一、合同期限

五、合同的变更、解除、终止、续订

1、本合同期限届满，即行终止。

2、订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的，经甲乙双方协商同意，可以变更本合同的相关内容。

3、经甲乙双方协商一致，本合同可以解除。

4、乙方有下列情形之一，甲方可以解除合同。

(1)严重违反劳动纪律或甲方规章制度的。

(2) 不服从管理或在工作中严重有损甲方单位形象的。

(3)严重失职营私舞弊，对甲方利益造成重大损害的。

(4)被依法追究刑事责任的。

5、下列情况之一，甲方可以解除合同，但应提前______日以书面形式通知乙方：

(1)乙方因病或因工负伤，医疗期满后不能从事驾驶员工作的。

(2)乙方不能胜任工作的。

(3)双方不能依据本合同第五条第二款变更合同达成协议的。

6、乙方解除本合同，应提前______日以书面形式通知甲方，否则甲方不予办理相关手续。

7、本合同期满，甲乙双方经协商同意，可以续订劳动合同。

六、本合同未尽事宜或与今后国家有关规定相悖的，按有关规定执行。

11年我很有幸来到南邮吴江学院，在院校期间我学的时间旅游英语专业。很感谢院领导和老师们的细心指导和教育。三年学习期间，我顺利的通过了学校的专业考试，为以后的就业打好基础。

匆匆时光转眼间就来到了11年。这是我们即将实习的一年，在学校的精心安排下，我们在离校的前几个月期间，除了认真完成院校学习任务外，还多次组织我们参加校内的招聘活动。

（一）、在实践中学习，努力适应工作。这是我毕业之后的第一份工作，作为一个新人，刚加入公司时，我对公司的运作模式和工作流程都很生疏，多亏了领导和同事的耐心指导和帮助，让我在较短的时间内熟悉了前台的工作内容还有公司各个部门的职能所在。也让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。

都说前台是公司对外形象的窗口，短短的三个月也让我对这句话有了新的认识和体会。接待公司来访的客人要以礼相迎，接听和转接电话要态度和蔼，处理办公楼的日常事务要认真仔细，对待同事要虚心真诚……点点滴滴都让我在工作中学习，在学习中进步，受益匪浅。

（二）、学习公司企业文化，提升自我。加入到神州长城这个大集体，才真正体会了“勤奋，专业，自信，活力，创新”这十个字的内涵，我从领导和同事的敬业中感受到了这种文化，在这样好的工作氛围中，我也会以这十个字为准则来要求自己，以积极乐观的工作态度投入到工作中，踏踏实实地做好本职工作，及时发现工作中的不足，及时地和部门沟通，认真听取领导及同事的意见，争取把工作做好，做一个合格，称职的员工。这也一直是今后工作努力的目标和方向。

（三）、拓展自己的知识面，不断完善自己。三个月的工作也让我产生了危机意识，工作中会接到一些资料和客户打来比较专业的咨询电话，所以单靠我现在掌握的知识和对公司的了解是不够的，我想以后的工作中也要不断给自己充电，拓宽自己的知识，减少工作中的空白和失误。初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正；但前事之鉴，后事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。

(4)进入有林地区采集种子、药材和山货野果;未经批准进入林区以营利为目的采集、收购树枝、树叶和珍贵林木种子;

(5)擅自移动、损坏林业标志和林区工程设施;

(6)非法征占用、擅自改变林地用途;

(7)乱埋散坟;

(8)森林防火期内在林区未经批准野外用火;

(9)捕猎野生动物;

(10)盗伐、滥伐林木。

2、对乙方提供的案情，依法律程序，按有关规定进行及时处理。

3、甲方负责对乙方进行考核，对乙方不能履行合同，造成下列后果的，甲方可解除对乙方的聘任。

(1)因玩忽职守，不履行管理职责，造成本责任区森林资源损失的;

(2)对盗伐和滥伐林木行为不制止、不报告，致使森林资源遭受损失的;

(3)擅自同意单位或个人进入林区施工、放牧、埋葬新坟，或不制止、不报告，造成林地破坏的;

(4)对本责任区存在的森林火灾隐患，不报告又不采取措施消除，导致森林火灾发生的;

(5)以权谋私，监守自盗，弄虚作假，致使森林资源遭受损失的;

(6)违反或不履行合同，甲方提出警告仍不改正的;

(7)在履行协议期间，有违法违纪行为的。

(二)乙方职责和权利

1、对毁坏林地、林木进行开垦、采石、采砂、挖土和以营利为目的采搂枯枝落叶破坏土壤覆盖层;在新植未成林地、幼林地、特种用途林内和封山育林区内砍柴、放牧、放蚕;扒剥活树皮、挖掘活树根;进入有林地区采集种子、药材和山货野果;未经批准进入林区以营利为目的采集、收购树枝、树叶和珍贵林木种子;擅自移动、损坏林业标志和林区工程设施;非法征占用、擅自改变林地用途;乱埋散坟;森林防火期内在林区未经批准野外用火;捕猎野生动物;盗伐、滥伐林木等行为要及时制止，并直接向乡(镇)、街道林业站和森林公安机关报告;

2、发现林火要及时组织扑救，并在第一时间内向当地政府及有关部门报告;

3、做好森林病虫害疫情监测，及时向森防部门报告森林病虫害情况;

4、积极配合森林公安机关做好各类林业案件的侦破工作;

5、积极协助林业主管部门做好林业法规的宣传工作;

6、接受、服从甲方等上级机关对护林情况的检查。

甲方依据考核结果，应及时向乙方支付补助费，若未按规定及时支付护林员补助费，乙方有权通过法律程序解决。

四、护林员报酬

甲方根据乙方对管护区域内林地管护情况，依据考核结果，按季付给乙方护林补助费，其中：最后一季度补助费在年终检查后兑付。

按本合同书规定的检查内容，经检查在乙方管护责任区内，若存在下列问题的，按一定比例相应扣减乙方最后一季度补助费：

1、存在毁坏林地、林木进行开垦、采石、采砂、挖土和以营利为目的采搂枯枝落叶破坏土壤覆盖层的，扣减15%补助费;

2、存在在新植未成林地、幼林地、特种用途林内和封山育林区内砍柴、放牧、放蚕的，扣减5%补助费;

3、存在扒剥活树皮、挖掘活树根的，扣减5%补助费;

4、存在进入有林地区采集种子、药材和山货野果的，未经批准进入林区以营利为目的采集、收购树枝、树叶和珍贵林木种子的，扣减5%补助费;

5、存在擅自移动、损坏林业标志和林区工程设施的，扣减5%补助费;

6、存在非法征占用、擅自改变林地用途的，扣减50%补助费;

7、存在新建散坟，没有及时报告的，扣减10%补助费;

8、存在森林防火期内在林区未经批准野外用火的，扣减10%补助费;

9、存在捕猎野生动物的，扣减30%补助费;

10、存在盗伐、滥伐林木的，扣减40%补助费。

五、本合同自双方签字之日起生效。

六、合同自签字之日起满一年，双方便终止合同。

七、本合同一式三份，甲乙双方及林权所有者各持一份。

八、本合同未尽事宜，以及在履行合同中发生的争议问题，双方协商解决，协商不能解决的，按照有关法律、行政法规执行。

我觉得实习期间我最大的优点就是热情和随机应变。我们作为实习生，本身就应该抱着学习的态度，诚恳的向班上的老师学习经验。 实习工作应该要热情，不能等事儿做，要找事儿做。孩子有什么小“纠纷”，老师需要搭把手的地方，我都能帮上忙，工作也算主动。自考的时候学过一个名词叫 “教育机智”，幼儿园的生活更能体现教育机制的存在。大多数时候，你上课的内容和教案写的内容都是不太一样的，甚至大相径庭，如果你抱着一个死板的态度， 是肯定干不好这一行的。随机应变对与教师来说也是必备的。

以前我比较注重于对有关幼儿身心发展特点及国内外幼儿教育研究的理论学习，常常忽 略了对幼儿生活常规的关注。这次在幼儿园实习，第一次完整的观察了幼儿园一日的生活，发现其实训练幼儿的生活常规培养他们的行为习惯及自理能力也是一项重 要的任务，一门值得重视的学问。黄老师很会利用机会对幼儿进行随机教育，把有计划的教育和随机教育相结合，如我们班有两个小朋友浪费洗手液，黄老师就会跟 小朋友说明我们幼儿园的洗手液是怎么来的，不能浪费，并要求他们两人带一瓶回来作为赔偿。这些日常生活突发的事件都成为教师培养幼儿良好行为习惯的机会。

每 个孩子都有自己的内心世界，他们好比一把把锁，老师就是开启那把锁的主人。真正走进孩子的世界，去发现他们，改变他们，教育他们，这个世界就是天才的世界 只有不好的老师，没有不好的孩子。幼教本来就是一门需要具有爱心的专业。面对一个个天真的孩子，我们更应该用母亲般的心去呵护他们。短暂的实习，我更加坚 定了自己的选择。。

经历了实习生活，让我初尝了身为一名幼儿教师的酸甜苦辣。回顾和孩子们一起走过的日子，不禁想起自己的学生时代，也深感 如今的孩子比我们过去多了一份顽皮，一份灵活，一份大胆。孩子的能力一代比一代强，要求也越来越高。因此，要想在孩子中树立起好老师的形象，还需要走一段 不寻常的摸索之路。

总之，教师是一个崇高而神圣的职业，要当一名好的教师是不容易。在此次实习中，我也看到了自己的不足之处。社会的不断进 步，使幼儿园对幼儿教师的要求越来越高，还要面临更大的挑战，“学高为师，行正为范”的内涵也在不断地加深。这就要求我们不断完善自己，准备全身心投入将 来的教育事业。

2016年师范生幼儿园实习报告总结

七月二号那天，阴雨连连，铁路、公路一路车行地来到了陌生的殷店，在一所漂亮的幼儿园内，我们换上了红色的tz制服，便开始了为期近四十天的tz之行。这次tz之行主要分为两个时期，一个是招生期，另一个就是授课期了。我的述职报告就从这两个时期来谈谈吧。

一、招生期

招生期的日子大概有一星期多，现在坐在电脑前静静地回想那段时间，涌出的感觉就好像一杯加了糖的咖啡，浓浓的苦味中溶着淡淡的香甜。到达的当晚，方校长主持，我们开了会，分了组，有幸地我和黄露洁老师分在了一起，以后的每天，我们的生活便如了那句古话，“日出而作，日落而息”，开始了真正的下乡宣传。

第一天，怀着初生牛犊之气，拿着厚厚的宣传页，报名表，还有视之如生命的账单，我们走街串巷，挨家挨户去敲门。我们俩所负责的区域是张寨一带，距离比较远，由于没有借到自行车，只能凭着两条腿前去。也许是性格相投的缘故，工作的间暇，我们或相互去调侃，或相互讲自己所知道的趣事，一路上总是欢声笑语。中午饭点时，拖着饿扁的肚子又一同坐在了乡村的小百货店旁，吃辣条，啃馒头，喝着矿泉水，一边聊天，一边听和看着过往的乡村人。那时候，柏油路旁的杨树叶好绿呀，一片片的花生地也广阔的可爱。一整天下来，虽然很忙碌，却感觉快乐比辛苦多得多。奇怪的是，不知道是我们方法得当，或是当地家长的教育觉悟比较高，还是上天真的会怜惜幸福的人，当太阳收起了辣脸，变得像小姑娘般红润，黄昏终于降临的时候，我们一共招到了九个人，成了招收最多的一个小组。

之后的各天，太阳变得越来越毒，问题也接着一个个出现了，我俩也一天天疲软和劳累起来，可不管怎样笑声总回荡在我们走过的小路上。

“你越来越像包公了，只是比他胖。”

“纳尼?那你已经是女包公了，呵呵，因为你比我还黑哩!”

当我们一次次敲了冷门，一次次被家长婉拒，迟迟打不开局面时，会说：“找个凉快地儿歇会儿，捋捋思路”;当我们腿软的不行，口渴得厉害时，会偶尔打个赌，输了的到路边摘狗尾巴草，编个玩意儿送给对方;当跑了一天却一无所获时，会自我安慰地说：“没关系，至少我们曾经是第一。”

就这样，招生期慢慢地走到了它的终点，我的心里却很是十分地不舍。

二、授课期

我出生在一个教育之家，父母亲都是教师，因此从小脑袋里便模模糊糊地有一个教师的志愿。高考那年我如愿地考上了河南师范大学，选择了一个自己喜欢的汉语言文学专业。大学四年，如风吹云散，很快就过完了。由于忙着考研就不得不放弃了实习的机会，虽然功夫不负有心人考上了，可作为一名师范生而不能真正登上一次讲坛，心里总留了一个莫大的遗憾。毕业前，偶尔的一次机会，在宣传栏里看到了tz的招聘信息，便欣然地报了名，以圆一下自己的教师梦。

授课期开始后，我担当了语文课、数学课还有七年级的班主任。

开始上课前，我就像那只不知道虎威的黔驴一样，以为教书有什么难，不就是上个课，讲点东西么，这样的态度也就注定了会有一个技穷的后果。果然，在第一堂数学课上，由于事先没有去精心备课，堂上一两句话后，脑袋便轰然如断了线的珠链，乱得一塌糊涂了。吃一跌，长一智，以后便吸取了教训，上课前必要先查上一通资料，做到胸有成竹才罢。随着课上的越多，积累的经验也就越多了，同时也发现了很多问题，其中最大的一个便是很难集中学生的注意力。安静的时候，一个人认真地回望了一下自己的学生之路，努力地嗅回了当年听课时的感觉，终于想通了，要想抓住学生们的注意力，关键是增加课堂的趣味性和活跃性，因为任何一个学生都不会喜欢一个讲死书的老师。秉承这一思想，幽默的语调和有趣的故事便像春风般吹进了我的课堂，欢声和笑语也就似绿草那样勃勃而不绝了。课堂充满了生机，驱除了死气，孩子们学得快乐，老师也能讲得更带劲儿。

相比于教师的讲课，作为一个班主任的压力却更大。有一个不能被忽视的事实，在我们招收的学生中，有一部分是被家长们逼过来的，他们中的大多数是不爱好学习的，便成了扰乱课堂秩序的主要因素。我的七年级是全校区人数最多的班级，这样的学生理所当然也是最多的了，因此有那么几天我们班里竟乱得上不成课。在一不能打，二不能罚的素质教育体制下，管理班级剩下的只有讲道理了。可要改变一个人的思想是何其的难呀，一次次的苦口婆心换来的只是他们的嬉皮笑脸，这时在班里大发雷霆便成了唯一的治标不治本的权宜之计，但是班主任总不能整天黑着脸面对自己的学生吧，为此我真成了技穷的黔驴，十分的苦恼。

水干涸了，鱼儿们相濡以沫来生存，这是集体的力量。在tz幸好我不是一条孤单的鱼，我的背后是一个团队，有着一群敢于共面挑战的伙伴，我们召开了研讨会，各出己见，汲我以难得之沫。就好比对于一扇门，总有一把钥匙去打开它，每一个问题也总会有解决的办法。通过讨论我做出了以下对策：一方面通过分区管理来解决人多而杂的问题，另一方面通过qq和家访活动来了解孩子们的心声。就这样的双管齐下，七年级的课堂秩序得到了很大的改善，慢慢地走上了正轨。

三、总结

这个暑假因为来了tz而意义非凡，不仅结识了一大帮朋友，锻炼了各方面的能力，还圆了我的教师梦。记忆总会随着时间而褪色，最终被遗忘所埋没，但我会把这段时光刻在骨头上，铭在心坎儿里，永远记着。
