三、乙方安全驾驶责任

1、必须树立“安全第一，预防为主”的思想，遵章守纪，积极参加租赁方提供的安全教育学习活动，并积极参加，配合租赁方的安全检查和监督，服从甲方和租赁方的管理。

2、确保挖机作业状况良好，严格遵守驾驶安全操作规程，积极配合甲方做好挖机每天工作前，工作结束后的检查保养工作和安全停放，保证挖机不带病作业，发现事故隐患应及时联系甲方予以解决。

3、保持充沛精力投入工作，不疲劳工作。不将挖机叫给他人驾驶。

4、积极配合甲方和租赁方做好其他各项安全工作。

5、聘用期间，乙方是该挖机安全的第一责任人，挖机如发生大小安全责任事故，其责任和一切经济损失{除保险公司索赔外}，由甲.乙双方协调赔偿。

四、甲方的责任.权利

1、合同期间，甲方为乙方提供吃住。

1、强化保育教师的教育意识，鼓励保育教师主动地参与教学。

为了丰富我园教师的保健业务知识，提高教师的教育、保育、保健能力，本学期我们组织以下在职培训活动a：面向全体教师的《心肺复苏术》保健知识培训；b：保健医生针对我园的工作实际对保育教师进行两周一次的保健知识培训；c：每周进行一次保育教师英语和电脑培训；d：陈春红老师针对我园英语教师的工作实际，组织全体英语教师进行了一次带班技巧培训。e：期末，助理办根据保育教师所学的保健知识、英语知识进行了每学期一次的考核。保健知识考核成绩突出的保育教师有：方寒萍、谢海燕、方惠燕、唐先荣、张丽霞；英语考试成绩突出的有：莫婷婷、张丽霞、叶蔓莎、霍海丽

二、认真落实保育、保健工作

“广东省十佳民办学校评审团”在对我园的进行总体评价时提到：碧桂园幼儿园的保育工作是一流的，非常细致、科学，袁爱玲教授还说：“我从来没有看见过这么干净、整洁的幼儿园！” 是的，保育工作一直是我园工作的重中之重。本学期，我们以保障幼儿的健康和安全两个方面为重点继续努力，不断提高保育、保健工作的质量：

1、保证幼儿户外活动时间

为了保证孩子的户外活动时间，助理办重新修改幼儿的作息时间安排，且两周还增加了一次孩子最喜欢的混龄活动。将更多的自由时间还给孩子。

2、举行了一年一度的幼儿运动会

一年一度的运动会，从轻松的幼儿特长展示到激烈的幼儿运动竞赛，无不体现了我园幼儿的活力和团体意识！

3、认真落实发病率制度：发病率为0的班级

发病率是我园是否能生存的关键因素之一，为了能使我园的发病率制度得到更好的落实，真正反映出班级幼儿的基本体质情况，医务室和助理办坚持每天、每月核对发病率，并公布。本学期，有发病率为0记录的班级是：大三班、 大一班、小四班、中四班 。就诊记录较少的班级是： 大二班

4、提高幼儿和教师的安全意识

为了提高我园幼儿和教师的安全意识，本学期我们坚持开展了两次逃生演习训练、一次保育教师演习和一次教师消防培训。遗憾的是，在第二次逃生演习中，付代兰老师不慎摔伤。这一事例也提醒了我们，今后进行逃生演习要考虑到天气情况，注意提醒教师和幼儿注意自我保护，计划越细致，问题就会越少！

本学期，我园结合社会中的一些安全事故，反复强调了幼儿在园的人身安全，增强全体教职员工的安全意识。遗憾的是，本学期还是发生了9起的责任事故、两起喂错药事故。虽然事情已经过去了，但是给我们的教训是深刻的，如何提高幼儿的自我保护能力？如何增强我园教职员工的安全意识？如何有效杜绝安全事故发生？这些问题都是我园全体教职员工必须积极反思的！

5、保育检查小组完成了一学期的保育工作检查。本学期，在保育工作检查小组成员的不懈努力下，有效完成了我园各项保育工作的检查。在此，特别感谢邓丽萍、杨思萍、张莉、方寒平、欧阳佩霞、谢海燕、李传环老师的辛勤劳动！

6、为幼儿餐厅的使用做了充分准备

为了有效利用人力，提高幼儿进餐质量，本学期，我们做了以下准备工作：

a：搬迁教师资料室，设立小班临时餐厅

b：利用起幼儿以前的餐桌，科学地摆放好幼儿进餐的位置

c：以困难的小班为试点，主动发现幼儿集中进餐的问题，并积极改进，为今后幼儿集中进餐做好充分的准备

7、加强保健工作的管理

a：免疫卡的管理。免疫卡管理不善也是我园一直存在的问题之一，为了保证家长能了解幼儿免疫情况，也为了保证孩子能按时注射预防针，我园从本学期起，一律不收幼儿的免疫卡，由我园医务室设立幼儿疫苗注射档案。凡是需要注射国家规定疫苗的幼儿，医务室会及时通知家长，注射完疫苗后医生不仅在幼儿的免疫卡上记录注射情况，还要在幼儿疫苗注射档案中记录，并及时将免疫卡退还给家长。

b：完成了开学初及期末幼儿体检工作。

c：延续“非典”时期的优良保健做法，毫不松懈我园的各项消毒、卫生工作。

三、合理供给后勤物资

历年来我园存在的物品使用浪费问题，本学期在全体教职员工的共同努下终于有了明显的改善：

1、仓库物品管理：有记录、物资利用合理（圣诞活动物资利用）

本学期，在后勤、保育组长的共同努力下，仓库物品管理已步入正轨。物品的摆放分门别类，物品的领用有记录、有清算、有价目。每月后勤组都会将各班将所领的物品清单、价目清单列出来并公布，使各班教师能做到心中有数。

去年开始，仓库就将可回收的节日物品回收入仓，并打好包装，以便重复使用。今年的圣诞节，后勤组在保证全园物品合理供应的基础上，基本没有再花钱购买节日物品，这为我园节约了几千元的开支。

2、完成了幼儿园物资清算

在筹备建造幼儿就餐间时，校领导发现我园还有许多可利用的物品，遗憾的是由于保育主任的管理不善，都堆砌在角落而未得到充分的利用，这是一种资源的浪费。因此，组织全体日班保育员和夜班保育员对我园各个角落的物品“小仓库”进行清点、处理，重新归类摆放整齐，定出各个楼梯间的负责班级，严肃管理制度。

3、学期预算

期末，助理办组织保育、后勤组长对我园物品仓库进行了清点核算，并根据我园现存物品数量及我园生活、学习物品的使用情况做好了下学期的申购计划，下学期的申购计划与去年同期相比，节约了8万多元开支。可见，我们实行班级物品领用包干费用之后，幼儿园的开支有了明显的好转。这些都归功于全体教职员工的主人翁精神，希望今后大家再接再厉，使我园的物品使用更加合理。本学期，生活用品使用获“节约奖”的班级是：大一班、小二班、大三班。

四、常规工作有条不紊

1、各类值班。本学期，幼儿园各类值班没有出现过一次迟到、缺勤的现象。

2、接送工作。本学期，我园顺利完成了9次校车接送工作，从未出现过失误现象。但是，在平时的接送工作中还存在个别教师没按手续要求开出门条、开接收条等等接送失误现象。

3、保育常规工作检查。在各位层级干部的共同努力下，我园的保育常规工作检查力度大、质

量高，能真正有效地监督、提高我园的保育工作。本学期，保育工作方面成绩突出的班级有（即多次评为“卫生流动红旗”）：大一班、中四班、小三班。

4、完成保育教师工作质量量化表统计工作。期末，助理办完成了全体保育教师学期工作质量量化表的统计工作。

5、保育员工资上网。从12月份开始，层级干部在网上给保育员做工资。

五、德育活动出成果

本学期，我园根据学校要求继续完善了《德育校本化——幼儿园学段纲要》的内容。对中三班承担的德育展示活动《我来当妈妈》（主讲教师：杨秋雅）和小一班承担的德育展示活动《小兔乖乖》（主讲教师：龙琦）进行录象，为省一级科研课题研究成果提供素材资料。

将我园本学期开展的两项大型活动：变废为宝和班级特色展示融入《幼儿园德育校本化纲要》，丰富了其中的内容。

六、坚持下班参与教学

本学期，保育主任除了完成全园的保育、后勤、德育管理工作外，还坚持下班参与教学。保证每天一节蒙台教学活动，开学初每两周三节主体探究活动，学期中由于蒙台教学活动调到下午，所以每两周三节的主体探究活动改为每两周二节。

总的来说，本学期在全体教职员工的共同努力下，我园的保育、后勤、和德育工作取得了一定的成绩，再次感谢老师们的辛勤劳动！
