六、幼儿园应按时发放厨师工资，本园寒暑假期间，工作人员不享受工资，如因工作需要上班者按日工资标准发放。其它上班时间为月工资，但病假需出具医院正规假条，否则扣除当天工资_____元一次，事假扣当天工资_____元一次，法定节假日不扣工资。

七、工作人员上岗时必须穿工作服，戴厨师帽、口罩，认真

负责，在工作中不得出现烫伤、食物中毒(由于食堂工作人员失误造成的中毒事件)等事故，若出现此类事故，由工作人员承担直接责任，并赔偿造成的损失。

八、如有国家行为或遇不可抗拒的自然因素等造成幼儿园停课，园方有权单方终止与幼儿园工作人员签订的合同，不负责聘用人员的工资赔付。

九、本合同后附本园各项管理制度细则，制度细则属合同的组成部分与合同具有同等法律效力。

十、本合同签订聘用时间为壹年，从______年___月___日至______年___月___日。

十一、本合同未尽事宜，双方另行协商解决。本合同一式两份共，双方各执一份，本合同双方签字或盖章后生效。

食堂人员须知：

一、食堂工作人员参加工作前必须做身体检查，要勤洗头、常换衣、常剪指甲，不佩带手镯和戒指。入厕时脱掉工作服，入厕后要用肥皂洗手，工作服保持干净，操作时不抽烟。

二、厨房要清洁卫生，有通风及防蝇设备，做到生熟分开，擦手与擦锅、擦板的布分开。

三、食具每餐用后洗净消毒，水冲碗勺后用消毒柜消毒时间不得低20分钟。刀具、面板用消毒锅消毒。

四、不使用腐烂变质的食物，冰箱存放食物生熟分开，蔬菜要用洗涤剂刷洗，后用清水冲洗干净，方可食用。

五、库房保持整洁、不放杂品与药品，库存事物不宜太多，消灭老鼠、蟑螂等。保教人员开饭前要洗手，盛饭时要每人一碗一勺。

Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network) Supply chain network research Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。 在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

甲方根据工作需要，需聘请乙方 为幼儿园 。为了依法维护双方权益，明确义务，根据现行法律法规和有关政策规定，本着平等自愿、协商一致的原则，经甲乙双方商议，特订立此协议，以便共同遵守。

一、乙方基本条件:

1、遵守国家法律，热爱学前教育事业，热爱幼儿，有良好的职业道德，能胜任本职工作;

2、必须持有健康证,能够坚持正常工作，并定期进行体检;

3、教师具备幼儿师范学校大专以上文化程度，接受过累计半年以上的学前教育专业培训,获得教师任职资格证书;

4、幼儿园保育员高中以上文化，身心健康;

5、炊事人员应当按国家有关规定持健康证上岗。

二、聘用期限：

本协议为有固定期限的聘用协议，协议期从 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。

三、双方的权利和义务：

(一)甲方的权利和义务：

1.对乙方进行党和国家的政策、法规教育，教育教学业务培训及辅导;

2、对乙方的工作进行考核、奖惩;

3、制订严格的规章制度规范乙方;

4、根据乙方的工作表现和实绩，每月按时足额支付乙方的工资报酬，全年考核合格以上，且未出现不安全事故的，酌情发放奖金;

5、根据乙方的岗位及工作要求，为乙方提供必需的工作条件。

(二)乙方的权利和义务：

1、负责本班教育和保育工作，结合本班实际，制定班级工作计划、教育教学活动计划，并认真执行，定期向园长做工作汇报;

2、服从幼儿园工作安排，发扬团队精神，积极主动，与本班教师团结合作，确实做好本园教育、保育及生活护理等工作;

3、对幼儿态度和蔼可亲，做到爱心、耐心、关心、热心、细心;随时维护幼儿在园所内的健康、安全、身心发展，注重幼儿个别差异;

4、严格执行幼儿园作息制度，认真安排好幼儿一日生活，做到动静交替，手脑并用，确保幼儿户外活动时间及游戏时间;

5、培养幼儿良好的行为习惯，使幼儿身心健康成长;

6、做好家访工作，保持经常与家长联系，落实与家长双向沟通，了解幼儿与家长的需求，指导家长科学育儿。每周向家长公布本周及下周教育内容，使“优质教育、愉快教学、健康成长”等得到充分体现;

7、坚持正面教育原则，尊重幼儿，积极启发诱导，严禁体罚和变相体罚;

8、作好交接班工作，对家长要求、物品要登记交接;

9、认真学习，努力钻研业务，积极参加教研活动及业务学习，积极创编教材，制作教具，不断写出教育教学论文，提高自身素质和业务水平;

10、乙方发现甲方不履行协议，有权提出同甲方解除聘用协议;

11、做好安全工作，保障幼儿安全，负责自身安全;

12、上级交付的其他任务。

四、工资待遇:

1、甲方按 元每月支付乙方工资(备注： );

2、乙方享有国家规定的法定节假日及相应待遇。

五、聘用协议变更、终止、解除的条件:

(一)聘用协议确需变更的，双方应协商一致，按程序变更协议。

(二)聘用协议期满或者双方约定的协议终止条件出现，聘用协议即行终止。经双方同意，可续签聘用协议。

(三)乙方有下列情况之一的，甲方可单方面解除聘用协议:

1、聘期内严重不履行协议的;

2、乙方不服从甲方工作安排;

3、乙方严重违反教师职业道德规范、失职、违法、违纪、不遵守幼儿园规章制度;

4、乙方工作随便，不履行岗位职责，在幼儿园内外造成不良影响;

5、乙方知识能力不够，无法胜任岗位工作;

6、乙方如有上述其任意一条，甲方有权解聘乙方。

六、甲乙双方都应遵守本协议，不得擅自违约。如需中途终止协议，须经双方协商解决。

七、本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。

八、本协议于从 年 月 日起生效。

九、本协议未尽的其他事项，由双方协商。

2016年8月商务英语实习报告

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。由于我所在的公司是北京驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好;上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;与上司发生争执;情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古曰“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。”遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主意要慎。而要做到这些，必须态度认真，作风过细，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会贻误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。

通过在职的一个多月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方任职，都会努力!

首先我喜欢幼儿园的工作，我现在是在某某幼儿园当一名普通的教师，可是我很开心，每天都过得很充实。现在的我在某某幼儿园工作已经工作快两年了。在这两年当中我学会了很多。回望过去，有开心也有难过。

在刚刚进入幼儿园的时候，那时候的工作很轻松，所以没有充实的感觉了。后来，幼儿园来了一位年轻的园长。在她的带领下现在我们整个幼儿园都变的与众不同，不管是教学、生活、安全工作、各个方面都很好。“每当被别人问我你在哪里工作啊?我都很自信很光荣的说我在某某幼儿园工作。

本人在思想上积极要求上进，性格开朗善于交际，能吃苦，有很好的亲和力，有耐性、爱心、细心;有较强的实践能力，集体观念强，具有良好的团队协作精神和创新意识。我喜欢舞蹈、喜欢钻研画画、喜欢音乐，喜欢充实的感觉，因为觉得这样的每一天都会很有意义。在学校的工作中，我努力做好自己的工作，配合保育老师认真做好保教工作，和同事之间配合默契。认真积极的配合年级组的各项工作。我现在带的是中班，从小班到中班孩子们成长的一点一滴我都看在眼里，有时候也会偷偷的开心，因为孩子们都长大了。有时候说的话也会让我哭笑不得。前两天我们班的“马宝”午睡起来后，兴高采烈的问我：“何老师，你喜不喜欢“钟”啊?”我说：“我啊!我喜欢可爱的钟”。马宝说：“那我就那一块大石头，放在你身上。”我很疑惑不解的问：“为什么啊?”这时候马宝笑眯眯的说：“何老师，你不说你喜欢“重”的吗?”这时的我才恍然大悟，不禁的笑了起来。我真想永远和他们在一起。

我非常热爱幼教事业，热爱本职工作，热爱每一位幼儿，尊重每一个孩子，用爱心、耐心让幼儿喜欢我，愿意和我交朋友。两年的幼教工作，使我自身的素质和政治觉悟都提高了。在今后的工作中，我会积极学习各种教育理论阅读有关书籍，以充实自己，以便在工中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地进行教育教学。我也需要经常反思和总结：教育是一门博大精深的学问，而且学无定法，面对如雪花分飞般的教材以及网络带给我们丰富的信息经验，我们必须把握一点：让孩子们真正做到快乐中学习，在快乐中得到发展。做教师的难，做幼儿教师更难，但是我觉得在辛苦中，能感受到别人感受不到的乐趣——那就是童年的乐趣。
