八、双方对在本合同履行过程中所获知的对方秘密必须严格保守，未经对方同意不得向任何第三方泄露。

若在合同期限内任务提前结束，乙方应提前____天通知甲方终止合同。若在合同期限内甲方确定提供不了译员，甲方应提前____天通知乙方终止合同。若在合同预定翻译任务完成后，乙方另需甲方提供翻译服务，则双方就合同的各项条款另行商定。

九、双方如遇到非人为因素而导致不能履行合同或有未尽事宜，应及时协商解决。

十、双方应恪守本合同。如有违约，违约方应承担本合同约定的和国家有关法规规定的赔偿责任。因对本合同有异议或在履行本合同过程中产生争议，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成的，任何一方均有权提请___________仲裁，仲裁是终局性的，对合同双方都有约束力。
