四、在与同事沟通方面，我的性格偏内向，平时不太爱说话，缺少和同事之间必要的交流;性子比较急，爱钻牛角尖，沟通的方式方法欠妥。五、在医患沟通方面，有时工作中受到患者家属的一些责骂，容易把不好情绪带到工作中，就会产生消极应付的想法，心理素质不够硬朗。
