四、教师礼仪规范

(一)举止文雅

1、举止温文得体，不失教师风度，一举一动，一言一行堪为幼儿表率。

2、遵守社会公德，遵纪守法，遵守幼儿园各项规章制度。

3、在幼儿、家长和客人面前不嬉戏，不开过头玩笑，不讲牢骚话。

4、在园内外遇到各种冲突时，以礼相待，不做失礼之事。

5、办公桌物品摆放整齐，工作时间不吃零食。

6、不私托家长办事。

(二)仪表端庄

1、仪表端庄典雅，潇洒大方。

2、衣着整洁、美观大方，不追求奇装异服，_____露脐装和吊带衫，_____拖鞋带班时_____高跟鞋。上班时间按规定，要求穿园服时必须穿戴整齐。

3、头发整齐光洁，带班时间不梳披肩发。

4、不浓妆艳抹，上班时间不佩带明显首饰和其它奇异的饰物。

(三)语言文明

1、工作时间一律讲普通话，语言恭谦，表情友善和气，待人热情。

2、谈吐文雅，不使用粗俗语言，不恶语伤人。

3、谈话语气得体，语调适中，谈话时要注视对方，以示尊重。

4、多用“请”、“谢谢”、“对不起”等尊重性词汇。

(四)礼貌待人

1、真诚待人，懂得尊重，接待幼儿家长和来宾，笑容可掬，主动让座。

2、同事间相互尊重，和睦相处，不猜忌，不背后议论他人，不传个人隐私。

3、尊重幼儿人格，不体罚和变相体罚幼儿，幼儿打招呼时要及时还礼应答。

4、按时参加会议、活动或其它集会。听取别人发言时，做到专注、有耐心，并做好笔记。

5、集体活动时关闭通讯工具的铃声，带班或会议时间不接外来电话。

(五)考核标准

1、礼仪检查分为常规检查和突击性检查，违反我园礼仪规范标准，发现一次提出严重警告，并记录在案;累计发现两次则罚款50元;累计发现三次及以上则做辞退处理。

2、员工(教职工)在办理离职手续时，必须把工作制服、鞋洗干净退还给仓库，否则须按原价偿还该制服的费用。

五、工作职责

1、员工(教职工)应遵守法律法规及幼儿园制定的岗位职责和各项规章制度。

2、员工(教职工)应服从部门主管的管理和工作安排。

3、员工(教职工)应按操作规程工作，按规定保养各类设备，下班后按要求关好本人负责范围内的各类办公设备和水电设施等，并做好岗位防火安全工作。

4、各部门主管、级长负责对本部门员工进行考评。部门主管、级长由直接上级负责考评。考评可作为奖惩、培训、调职、辞退、加、减薪的依据。

5、应准时出席幼儿园、部门会议或培训课程，并按要求签到。

6、员工(教职工)应在保证质量的前提下严格按幼儿园规定的工作进度完成工作。

7、部门负责人应按规定权限认真履行管理责任。

六、安全检查

未经部门负责人同意，不得将非个人物品带出幼儿园。如经发现幼儿园在职保安有权检查没收并上报办公室处理。

七、私人客访及电话

1、工作时间内，员工(教职工)无特殊情况不得会见亲友，不得在非工作地方闲逛。

2、除非工作需要外，员工(教职工)不得在其它部门逗留，不得离开工作岗位进入幼儿园任何非你工作的区域和部门。

3、当班期间员工(教职工)不得随意接、打私人电话。

八、吸烟

不得在幼儿园内吸烟。

九、受伤及意外事故

1、如果小朋友或员工(教职工)受伤，或在幼儿园范围内发生意外，应立即通知办公室及值班园长，并要及时通知家长，伤情较重的应第一时间送往医院进行救治。

2、应予受伤小朋友或员工(教职工)以帮助，但切勿代表幼儿园承担责任或作出某种承诺。

3、为保证个人及同事的安全，请及时将可能引起事故的不安全的因素及危险状况报告部门主管和办公室。

十、闲逛

工作时间任何员工(教职工)不得在非工作地方闲逛。

十一、保密

幼儿园员工(教职工)应严格遵守保密制度，保守幼儿园秘密，不得泄露给任何第三方。

十二、服从上司

绝对服从上司是每个员工(教职工)的神圣职责，员工(教职工)应切实执行直属上司指派的任务，倘遇疑难，应先向直属上司请示，必须履行“先服从后上诉”之原则。

十三、上班和下班

员工(教职工)必须依照编订的当值时间表上班。在工作时间内，经常迟到或早退者，不但损失升职、提薪之机会，且有被开除之可能，任何换班换休者，须事先经值日园长批准，否则作旷工处分。

5.乙方发现甲方不履行合同，有权提出同甲方解除聘用合同。

三、聘用合同变更、终止、解除的条件

(一)聘用合同确需变更的，双方应协商一致，按程序变更合同。

(二)聘用合同期满或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现，聘用合同即行终止。经双方同意，可续签聘用合同。

(三)乙方有下列情况之一的，甲方可单方面解除聘用合同：

1、聘期内严重不履行合同的。

2、乙方不服从甲方工作安排。

3、乙方严重违反教师职业道德规范、失职、违法、违纪、不遵守幼儿园规章制度。

4、乙方工作随便，不履行岗位职责，在幼儿园内外造成不良影响。

5、乙方知识能力不够，无法胜任岗位工作。

6、乙方如有上述其任意一条，甲方有权扣除乙方押金。

四、甲乙双方都应遵守本合同，不得擅自违约。如需中途终止合同，须经双方协商解决。未经协商同意，违约一方应给对方赔偿损失。如有争议，由劳动部门仲裁。

五、本合同一式两份。甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。

围绕目标教师在活动的第一部分设计了三个环节。第一个环节，介绍教师节的来历然后第二个环节引导幼儿为教师制作节日贺卡，在这一环节中当幼儿知道教师节已经来到时，都会用语言表达，祝愿老师节日快乐，这与活动之前的家长得教育有很大关系，可是老师提出除了用小嘴巴还可以用动作表示时，有一个组的幼儿在常靓田田的带领下，主动上前一把抱住了老师，当老师在既意外又满意的情况下汇报给他们一个拥抱时，孩子们脸上洋溢着幸福与自信。接下来的一组幼儿于是也模仿了他们，这时教师及时提示除了拥抱还有什么动作也会让老师觉得很开心呢?于是下一组幼儿不用拥抱这个动作而是在个别幼儿的带领下为老师敲背的敲背敲腿的敲腿，一张张笑脸溢满笑容，最后在教师引导下还知道可以用自己的巧手亲手制作一张小卡片送给老师。

在这一环节中我们发现其实孩子对老师的感情也在寻找机会表现出来，而且中班的孩子已经具有了表达自己情感的经验，掌握了一些表达自己情感的方式方法，教师只要稍加引导，就能带动全体幼儿，体验到关心别人的快乐，而教师所做的就是提供这样一个交流的机会，同时进行适当的引导。在接下来的甜甜话接龙游戏中，可以说是教师对幼儿刚才情感表达得回应，当一开始教师神神秘秘地要在一名幼儿耳边说一句悄悄话时，他很严肃有些紧张，当我对他说出“我爱你”时，我发现幼儿的脸上立刻绽出了笑容，当他把这一句简单的话传给其他幼儿时，我发现他们每个人都很开心，原来他们无形当中通过这个活动也是在传递着笑容。可以说这一部分的三个活动是层层递进又是环环相扣的，通过这一部分的开展，幼儿既了解了教师的工作意义又学习了表达自己情感的多种方式，同时又得到了教师的回应，感受到了情感的是可以传递的。

第二部分，主要是让幼儿了解教师工作以外的一些事情，进一步拉近幼儿与教师的距离，满足幼儿的好奇心。在这一环节中教师准备了一些自己家人的照片，自家周围环境的照片，以及自己回家后做些什么的照片，当幼儿看到老师抱着自己的小孩时，他们都叫起来：“李老师家的小娃娃，李老师家的小娃娃”仿佛发现了好东西，他们不但互相说着，还将看到的照片内容高兴地说给自己的爸爸妈妈听，可见他们也渴望了解老师，其实以前的他们对老师下班以后的事情是一点都不知道的，但是他们充满着好奇，这个活动恰恰迎合孩子们的好奇心，同时也让幼儿知道下了班后的老师和她们的爸爸妈妈一样，也要烧饭，看电视，管小孩。这就在拉近老师和孩子们的距离。

第三部分，亲亲老师。这也是一个让幼儿感受爱的环节。老师因为爱他们所以把神秘的“口红”送给他们，他们因为爱老师还可以亲亲老师。当孩子们在老师的画像上留下自己的唇印时，他们总要驻足一会儿，不愿立刻离开，其实这正是他们在表达自己对教师情感的同时也体验着快乐。因为是中班的海子选择这种亲在画像上的方式，幼儿会更大胆地接受，如果是小托班的孩子，直接鼓励他们亲在老师脸上会更能激发幼儿对教师的情感。

通过这次活动，幼儿不仅展示了自己各方面的学习成果，增强了自信心，更主要的是体验到了热爱、尊敬等社会情感，从而促进其社会化的进程。
