4、“三八妇女节”举行了护理技术操作比赛(无菌操作)，并评选出了一等奖、二等奖、三等奖分别给予了奖励。

5、12月初，护理部对全院护士分组进行了护理技术操作考核：病区护士考核：静脉输液、吸氧;急诊室护士考核：心肺复苏、吸氧、洗胃;手术室护士考核：静脉输液、无菌操作。

6、加强了危重病人的护理，坚持了床头交接班制度和晨间护理。

7、坚持了护理业务查房：每月轮流在三个病区进行了护理业务查房，对护理诊断、护理措施进行了探讨，以到达提高业务素质的目的。

8、9月份至11月份对今年进院的___名新护士进行了岗前培训，资料为基础护理与专科护理知识，组织护士长每人讲一课，提高护士长授课本事。

9、全院有___名护士参加护理大专自学考试，有___名护士参加护理大专函授。

五、加强了院内感染管理

1、严格执行了院内管理领导小组制定的消毒隔离制度。

2、每个科室坚持了每月对病区治疗室、换药室的空气培养，对高危科室夏季如手术室、门诊手术室，每月进行二次空气培养，确保了无菌切口无一例感染的好成绩。

3、科室坚持了每月对治疗室、换药室进行紫外线消毒，并记录，每周对紫外线灯管用无水酒精进行除尘处理，并记录，每两月对紫外线强度进行监测。

4、一次性用品使用后各病区、手术室、急诊室均能及时毁形，浸泡，集中处理，并定期检查督促，对各种消毒液浓度定期测试检查坚持晨间护理一床一中一湿扫。

5、各病区治疗室、换药室均能坚持消毒液(1：400消毒灵)拖地每日二次，病房内定期用消毒液拖地(1：400消毒灵)出院病人床单进行了终末消毒(清理床头柜，并用消毒液擦拭)。

6、手术室严格执行了院染管理要求，无菌包内用了化学指示剂。

7、供应室建立了消毒物品监测记录本，对每种消毒物品进行了定期定点监测。

六、护理人员较出色的完成护理工作

1、坚持了以病人为中心，以质量为核心，为病人供给优质服务的宗旨，深入开展了以病人为中心的健康教育，经过发放健康教育手册，以及经过护士的言传身教，让病人熟悉掌握疾病防治，康复及相关的医疗，护理及自我保健等知识。

4、病房管理尚不尽人意。

一年来护理工作由于院长的重视、支持和帮忙，内强管理，外塑形象，在护理质量、职业道德建设上取得了必须成绩，但也存在必须缺点，有待进一步改善。

__年护理工作打算：

(一)继续提高护士长的管理水平和护士的业务水平。

1、请院领导组织护士长到兄弟单位参观学习，扩大知识面，吸取先进经验。

2、继续做好护士长手册的登记和考核，继续坚持夜查房制度。

3、鼓励护士长多写论文，参加省内外的护理论文交流，开阔眼界，提高管理本事。

4、进一步提高护士的业务素质。

1)继续抓好三基培训和专科护理理论，定期考核上半年各一次。

1、坚持晨护一床一巾一消毒。

2、一人一针一管一带，用后及时毁形，浸泡消毒，集中处理。

3、消毒物品坚持包内放化学指示剂。

4、坚持床头桌每日消毒，一桌一巾。

5、病区坚持每日对治疗室、换药室、紫外线消毒，每周除尘，并有记录。

(三)加强护理文书管理，使护理文书合格率达二级甲等医院要求。

(四)狠抓护理安全：严格执行查对制度及各项操作规程，严防护理差错事故发生。

传染科护士工作总结传染科是传染病人隔离治疗的场所。病人和病原携带者体内的致病菌以多种途径排出体外，作为与病人密切接触的传染科护士，感染疾病的危险性很，所以提议传染科护士除了严格遵守消毒隔离制度和熟练运用消毒隔离技术外，还要注意手足皮肤的自护。

治疗和护理操作过程中的自护，据报道有二十多种血源性传播疾病可经过针传染，其中最常见也最可怕的是乙肝。丙肝、HIV，经证实被带乙肝病毒的利器刺伤，受伤者感染机会为6%～30%，只要有0.01ml的含I-IBV的血进入体内就可感染乙肝，被带丙肝病毒的利器刺伤，感染机会为3%～10%.由于近年来乙肝疫苗的临床应用，该病发病率呈下降趋势，而丙肝目前尚无疫苗，医护人员中发病率远超普通人群。所以作为传染科护士从思想上应加强自护意识，在工作中主动采取自护措施，减少感染机会。

①进行静脉采血前，必须要严格检查注射器和试管是否完好，有无破裂，以防带病毒的血液污染自我的手、足、衣服。采血后不要将针罩再罩回针头，避免针头误伤自我的手指。采血完毕后尽快将用过的注射器放进耐刺的装有消毒液的容器中浸泡。如果手部皮肤有破损，则必须要戴手套操作或避免操作。

②在治疗室配制药液前先在拇指和食指上缠上胶布，同时穿上能盖住足背的隔离鞋，防止掰安瓿时划破手指或碎玻璃、针头掉下来刺破足背皮肤。

③若在治疗和护理操作过程中，不慎被利器刺伤或被病人抓咬伤时，首先应尽快尽量把伤口处的血往外挤，同时清洗伤口，用碘伏消毒，并及时进行被动或主动免疫，此外还要注意定期检查。

平时工作和日常生活中的自护，传染科洗手方法不一样于一般科室，普遍采用消毒液泡手和肥皂流水洗手法，洗手次数多且时间长，消毒液和肥皂对手部皮肤损伤很，尤其是秋冬季节，手部皮肤容易出现干裂，所以每次洗完手之后必须要用消毒干毛巾擦干，再擦上护手霜。在家中休息时多进行手足皮肤的按摩，洗衣服时戴上手套，注意坚持手足皮肤的完整性，减少感染疾病的机会。

大家好!我叫孙健。我不但爱运动，还很好学，当然也有不少缺点。在班里我个子不算高，但是从不挨欺负，可是同学们老是给我起外号 孙子 ，我听了只好当没听见。有时我真怨爸爸，世上有一百多个姓，为什么偏姓孙。可这又有什么办法呢?这是天注定，也不能光怨爸爸。

我长着一双乌黑的大眼睛，总是一眨一眨的。眼睛下面长着非常端正的鼻子，还有一张说话漏风的小嘴。我总喜欢提一些天真的问题，有时问的很古怪，使人无以回答。

我特别爱运动，比如打羽毛球、跑步(必须是短跑)、玩篮球、踢足球......记得小时候打羽毛球，我和爸爸一打就是两个多小时。妈妈怕我们累，就劝我说： 别打了，再打就累出病了。 我冲着妈妈扮了个鬼脸，调皮地说; 母亲大人，我和爸爸壮实的很，您老人家放心好了! 说完我们都哈哈大笑起来。

我也很好学,我感觉节假日里最快乐最有意义的事就是逛书店了。只要一到书店，我就像来到了知识的海洋，如饥似渴地读着每本书......有时直到书店关门，我才恋恋不舍地回家。

让我再告诉你一个小秘密吧。不过，你可别笑话我。那是一个下午，刚下第一节课，我便和刘朋玩起了 警察抓小偷 的游戏。一开始，我扮小偷，他扮警察。我在前面跑的时候一不小心把老师放在讲桌上的挂图刮破了，我的心一下提到了嗓子眼，这下，可惨了!可是当刘朋抓我的时候又刮到了挂图，薄薄的挂图立时碎成几片飘到了地上。这时，同学们都看到了，全以为是刘朋弄坏的。我趁机幸灾乐祸地说： 老刘，你惨了。 他也要哭。正在这时上课的铃声响了，老师走了进来。老师看见挂图坏了便问是谁弄的，同学们都一口认定是刘朋。老师狠狠地批评了他一顿，又叫他罚站，我心里开始后悔了。虽然没有人知道弄坏挂图我也有份，但我为什么不敢勇于承认错误呢?今天我终于把它说出来，就算我的又一次深刻反省吧!

我是某级某班的学生，我叫某，是在初一(5.4)入的团。我深深感受到这个大家庭的温暖，团组织使我健康成长，使我认识正确的人生观，世界观。

共青团作为共产党的后备主力军，有着不可替代的作用，作为共青团中的一名，我们首先感觉无比的自豪，更主要的是我们应严格要求自己，并且学习上争高分，政治上要先进，活动中要积极。进入大学以来，我时刻铭记自己是一个光荣的共青团员，处处严格地要求自己。

作为一名团员，我积极参加团的活动，正确行使团章规定的权利，模范履行团员义务。因此，我志愿申请哈尔滨商业大学"优秀团员"称号。我的原则是:尽我所能努力做好每一件事。漫漫人生路，我想如果我能勇于尝试新的东西，不断挑战极限，并尽我所能努力做好。这样的话，即使到了人生的终点，我也能坦然地告诉别人:我能，我行，我是一个真正的成功者。因此，在进入大学初，我就为自己设立了四年的短期目标，以达到激励自己不断前进的目标。同时还送给自己四个字:切忌懒惰。争取能够在大学四年提高自身素质，培养自身综合学习的能力。在思想政治方面，上学期，我向学院党总支递交了入党申请书，表明了我想入党的决心。在实践过程中，我积极履行在申请书中给自己提出的要求，认真学习"三个代表"重要思想和党的路线、方针、政策问题。不断提高自身的思想觉悟，为更好的为同学服务作好准备。

在工作方面，为了更好的锻炼自己，同时，也是寻找一次为同学服务的机会。在开学初，我就报名参加了学院秘书处的工作，并很快成为负责人之一。一个学期的活动，我结识了许多朋友，也学会了一种技能--沟通。与他人合作，最重要的就是要不断的沟通。所以在班集体中，我就经常了解大家对老师和对我的意见，并试着在谈话中找出解决之道。积极参加班级及学院团日的活动，我还积极参与了我班推出的"拒绝推销，我有主张"和"文明就餐问卷调查"两项活动。在向广大同学宣传的同时，能够和其他同学一起工作、学习，我感觉到自己在不断成长起来。

在学习方面，我上课认真听讲，课后及时完成作业，做到认真预习、复习两个方面一起抓。另外，积极阅读有关管理学的书籍和资料扩大自己的知识面。同时，还有效的配合老师的工作，加强老师和其他的联系。事实上，许多同学都表现出了积极参与活动的态度。在日常生活上，与室友、同班同学关系良好，大家互帮互助，团结一致。搞好同学、朋友之间的关系非常重要，这直接关系到我今后的大学生活能否过的充实。我觉得孤单的过完这四年大学生活，那我就是一个失败的大学生了。我需要做很多事情去充实我这漫长的生命。而这幕后就需要朋友的帮助来完成整个过程。所以无论在班里，还是在整个学院，我都结交了许多朋友，与朋友沟通，是一件非常开心的事。
