来到X医院后，为期一周的岗前培训结束了，这一周，我们不论是从理论知识还是护理的基础操作上都有了进一步的提高，也具备了进入临床实习的本事，我实习的第一个科室是血液透析室。

报到的第一天，护士长就带着我们了解了血液透析室的大体环境，给我们讲了血液透析室的几个规定：一、进入血液透析室要还白鞋，因为那里的环境比较特殊，不能绝对无菌，可是我们要尽力做到尽量;二、与病人接触时要带手套，既是对病人负责，也是在保护我们自我，那里的病人自身抵抗力比较差，所以我们要减少传染，切断传播途径。

在科室教师对我们很好，总鼓励我们，要敢做，不能什么都只是看，要自我亲自动手实践才能记忆深刻才能真正掌握。每一天都有教师给我们讲课，从血液透析的原理、方式、如何护理等方面为我们进行详细的讲解。透析的整个流程：每次透析前都要为病人测T、P、BP(体温、脉搏、血压)，还有就是病人的体重。每隔一小时都要监测并记录病人的血压、静脉压、超滤率、TMP值、电导、电流量等值，这些数值看似简单，其中的学问大的很，因为病人在透析时是建立了一个体外血液循环通路，很容易引起高血压和低血压等并发症，插管感染或透析器被污染都会引起感染，伴随的症状就是发热。所以，每次透析我们都要检测这些数值，以防病人发生问题。

除了这些，我们还要为病人做宣教，这一项也是很重要的。做AV瘘的患者，做瘘的一侧胳膊不能测量血压、提重物，刚刚做瘘的病人应自行锻炼，锻炼的方法很简单就是松握拳练习。插管的病人要嘱其不能自行拔管，要常常测量体温，为防止感染，要坚持插管周围的皮肤清洁、干燥。饮食啥工要注意食用优质蛋白、高热量、高磷低钙、低钾低钠的食物。
