传染科护士工作总结传染科是传染病人隔离治疗的场所。病人和病原携带者体内的致病菌以多种途径排出体外，作为与病人密切接触的传染科护士，感染疾病的危险性很，所以提议传染科护士除了严格遵守消毒隔离制度和熟练运用消毒隔离技术外，还要注意手足皮肤的自护。

治疗和护理操作过程中的自护，据报道有二十多种血源性传播疾病可经过针传染，其中最常见也最可怕的是乙肝。丙肝、HIV，经证实被带乙肝病毒的利器刺伤，受伤者感染机会为6%～30%，只要有0.01ml的含I-IBV的血进入体内就可感染乙肝，被带丙肝病毒的利器刺伤，感染机会为3%～10%.由于近年来乙肝疫苗的临床应用，该病发病率呈下降趋势，而丙肝目前尚无疫苗，医护人员中发病率远超普通人群。所以作为传染科护士从思想上应加强自护意识，在工作中主动采取自护措施，减少感染机会。

①进行静脉采血前，必须要严格检查注射器和试管是否完好，有无破裂，以防带病毒的血液污染自我的手、足、衣服。采血后不要将针罩再罩回针头，避免针头误伤自我的手指。采血完毕后尽快将用过的注射器放进耐刺的装有消毒液的容器中浸泡。如果手部皮肤有破损，则必须要戴手套操作或避免操作。

②在治疗室配制药液前先在拇指和食指上缠上胶布，同时穿上能盖住足背的隔离鞋，防止掰安瓿时划破手指或碎玻璃、针头掉下来刺破足背皮肤。

③若在治疗和护理操作过程中，不慎被利器刺伤或被病人抓咬伤时，首先应尽快尽量把伤口处的血往外挤，同时清洗伤口，用碘伏消毒，并及时进行被动或主动免疫，此外还要注意定期检查。

平时工作和日常生活中的自护，传染科洗手方法不一样于一般科室，普遍采用消毒液泡手和肥皂流水洗手法，洗手次数多且时间长，消毒液和肥皂对手部皮肤损伤很，尤其是秋冬季节，手部皮肤容易出现干裂，所以每次洗完手之后必须要用消毒干毛巾擦干，再擦上护手霜。在家中休息时多进行手足皮肤的按摩，洗衣服时戴上手套，注意坚持手足皮肤的完整性，减少感染疾病的机会。

做一名合格的护士，要具有扎实的理论基础和精湛的技术，全面发展，与时俱进。要适应新时代整体护理，就要具备多方面知识，如计算机、外语、人文科学等等。新时代护理理念要求护士不光是一个健康照顾着，还应是一个合格的咨询师、宣教家、教育家，必要的营养师等等。因此，一个合格的护士，在具有了扎实的基本功的前提下，还应不断学习，不断在工作中经验，不断提高自己。

做为一名合格的护士，应有高度的法律意识。随着人们生活水平的提高，病人对护理质量的要求也在提高。随着法制社会的建设，病人就医知情权和医药知识不断增长，护理人员很小的疏忽便会引发病人的不满或投诉。因此要求护理人员不断提高自己的法律意识更新观念，严格要求自己，避免与病人争吵，认真核对并执行医嘱，规范化操作，各种操作有理有据，热情服务，努力营造一个良好而安全的医护环境。

总之，作为一名合格的护士，要热爱本职工作，树立良好道德，有高度责任心，吃苦耐劳、踏踏实实认真工作。要不断学习，解放思想，适应时代需求不断提高。

认真本分，踏实工作，并在个人的思想素质和业务能力上都取得了一定的进步。但是，金无足赤，人无完人。我充分的认识到自身还有很多的缺点和不足，离儿科护士的要求还差很远，需要学习的地方还有很多。对标一流，自我剖析，我将自身存在的问题分析总结如下：

一、政治学习方面，平时由于忙于工作上的事情，看书看报的时间就相对较少，参加政治活动的次数少，政治学习没有跟上，政治理论相对缺乏。

二、俗话说：活到老医学教育网|搜集整理，学到老。社会在不断的进步和变化，儿科的专业知识也在不断的更新中，我在工作过程中遇到的问题缺少书本上理论的支撑，往往很多时候都仅凭个人的经验办事，对患者产生的风险就相应的提高了医|学教|育网整|理。

三、在业务能力方面，自己到儿科上班的时间不长，加之儿科的患者具有特殊性，新生儿居多，我在扎头皮针和股动脉抽血方面的技术不够熟练;书写危重患者护理记录不熟练;液体配制时的计量换算不够快，导致速度变慢;工作安排不合理，致使自己疲于来回奔波;工作中缺乏创新意识。

四、在与同事沟通方面，我的性格偏内向，平时不太爱说话，缺少和同事之间必要的交流;性子比较急，爱钻牛角尖，沟通的方式方法欠妥。五、在医患沟通方面，有时工作中受到患者家属的一些责骂，容易把不好情绪带到工作中，就会产生消极应付的想法，心理素质不够硬朗。

针对以上的问题，在今后的工作中，我制定了一些整改措施，以儿科一流护士的标准，严格要求自己，加强政治学习、加强专科知识的学习，在与患者沟通方面注意沟通技巧，以理服人。循序渐进，改掉自身的毛病，做一名合格的护理工作者。

珍贵的中专生活已接近尾声，感觉非常有必要总结一下中专这几年的得失，从中得出做得好的方面，改进不足的地方，使自己回顾走过的路，也更是为了看清将来要走的路。

学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。首先是我端正了学习态度。我进卫校时，本来想解放一下自己的，但是很快我就明白了，卫校的学习是更需要努力认真的。看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，开始了卫校的学习旅程，觉得自己落后了。其次是极大程度的提高了自己的自学能力。由于中专的授课已不再像初中时填鸭式那样，而是一节课讲述很多知识，只靠课堂上听讲是完全不够的。这就要求在课下练习巩固课堂上所学的知识，须自己钻研并时常去图书馆查一些相关资料。日积月累，自学能力得到了提高。

再有就是懂得了运用学习方法同时注重独立思考。要想学好只埋头苦学是不行的，要学会“方法”，做事情的方法。古话说的好，授人以鱼不如授人以渔，我来这里的目的就是要学会“渔”，但说起来容易做起来难，我换了好多种方法，做什么都勤于思考，遇有不懂的地方能勤于请教。在学习时，以“独立思考”作为自己的座右铭，时刻不忘警戒。随着学习的进步，我不止是学到了公共基础学科知识和很多专业知识，我的心智也有了一个质的飞跃，能较快速的掌握一种新的技术知识，我认为这对于将来很重要。在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。老师们的谆谆教导，使我体会了学习的乐趣。我与身边许多同学，也建立了良好的学习关系，互帮互助，克服难关。

光阴似箭，一晃眼，从学校走上社会，走进医院，成为一名救死扶伤的护士已经好几年了。自中专卫生学校毕业以来，一直以严谨的态度和积极的热情投身于学习和工作中，有成功的喜悦，也有失败的辛酸。真正接触到临床后，才发现，临床护理和书本上的理论知识还是存在着差距，自己不仅要有扎实的理论，熟练的临床操作，良好的职业道德，还必须培养自己的耐心和爱心等等。然而日益激烈的行业竞争也使我充分地认识到自己的不足，一定要有过硬的专业技能和思想政治觉悟才能在这个高科技突飞猛进的社会主义社会拥有一席之地。

在卫校的第三年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。再这里我熟练我的护理操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一起，在带教老师的指导下用我全副的耐心和爱心护理病人，使病人得到良好的照顾，早日康复。到医院实习认识到许多也是学习护理的同学，也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会，锻炼了自己的交际能力，学到别人的长处，认清自己的短处。所以我喜欢实习。虽然有时会感到累些，但乐此不彼。

在思想上，变成熟了许多，性格更坚毅了。认识了许多同学和老师，建立起友谊，并在与他们的交往中提升了自身素质，认清了自身的一些短处并尽力改正。在政治上，与党中央保持一致，坚持四项基本原则，认真学习三个代表重要思想。遵守国家的法律法规及各项规章制度。

在心理方面，我锻炼自己坚强的意志品质，塑造健康人格，克服学习和实践中的心理障碍、畏难情绪，以更好地适应今后工作的要求。

在学习上，紧记老师教导，严格要求自己，凭着自己对成为一名优秀白衣天使的目标和知识的强烈追求，刻苦钻研，勤奋好学，态度端正，目标明确，基本上掌握了一些专业知识和操作技能，熟练的掌握了专科知识和各项专科护理操作，作到了理论联系实际。

在工作上，能严格遵守医院的各项规章制度的，积极参加医院和科室组织的各项活动并能尊敬领导，团结同事，积极配合上级领导和同事，正确执行医嘱及各项护理技术操作规程，做好基础护理，严格执行无菌操作和三查七对制度。在工作中能理论联系实际，遇到不懂的问题能及时向护士长及年资深的老师请教，努力提高自身的业务水平。

对待患者能文明礼貌的服务，做到态度和蔼，急病人所急，想病人所想。积极与患者沟通，及时了解他们的心理动态，以便让患者接受更好的治疗，并做好健康宣教。我个人认为自己的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经搞得自己很疲劳。如今想想，这样其实并不好，正所谓，贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后，我常常警戒自己，步入社会后也不能一心两用。

在生活上，养成了良好的生活习惯，以严谨而积极向上的生活态度打理好自己的每一天。待人热情和蔼，诚实守信，乐于助人，拥有自己的处事原则，能与同事们友好的相处，积极参加学校组织的各项活动，从而不断的丰富自己的学习生活。

几年的中专生活是我人生的一小段，但却是闪闪发光的一段，它包含了汗水和收获，为我规划今后的人生起着至关重要的作用。翻着以往的课本，又想起了弗洛伦斯·南丁格尔的故事：她慈祥可亲，热爱伤病员。她工作严肃认真，具有高度的责任感和卓越的组织才能。她日以继夜地不停工作着。每次，当她手持油灯巡视四里长街的伤病员时，身影所到。士兵们都以亲吻她的身影来表示对她的崇高敬意，赞颂她的功绩，赞美她的高贵精神，称她为女界的英雄：“看，就在那愁闷的地方，我看到一位女士手持油灯，穿行在暗淡的微光中，轻盈地从一间房屋走进另一间房屋。像是在幸福的梦境之中，无言的受伤士兵慢慢地转过头去，亲吻着落在暗壁上的她的身影，那盏小小的油灯，射出了划时代的光芒。

榜样的力量总是无穷的。每每思及我们伟大的护理先驱之时，我也心潮澎湃，“做像南丁格尔一样的健康守护者，用我自己的光辉照亮每一位被护理者的心灵!”这将是我一生的誓约。

珍贵的卫校生活已经结束了，自身还有很多缺点和不足，要适应社会的发展，得不断提高思想认识，完善自己，改正缺点，做一名优秀的白衣天使。
