五、加强了院内感染管理

一、护士在护理技术操作中严防医院感染的发生

护理技术操作各种注射、输液、输血、动静脉置管、或接触人体皮肤、黏膜，如操作不当，易引发医源性感染。护士在护理技术操作中必须有强烈的无菌观念，认真执行无菌技术操作规程，严防医院感染的发生。

二、护士在临床护理中严防医院感染的发生

1、预防肺部感染

加强病室管理，坚持室内空气新鲜，晨间护理时对床铺采用消毒剂湿式清扫，以避免被单上的皮屑等脏物在空气中飞扬。对理解麻醉、胸腹部手术的病人、具有器质性肺功能不全的病人，鼓励勤咳、深呼吸以助排痰。对卧床病人定时翻身拍背，鼓励病人做扩胸运动，坚持肺功能。给氧器具、雾化吸入器具等按要求消毒与灭菌。对呼吸道传染病的病人按隔离要求处理。

2、预防泌尿系感染

对卧床病人、糖尿病病人和尿失禁病人要督促并协助病人按时行会阴部清洗，勤换内裤，坚持清洁。严格掌握导尿指征，导尿操作时严格执行无菌技术，做好留置导尿的护理。

3、预防胃肠道感染

做好病人床单元的卫生管理，清洁床头桌要一桌一巾一消毒，暖水瓶一人一用一消毒，餐具及便器使用一次性的;做好病人的饮食管理，避免食用不洁食物，要求病人饭前、便后洗手。

4、预防血管相关感染

在进行中心静脉插管、外周动静脉插管时，要严格掌握插管指征，选择好置管材料与穿刺部位，操作时严格执行无菌技术，并做好置管后的护理。

5、预防手术切口感染

给药时间最好根据所用药物的半衰期(血浆中药物浓度下降50%所需要的时间)来决定，较适宜的给药间隔时间既可维持血浆中的有效浓度，又不至于发生蓄积中毒。

六、注意抗菌药物的配伍问题

在抗菌药的使用中，合理配伍十分重要，若配伍不当，易引起药理或化学变化，甚至引起细菌耐药。

七、注意抗菌药物的不良反应

护士应注意观察病人在用药中、用药后的不良反应，如二重感染、毒性反应、过敏反应等，如发生不良反应要及时报告医生，采取进取有效的措施，控制不良反应对病人的危害。
