经过..老师、..老师的鼓励和一段时间的适应后，我渐渐地跨越了自己心理障碍，慢慢地进入了教师的角色，能与小朋友一起游玩沟通并开始上课了。开始，我很有自信，心想：我才不怕上课呢，与小朋友上课多容易埃但是我的想法错了，当真的到了上课的时候我又开始害怕起来。指导老师帮我说了开头语，接下来的课就由自己上了。

由于害怕，上课时的说话声音就越来越小，到一半的时候，小朋友就开始起哄了，是班主任出面才帮我收拾了残局，通过与班主任指导老师的沟通后，我知道了怎样建立自己在小朋友心目中的威信。上课时该怎样与小朋友进行沟通。到后来的几个星期，我上课的时候就不用班主任的提醒和帮忙管理课堂纪律了，自己慢慢熟悉了幼儿的管理方式方法后，上课的时候就懂得怎样吸引幼儿的目光，怎样使幼儿集中注意力认真听课。不过在户外活动和音乐活动课上，组织幼儿游戏前的队伍整理方面，还需要多加努力。

xx幼儿园是一所以情感教育为特色的幼儿园，他们把育人的目标定位为——培养一个大气的孩子。第二次来到，不免有更亲近、更熟悉的感受。这次来到主要是在家庭教育方面进行观摩学习。

首先，想谈谈我对家庭教育的认识。家庭教育对于一个孩子的成长有着相当重要的影响，如今的父母文化水平普遍有了较大的提高，他们对于孩子的教育问题越加关注，加上社会上许多早教、特长班等的火热宣传，非学前专业的父母对于如何在家庭中教育子女有各自的困惑、思考与策略，所以家园结合可以为家庭教育提供更有利有效的方法，更宽领域的交流平台，更专业化的指导。作为幼儿教师，在开展这方面的家长工作也是必不可少的，这次见习是一次非常宝贵的学习机会。

这次的家教沙龙活动首先以托班的一堂公开课开场，教师用木偶剧的形式生动形象地告知幼儿分享可以带来快乐的收获，并在活动中尝试让幼儿体验通过分享草莓所带来的快乐。纵观整个集体教育活动，活动的形式非常吸引孩子，教师的表述、引导很到位，孩子的配合也比较积极。可是始终令我感到疑惑的是难道通过一节课就能养成孩子的分享意识了吗？即使孩子在课堂上表现出了分享行为，那这种行为又能持续多久呢？孩子分享行为的表现会不会受到当时周围环境的影响呢？由此，没有真正理解这堂公开课所起到的作用。在紧接着的家教沙龙活动中，我逐渐了解之前的一堂公开课或许是为了更好的告诉家长在家庭教育活动中可注意运用多种情境与方法。

第一次接触家园结合的家庭教育活动，感觉上整个家教沙龙活动的形式、氛围还不错，活动主要以一位老师有层次地引导，家长在活动中自由地表述各自家庭中孩子对某一行为发展程度、自己的教育策略、教育理念、对幼儿园活动开展的意见等等。首先，很多家长会讲述自己孩子在分享行为的发展情况，家长间的交流，可以让家长对同年龄段的孩子就某一行为的发展水平有了一个大致的了解，可以衡量自己孩子的程度，把握家庭教育中的阶段性重点。其次，在介绍各自对孩子在家庭中培养分享行为的不同方法是父母之间的经验交流是一个取长补短的好机会，掌握的好方法多了，途径多了，孩子的家庭教育也就更有效了。相反，一些不好的方法，父母也可以及时地避免。第三，父母交流中的集中困惑往往是幼儿园活动中所需要弥补的重点，家长与老师通过交流可以更好的明确孩子需要发展的方向，互相得到更好的配合。第四，每次讨论末都会有幼儿园专业教师阐述对问题的看法，教师与家长的沟通可以为家长提供更科学、更有效的教育方法，使家庭教育避免盲目性，一些心理、保育方面的知识是家长更了解孩子的发展规律，在家庭教育中更具有针对性、科学化。可以说，家长与家长间、家长与老师间的讨论都是促进家庭教育方面非常有效的途径。

作为幼儿教师，一般承担整个活动的组织、引导环节，就像那位老师她在活动前预设了一系列提问，而且各个相关，从孩子在家庭中的分享行为表现，到分享行为对于孩子社会性发展的重要性，再到评述观摩分享行为集体活动的方法，引向家长在家庭中对于孩子在分享行为培养时的方法，接着提供一些专业的、常用的分享行为教育方法，展开对家庭教育更多的环节中的迁移。可见，幼儿教师对整个活动各个环节的把握、相关教育方法经验的总结，都必须事先统筹妥当，在讨论中对于家长的不同的教育理念与方法需要作出判断，能够充分地体现出自身的专业性。因而，这是需要我们掌握扎实的专业知识、积累一定的经验后才能达到的。

This is me, a very ordinary primary school students.

我出生在洞庭湖一个叫茶盆州的地方，和奶奶爷爷一起住，大概4岁的时候就到西湖去了。

我有一双小眼睛，一头乌黑的头发，一个小嘴巴，一双小耳朵，我的个子不高也不矮，我是一个活泼的男孩子，面目清秀，有人夸我是小帅哥，我偏瘦，担心会被大风刮走。

记得有一次，我和老朋友游文杰在雪地里打雪仗，我们丢来丢去都没打中，后来我躲在一个小雪山下，游文杰突然过来，把雪球打在我脸上，嘴巴里都是，后来我拿了一台手机摄影，游文杰又拿了一个雪球往我手机上丢，他妈妈说：等一下手机进水了我不赔钱。游文杰听了，没丢手机，又丢到我的裤子上，我的裤子湿了，妈妈叫我回家换，游文杰被他妈妈骂了一顿，我笑得直跺脚。

这就是我，一个很普通的小学生。

大家好!我的名字叫___，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自我的事不上心。上六年级的时候，校园就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。

此刻，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。但是，我必须要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到透过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也期望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自我的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过教师不少责备。我也期望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就能够找我交个朋友。

对未来初中生活的期望。我期望能在这4年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友情，能从教师那里学到更多的知识和道理。我期望大家能够了解我，喜欢我，也期望同学们能团结友爱地度过这4年。
