工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书，要有很好的记忆力，要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错，因此在这方面，我需要进一步加强，将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

第三，对工作程序掌握不充分，对自身业务熟悉不全面，缺少前瞻性，至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况，甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误，以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四，办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作，要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质，办事细心，思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够，时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后，对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够，在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺，往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

符合相关专业的表达习惯与要求，目标语言与源语言在行文风格上一致;符号、量和单位、公式和等式需按照译文的通常惯例或国家有关规定进行翻译或表达，译者的注释使用恰当; 6. 对于笔译项目，乙方在向甲方交付工作成果后，若存在以下三类错误，乙方应免费对工作成果进行必要修改，并不得另行收费： (1) 语法与单词拼写错误;

(2) 同一或同批稿件中前后用词或表达法不统一; (3) 由于专业或背景知识不足发生的错误。

第三条 为保证乙方有效进行翻译服务工作，甲方应当向乙方提供下列工作条件和协作事项：

1. 甲方委托乙方翻译或进行其它方式处理的文件或资料中不得有违反国家法律或社会公德的

内容，如果出现此种情形，甲方应承担相关责任并保证乙方不会因此而蒙受任何损失。否则乙方有权拒绝接受委托或要求甲方改正或有权随时单方解除本协议，并由甲方承担违约责任; 2. 甲方同意把技术资料电子稿或复印资料作为乙方的工作件提供翻译使用，保证提供待译资

料图文清晰、内容完整，乙方应保证维持甲方提供资料的原始完整性; 3. 为保证翻译质量，甲方应尽可能协助乙方，包括但不限于向乙方提供翻译项目所需的参考

资料，专业的固有、惯用译法，解答相关技术问题，必要时提供相关背景知识培训。

第四条 甲方向乙方支付翻译服务报酬及支付方式为：

1. 翻译服务费： (1)

笔译项目为外文译成中文的，下订单时计算的费用为估算，最终以甲方采用的译文版本中文字符数为依据计算实际费用。

(2) 以甲方最后采用的译文版本为最终确定稿计算字符数，以电脑统计的中文字符数计算

[Word—工具—字数统计—字符数(不计空格)]。如果中文稿为纸件，则以经双方确认的不计空格的中文字符数为准。翻译项目不涉及中文的，统计方式双方另行约定。 (3) 本合同服务费用按以上单价标准，以甲方订单要求的服务工作量计算。如翻译项目有特

殊情况需要调整价格的，经甲乙双方协商一致后在订单中明确。 (4) 乙方因履行本合同而产生的加急费、特殊排版费、差旅费、交通费、食宿费等费用经甲

乙方不得向第三方公开或传播(包括复制、影印和使用)甲方的任何文件资料、软件、档案、协议、技术和服务项目(口头的或文字的)以及其他任何形式的信息; 乙方同意所有甲方披露的资料都归甲方专有。乙方正在翻译的和已译好的文稿的专利权、版权、商业秘密，或其他知识产权项下的权利属于甲方所有，乙方无权处置; 乙方对甲方向第三方承诺的所有保密义务负有连带责任，即如果甲方因乙方泄密而被第三方追究责任，甲方将追究乙方责任。

第六条 本合同的变更必须由双方协商一致，并以书面形式确定。 第七条 双方确定以下列标准和方式对乙方的翻译服务工作成果进行验收：

1. 乙方完成翻译服务工作的形式：笔译项目乙方可通过电子信箱、传真、邮寄、或当面交付的方式提交译文稿件; 2. 翻译服务工作成果的验收标准：依照本合同第二条第4款执行。 3. 翻译服务工作成果的验收方法：由甲方验收。 第八条 双方确定，在本合同有效期内，乙方利用甲方提供的技术资料和工作条件所完成的

新的技术成果，归甲方所有。

第九条 双方确定，按以下约定承担各自的违约责任：

1. 乙方未能在工作期限内完成翻译项目，或虽已完成翻译项目，但需要重新修改而导致延期

第十条 双方确定，在本合同有效期内，甲方指定 为甲方项目联系人，乙方指定 为

乙方项目联系人。项目联系人承担以下责任： 1. 及时、定时沟通情况、协调处理有关问题;

2. 及时、定时向各自部门传递相关信息，保证信息的完整与准确; 3. 本合同第五条约定的保密责任;

一方变更项目联系人的，应当及时以书面形式通知另一方。未及时通知并影响本合同履行或造成损失的，应承担相应的责任。

第十一条 双方确定，出现下列情形，致使本合同的履行成为不必要或不可能，可以解除本

合同：发生不可抗力。不可抗拒力因素主要指战争因素;地震、洪水等不可抗拒的自然灾害;非合同方责任而产生的影响合同方工作正常进行的火灾;国家公共强制性原因引起的合同方不能正常工作产生的延时。

第十二条 双方因履行本合同而发生的争议，应协商、调解解决。协商、调解不成的，依法

大二的下学期， 我的职责是俄语翻译，翻译一些资料。实习的目的是增加社会实践经验，迅速将翻译理论知识应用到实践当中，并加强使用计算机和翻译工具的能力。

翻译实践的过程中，我总结了4种必备的翻译工具：一是灵格斯翻译工具，里面可安装简明俄汉词典、新俄汉词典、大俄汉词典、俄汉实用工业技术词典;二是百度搜索工具;三是Google搜索工具;四是яндех搜索工具——专业的俄文搜索工具。翻译的具体步骤可如下：首先可以现在灵格斯里查询不懂的单词或词组，寻找最符合原文的解释。当然这只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少专业的科技词典，在灵格斯往往是查询不出所需的单词或语义。于是，求助于Google和яндех则是很有必要的。按照我自己的经验来说，我采取同时在Google和яндех搜索的做法，并对同种搜索工具搜索结果进行比较。它们有着各自的优缺点。Google的优点是打开俄文页面的同时可以同时打开另外一个翻译页面，即Google可以自动把页面从来源语俄语翻译成汉语，而缺点是经常发生翻译错误，翻译的可信度是50%。яндех的优点是用俄语词组和句子解释俄语词汇，意义更准确，更贴近原文，而缺点就是有时用于释义的词汇过于深奥，过于专业，相当于用更专业的词汇解释专业词汇，即难上加难。所以我认为最后就需要用到百度工具了。结合Google和яндех的参考翻译，用百度搜索翻译过的专业词汇，查看是否有相同或相近的专业用语，之后才确定出最准确的译法。

自己校对，虚心地向本专业的老师和材料学院的老师请教。首先进行的自己去校对。原以为会限于“当局者迷”之说而不懂查看、修改自己的译文。但认真看完一遍译文之后才知道自己的眼睛还算是锐利的，检查出不少错误。比如最明显的一处是有一个句子翻译得不通顺，如果是一个没看过原文的人肯定是看不懂得。还有专业术语的译错。但错的最离谱的是编辑排版上的错误。于是我反复对照原文和译文之后，及时把发现的错误都改了过来。之后我找到了材料学院的一个同学，她的专业能力一直都是优异，她无疑是能够帮我校对的好帮手。我让她帮我看我的译文，查找出不符合材料专业方面的词汇或句子，并提出相关问题和相应地译法建议，之后我根据她的意见参照原文，采用了其中可取的建议。最后我就需要找本专业老师的对我进行针对性的指导了。我把之前摘录在本子上的疑点。难点句一一请教老师，比如应该怎样正确分析句子的结构，何种情况下采用拆分语义翻译，何时应该直译。老师讲得很详细很耐心，似乎想把自身积累下来的翻译经验全部都传授给我了。此行确实受益匪浅，越来越明白到做一个合格的翻译工作者不容易，要想做一个优秀的翻译工作者则是更难了，必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。

经过几天的翻译工作，心里感触良多，收获也颇多，细细梳理了第一次真正的翻译生涯，总结出了几点体会。

1、翻译的工作性质需要我们仔细、认真并且耐心。翻译是一项慢中出细活的工作，要坐得住，稳得住，要一丝不苟地对待，字字斟酌，句句思量，严格遵守“信、雅、达”的翻译标准，力求把译文翻译得通顺准确，忠实原文。

2、俄语和其他学科知识的积累。毫无疑问，要想成为一个出色的翻译工作者，就必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。这一次的翻译实践大大拓宽了我的视野，积累了不少专业的俄语词汇，也逐渐认清科技俄语文章的翻译特点。

3、计算机操作能力提高，尤其是俄语打字的水平。现在翻译文章无不需要借助于电脑，翻译的过程中直接考验了一个人的打字水平，现在我的俄文打字速度已经相当快了，即使没有俄文键盘照样能熟练打字。

4、增加了做一个合格翻译工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻译实践就得到了褒奖，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，对自己的翻译生涯充满了热切的期待。也许我不是天才，不能一下子就成为优秀的翻译者，但我愿意先从一个合格的翻译者做起，从合格到优秀，一直努力，一直在进步，这才是我一生所应该追求的梦想。

总而言之，实习是我通向职业之路的踏脚板，翻译助我通往人生的成功之路。
