幼儿园英语学习总结PPT

幼儿园日常工作涉及孩子吃喝拉撒睡，学习区与生活区都在幼儿园，因此，每件事都是小事，每件事都是要紧事。总的来说，我们做了自己该做的事情，取得了一些成绩，也发现和解决了一些问题。

本学期园学习总结具体如下：

一、管理工作

本学期，我们继续实施综合管理，坚持了层级管理、民主管理、制度管理和情感管理。调整了干部的职位，进一步明确了干部的职责。的动作是实行了“双向选择，层级聘任，优化组合”的师资搭配办法，为进一步提高每个人的工作积极性找出了比较有效的突破口。

另外，本学期，我们继续完成了日班保育员网上开工资的改革措施，使工资发放更加民主和公平。

在总校的大力支持下，我园开展了“请进来走出去”的活动。我们邀请了上一届幼儿家长邝颂谦先生给老师们做“家长教育期望讲座”，9月份组织了全体英语老师到广东省外语艺术职业学院听香港英语教育专家讲座；到初小部听英语观摩课。10月份全体班主任到华南碧桂园幼儿园参观学习；园长、教学主任和保教组长到南京各大名园参观学习；11月全体教师到花城碧桂园幼儿园参加开放日活动；12月全体班主任和组长到祈福幼儿园参加开放日活动。一系列的参观学习，开阔了视野，增长了见识。

二、保育后勤工作

一、积极推进保教结合工作

“培养教育型保育教师，强化教师的保育意识”，是我们学期计划中的一项重要内容，为此，我们从强化教师意识、对教师进行在职培训、保育教师参与教学等方面着手推进，取得了比较明显的实际效果。

1、强化保育教师的教育意识，鼓励保育教师主动地参与教学。

本学期，我们修订了保育教师的工资发放办法，在班主任、保育组长、保教组长 、保育主任的工资发放标准中，充分体现保育教师教育能力的重要性，引导保育教师主动向教育型保育教师转变。

为了鼓励保育教师参与教学的积极性，我们还组织了两次保育教师带班经验交流活动，请积极参与教学和教学效果较好的保育教师传授带班经验，在老师们 互相学习过程中，激励上进，鞭策后进，取得了较好的效果。

2、多方面强调保育教师向教育型转变的重要性

除了在学期计划中对保育教师提出参与教学活动要求外，我们还在幼儿园保教推进计划中，根据各年级组的实际情况制定出各组保育教师的教育工作要求。

3、认真落实检查制度

有“要求”就必须有监督，为了更好地推进保教结合工作，助理办和各位保教组长、英语组长按时地检查了保育教师的带班、配课、制作教具、主带班和英语学习等情况。在保教结合工作推进过程中，涌现出一批教育能力进步明显的保育教师。她们是：黄东梅、莫婷婷、张丽霞、何淑霞、方寒萍等

4、组织了教师、保育教师在职培训

二、认真落实保育、保健工作

“广东省十佳民办学校评审团”在对我园的进行总体评价时提到：碧桂园幼儿园的保育工作是一流的，非常细致、科学，袁爱玲教授还说：“我从来没有看见过这么干净、整洁的幼儿园！” 是的，保育工作一直是我园工作的重中之重。本学期，我们以保障幼儿的健康和安全两个方面为重点继续努力，不断提高保育、保健工作的质量：

1、保证幼儿户外活动时间

为了保证孩子的户外活动时间，助理办重新修改幼儿的作息时间安排，且两周还增加了一次孩子最喜欢的混龄活动。将更多的自由时间还给孩子。

2、举行了一年一度的幼儿运动会

一年一度的运动会，从轻松的幼儿特长展示到激烈的幼儿运动竞赛，无不体现了我园幼儿的活力和团体意识！

3、认真落实发病率制度：发病率为0的班级

发病率是我园是否能生存的关键因素之一，为了能使我园的发病率制度得到更好的落实，真正反映出班级幼儿的基本体质情况，医务室和助理办坚持每天、每月核对发病率，并公布。本学期，有发病率为0记录的班级是：大三班、 大一班、小四班、中四班 。就诊记录较少的班级是： 大二班

4、提高幼儿和教师的安全意识

为了提高我园幼儿和教师的安全意识，本学期我们坚持开展了两次逃生演习训练、一次保育教师演习和一次教师消防培训。遗憾的是，在第二次逃生演习中，付代兰老师不慎摔伤。这一事例也提醒了我们，今后进行逃生演习要考虑到天气情况，注意提醒教师和幼儿注意自我保护，计划越细致，问题就会越少！

本学期，我园结合社会中的一些安全事故，反复强调了幼儿在园的人身安全，增强全体教职员工的安全意识。遗憾的是，本学期还是发生了9起的责任事故、两起喂错药事故。虽然事情已经过去了，但是给我们的教训是深刻的，如何提高幼儿的自我保护能力？如何增强我园教职员工的安全意识？如何有效杜绝安全事故发生？这些问题都是我园全体教职员工必须积极反思的！

6、为幼儿餐厅的使用做了充分准备

为了有效利用人力，提高幼儿进餐质量，本学期，我们做了以下准备工作：

a：搬迁教师资料室，设立小班临时餐厅

b：利用起幼儿以前的餐桌，科学地摆放好幼儿进餐的位置

c：以困难的小班为试点，主动发现幼儿集中进餐的问题，并积极改进，为今后幼儿集中进餐做好充分的准备

7、加强保健工作的管理

a：免疫卡的管理。免疫卡管理不善也是我园一直存在的问题之一，为了保证家长能了解幼儿免疫情况，也为了保证孩子能按时注射预防针，我园从本学期起，一律不收幼儿的免疫卡，由我园医务室设立幼儿疫苗注射档案。凡是需要注射国家规定疫苗的幼儿，医务室会及时通知家长，注射完疫苗后医生不仅在幼儿的免疫卡上记录注射情况，还要在幼儿疫苗注射档案中记录，并及时将免疫卡退还给家长。

b：完成了开学初及期末幼儿体检工作。

c：延续“非典”时期的优良保健做法，毫不松懈我园的各项消毒、卫生工作。

三、合理供给后勤物资

历年来我园存在的物品使用浪费问题，本学期在全体教职员工的共同努下终于有了明显的改善：

1、仓库物品管理：有记录、物资利用合理（圣诞活动物资利用）

本学期，在后勤、保育组长的共同努力下，仓库物品管理已步入正轨。物品的摆放分门别类，物品的领用有记录、有清算、有价目。每月后勤组都会将各班将所领的物品清单、价目清单列出来并公布，使各班教师能做到心中有数。

去年开始，仓库就将可回收的节日物品回收入仓，并打好包装，以便重复使用。今年的圣诞节，后勤组在保证全园物品合理供应的基础上，基本没有再花钱购买节日物品，这为我园节约了几千元的开支。

2、完成了幼儿园物资清算

在筹备建造幼儿就餐间时，校领导发现我园还有许多可利用的物品，遗憾的是由于保育主任的管理不善，都堆砌在角落而未得到充分的利用，这是一种资源的浪费。因此，组织全体日班保育员和夜班保育员对我园各个角落的物品“小仓库”进行清点、处理，重新归类摆放整齐，定出各个楼梯间的负责班级，严肃管理制度。

3、学期预算

期末，助理办组织保育、后勤组长对我园物品仓库进行了清点核算，并根据我园现存物品数量及我园生活、学习物品的使用情况做好了下学期的申购计划，下学期的申购计划与去年同期相比，节约了8万多元开支。可见，我们实行班级物品领用包干费用之后，幼儿园的开支有了明显的好转。这些都归功于全体教职员工的主人翁精神，希望今后大家再接再厉，使我园的物品使用更加合理。本学期，生活用品使用获“节约奖”的班级是：大一班、小二班、大三班。

四、常规工作有条不紊

1、各类值班。本学期，幼儿园各类值班没有出现过一次迟到、缺勤的现象。

2、接送工作。本学期，我园顺利完成了9次校车接送工作，从未出现过失误现象。但是，在平时的接送工作中还存在个别教师没按手续要求开出门条、开接收条等等接送失误现象。

3、保育常规工作检查。在各位层级干部的共同努力下，我园的保育常规工作检查力度大、质

量高，能真正有效地监督、提高我园的保育工作。本学期，保育工作方面成绩突出的班级有（即多次评为“卫生流动红旗”）：大一班、中四班、小三班。

4、完成保育教师工作质量量化表统计工作。期末，助理办完成了全体保育教师学期工作质量量化表的统计工作。

5、保育员工资上网。从12月份开始，层级干部在网上给保育员做工资。

五、德育活动出成果

本学期，我园根据学校要求继续完善了《德育校本化——幼儿园学段纲要》的内容。对中三班承担的德育展示活动《我来当妈妈》（主讲教师：杨秋雅）和小一班承担的德育展示活动《小兔乖乖》（主讲教师：龙琦）进行录象，为省一级科研课题研究成果提供素材资料。

将我园本学期开展的两项大型活动：变废为宝和班级特色展示融入《幼儿园德育校本化纲要》，丰富了其中的内容。

六、坚持下班参与教学

本学期，保育主任除了完成全园的保育、后勤、德育管理工作外，还坚持下班参与教学。保证每天一节蒙台教学活动，开学初每两周三节主体探究活动，学期中由于蒙台教学活动调到下午，所以每两周三节的主体探究活动改为每两周二节。

总的来说，本学期在全体教职员工的共同努力下，我园的保育、后勤、和德育工作取得了一定的成绩，再次感谢老师们的辛勤劳动！

一、前言：

五、实习内容：

为确立劳动关系，明确双方的权利和义务，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》和国家及省、市有关规定，经双方协商同意，签订本合同。

一、劳动合同期限

（一）本合同有效期 年，自 年 月 日起至 年

二、工作内容

甲方根据需要安排乙方从事 工作。乙方应胜任本职工作，并提高职业技能，完成生产工作任务。

三、劳动保护和劳动条件

甲方应提供符合国家法律法规规定的劳动场所、设备、设施和必要的防护用品，保证乙方的人身安全和健康。

四、工作报酬

（一）甲方应遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬，并根据乙方的工作岗位，确定每月工资报酬。试用期工资为 元/月，试用期后工资为 元/月。并于每月 日支付给乙方。

（二）乙方在国家规定的工作时间内要保质保量完成甲方安排的工作任务。

五、劳动纪律

甲方按照国家的有关法律、法规制定相关的各项规章制度。乙方必须服从甲方制定的各项规章制度和职业道德，维护甲方的声誉。有下列情形之一为严重违反劳动纪律。

1、私自扣留、挪用或者侵占甲方公款或者财物的。

2、私下将生源介绍到其他单位的。

3、故意或者过失泄露本单位商业秘密的。

4、因乙方工作责任心不强或者缺乏必要的安全保健意识，给甲方造成损失或者给甲方幼儿造成损害的。

5、乙方因违反工作纪律或财务制度，给甲方造成经济损失的 。

6、其他违反甲方单位规章制度，情节严重，使甲方单位利益受损的。

六、劳动合同的变更、续订和终止

甲乙双方经协商同意可以变更劳动合同的相关内容；劳动合同期满或劳动合同终止条件出现，劳动合同即行终止。如经双方协商同意，可以续订劳动合同。

七、劳动合同的解除

（一）经甲乙双方协商一致劳动合同可以解除。乙方解除劳动合同应在合同期满前三十日以书面形式通知甲方。

（二）乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除劳动合同；

1、在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的；

2、严重违反劳动纪律或者甲方规章制度的；

3、严重失职、营私舞弊，对甲方利益造成重大损害的；

4、被依法追究刑事责任或被劳动教养的。

（三）有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除劳动合同，但是应当提前通知乙方：

1、乙方患病或非因工负伤，医疗期满后不能从事原工作也不能从事用人单位另行安排的工作的；

2、乙方不能胜任工作，经培训或调整工作岗位仍不能胜任的；

3、劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使原劳动合同无法履行，经当事人双方协商不能就变更劳动合同达成协议的。

（四）甲方符合裁员条件裁减人员的可以解除劳动合同。

（五）乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方不得解除劳动合同；

1、女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期内的。

2、患病或者非因工负伤，在规定的医疗期内的。

（六）有下列情形之一的，乙方可随时通知甲方解除劳动合同：

1、甲方以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；

2、甲方未按本合同约定支付劳动报酬或提供劳动条件的。

八、违反劳动合同的责任

1、甲乙双方违约不履行本合同，应由违约方赔偿给对方违约金5000元。

乙方的各种技能，合同期间，甲方可能会根据情况出资派乙方参加各种进修、培训学习。培训、学习结束后，未满甲方要求的工作年限而辞职离园的，须全额退还报销的学习培训费及餐旅住宿等费用。

十二、本合同一式二份，甲乙双方各执一份。本合同代签、涂改无效。
