时间过得真快,转眼之间，幼儿园的实习即将结束。回顾这些日子，我学到了许多幼儿园的实际操作经验，这为我以后的工作打下了坚实的基础，成为我珍视的宝贵财富。在这段时间里，我尝试了许多人生的不同际遇，它教会了我执着，坚持，奋斗，理解和珍惜。这是我在学校里学不到的。这几周的实习生活，是苦中有甜，累中有乐，回味无穷。

在准备实习的前几周，我很矛盾。矛盾在于，很想去实习，很想去感受一下幼儿园的生活和幼儿教师的生活;在校期间曾俩次到学校所在地的幼儿园见习,感受了不同的氛围,尤其是在市幼儿园见习那一周,和谐的氛围让我特别憧憬幼儿园的生活,可是真正到了这个时候又特别害怕去实习，因为总感觉自己还没有能力去做一名幼儿教师。我们现在是大三，专业学习了两年，但是我们并没有完全掌握好所学的知识，何况理论与实践根本是两回事，怕自己胜任不了。怀着这样矛盾的心情去找实习的地方，刚开始由于对自己的不自信，找实习地的时候,没有勇气去那种公立园,只是去了一些私立园,我们走了很多的幼儿园,虽然我们去的那些幼儿园都希望我们可以留下来,但是一些大一点的幼儿园我们去了只能从保育员干起,小的就不同了,我们就可以直接代课了,所以,经过再三考虑我还是选择了一个比较小的幼儿园,先锻炼一下自己吧!

来到幼儿园见到以前的老师,她们的年纪也比我们大不了多少,有的甚至都是同龄,可看上去比我们成熟多了，我们还像个小孩，这些应该都源于社会的磨练吧。像我们这些一直在学校待着的人缺乏的就是这样的机会。说他们比我们成熟，不仅是外貌，更多的在于思想，在于社会交往方面。经过这次实习，我在这些方面有了很大的提高。我真正体会到了社会的复杂。

刚刚进入幼儿园的时候，才真切地发现在学校里学到的理论性的东西，在实际操作起来根本没法运用。经过一段时间的锻炼,在前辈的指点下我终于不再是那个拿到教材就发蒙无从下手的新手了,为了吸引孩子们的注意力,我和其他代课老师利用课余时间想动作,想尽一切办法吸引他们的注意力,事实证明这个方法特别有效,因为刚开始我的教学是特别的死板,我发现孩子们都不时特别愿意学,尤其我代的是小班小朋友,这个年龄阶段的孩子最大的喜好就是玩,但是我总觉得我把他们的天性都给泯灭了,怎样做才能让他们既能学到东西还能感觉到学习的快乐,那就是将教学内容贯穿到幼儿喜欢玩的游戏中。

园长告诉我们想要得到孩子与家长的认可首先要记住他们的名字。刚开始我以为这个一点都不重要，但是一次试验后我才发现这对于一个孩子来说太重要了，一次，我想让我班的一个小孩回答问题，但我就是想不起来他叫什么名字，无奈只好说：“这个宝宝……”可是让我失望的是那个小孩不但不理我,还哭了起来,当时我特别的纳闷他为什么会哭,事后我才知道是因为我不记得他的名字,从那以后,我特别注意,我带的班级总共只有16个孩子，孩子少，所以我用最快的速度记住全班了孩子的名字，原因很简单;孩子们的想法特别简单，他们就认为你能记住他的名字就是喜欢他，记不住就是不喜欢了。

还有一件事让我记忆特别深刻，在一次的家长意见回馈表上，有一个家长很直接的写着这么一条意见;教师不负责任，推卸责任，幼儿有不适不尽快向家长反映。当时我看完就被气懵了，我去找园长问了一下，园长告诉我可能就是因为上次小孩吃完药吐的那个事吧，其实那个事发生的当天我们就和家长说了，当时他也没说什么，但是他和园长说了，园长也认为没事就没和我们说，因为孩子在幼儿园吐什么的都是很平常的事，小孩的胃比较浅，有时可能因为水喝多了，不想吃什么东西了都会吐。当时感觉特别委屈，还很气愤，我总感觉我已经做得很好了，为什么还要这么说呢。后来园长的一番话让我有所领悟。她告诉我：没那个必要，这只是刚开始，以后的路还长着呢，如果你就因为这个就生这么大的气，还想放弃，那以后的路该怎么走，也许我们确实有做得不到位的地方，要不然家长也不会说，如果我们做得非常好的话，家长是不会这么说的，不管做什么事不能只想别人的过错，要先想想自己什么地方做得不够好，以后注意就是了。”

园长的一番话让我感觉不那么难受了。事后我也想了想，确实是我做得不够到位吧，园长还告诉我千万不要因为这个事就对那个小孩区别对待，我想我不会，作为一个老师，而且是一个幼儿老师，我深深地知道要公平的对待每一个孩子。而事实上我也是这么做得，当时生气的时候我想过我以后再也不管她了，可是事后我没有那样做。

还有一件事让我感觉特别的高兴，就是有一个离异家庭的小孩，跟爷爷一起生活，总之他就是和别的小孩不一样，也许是小的时候受到过什么伤害或是惊吓吧，他就不懂得自己去小便，刚去的那几天，天天裤子都得让他尿湿好几次，换都换不过来，后来经过我们的努力他终于在一个星期后不再尿裤子了，再后来我改变了他很多很多。

在保育这方面我学会了很多很多，我最大的体会就是提前体验了做妈妈的感觉，而且还是这么多孩子的妈妈，我还开玩笑说:我以后不想做个好妈妈都不行了，这功劳应全都归功于他们呀。

我是淮北师范08级幼师的学生，在20xx年毕业将至我被学校分到淮北市商业局幼儿园实习。在没到幼儿园实习之前我的心里很兴奋，想着不用在坐到教室里听那些枯燥乏味的内容，不用再每天面对老师们像催眠曲一样的碎碎念道了，可以去幼儿园和孩子们一起玩了。因为考虑到孩子大了难管而且现在的孩子还那么聪明古怪，为了能顺利的轻松的完成这一个多月的实习生活，所以当我来到商幼时我就主动向园长提出到小班实习，那时我觉得小班的孩子好带只要带他们玩就行了，可是在那一个多月的实习生活，我发现事情并不是我想的那样，这一个多月的实习也使我更深刻地了解到一名幼儿教师的工作;更深刻地了解和掌握了这一年龄阶段幼儿的身心发展特点;同时也认识到了作为一名幼儿教师，不管是大班的孩子还是小班的孩子除了做好幼儿的教育工作外，还要做好与保育员、其他教师及家长的合作、协调工作也具有同样重要的地位。

淮北市商业局幼儿园是淮北市唯一一家早上管早饭的幼儿园，我们每天早上七点半要到幼儿园做好清洁的问题，再等孩子来吃早饭，每天总有几个孩子不愿意自己吃饭，总想让爸爸妈妈或爷爷奶奶喂，这时带班老师会鼓励幼儿让幼儿自己吃饭，并和其他的孩子比赛去吃饭。中午午睡时老师要协助幼儿自己学会脱衣服穿衣服，在幼儿午睡时老师也不敢有半点松懈，因为总有那么几个孩子好尿床，所以老师必须要隔半小时喊孩子们起来尿一次尿。这也是培养孩子们的习惯。每天中午也有那么几个孩子不愿意睡觉，其中就有两个孩子总要方老师抱着睡，方老师想想这样下去也不是办法，她用了一招苦肉计，面带痛苦之色对孩子说：“你们爱方老师吗?”幼儿不假思索的说：“爱”方老师又说：前两天方老师抱你们抱的，这两天胳膊好疼，如果我以后再抱着你们睡觉，那么老师以后再也不能抱你们了该怎么办啊?”只见这时孩子面露怜悯之色对老师说：“方老师你去休息吧，我自己睡觉，这样等我睡醒了方妈妈就可以抱抱我了”方老师开心的对欣蕾笑笑说：“真是方妈妈的乖宝宝，等你醒了方妈妈再抱你。”就这样没一会她就睡着了，可见孩子是可以沟通的，有些道理她们还是懂的。

在实习初期的时候，看到小朋友椅子放的不整齐，我就会帮他们放整齐。他们告诉我饭菜吃不完，我就会告诉他们不要吃了;他们要上厕所，不管当时在做什么活动，我都以为应该让他们去上厕所;他们不会脱衣服的时候，我会主动帮他们脱等等，我以为我是在帮助他们，可事实并非如此，后来有经验的老师告诉我不可以帮小朋友处理生活中的琐事，如果有小朋友遇到什么不会的，做不了的，只可以耐心引导他们去完成。如果帮他们做了，后果就是他们永远都不能学会自己的事情自己做，，不能养成良好的行为习惯。我的行为的出发点是关爱幼儿，但结果却是溺爱他们。所以经过反省我觉得教师心中应有一把尺，这把尺其实就是教师坚守的原则，这些原则的出发点和终点都应是发展和提高幼儿的能力。
