3.不得大声播放宣传片、宣传带，干扰其它展位的正常招聘；不得在会场散发违法资料或信息；

4.有事请咨询会务组，如发生东西丢失，请及时向会议公安部门报告；

5.如乙方违背其责任和义务的第2、3条，会议主办方有权将乙方清除出场，乙方自负责任。

三、违约责任

1.任何一方违约需向对方赔偿相应损失（限服务费用内，遇不可抗力除外）；

2.乙方退展，在会期前一周时间之外，扣除20％服务费的违约金；一周之内，扣除50％服务费的违约金。

第一条：经甲方审查，同意招聘乙方到甲方处从事兼职教师工作。

第二条：甲方的权利义务

2、甲方可以对乙方的相关证件(身份证、学生证)进行复印，对乙方的学历情况予以核实。

3、甲方应为乙方提供相关的教学设施，对乙方的住宿应予以合理安排，并应协助乙方完成预先的教学任务工作。

4、甲方可以依照相关规定对乙方的教学任务进行考核，对考核优秀者予以人民币500元奖励。

5、甲方应当按照相关法律规定和本合同约定及时足额的支付乙方报酬。

第三条：乙方的权利义务

1、乙方应如实向甲方提供自己的学历信息和相关身份证明。

2、乙方应当遵守国家法律和甲方的相关规章制度，按照合同约定和甲方的要求及时完成工作任务。

3、乙方应当按照甲方规定的教学任务对学生进行授课，不得随意更改教学大纲，不得对学生宣讲任何不法的或者不健康的言论。

4、乙方应协助甲方对学生上课期间的秩序予以维持，对学生的人身安全进行保护。

5、乙方在甲方处担任兼职教师期间不得无故离职和擅自辞职，违反本约定条款乙方应向支甲方违约金人民币500元。

6、乙方有从甲方处获取报酬的权利，可以及时足额的要求甲方支付工资和相关奖励。

第四条：工作地点、工作时间、食宿情况

1、甲方聘请乙方从事兼职教师的具体工作地点为西安市蓝田县和渭南市蒲城县，具体工作地点如有变更甲方应在三日内通知乙方并和乙方协商解决。

2、乙方的工作时间从7月1日起到8月12日左右止，分为两个阶段，第一阶段从7月1日至7月15日，乙方具体工作内容为协助甲方进行招生工作。第二阶段从7月16日至8月12日，乙方具体工作是按照甲方的要求对学生进行授课。第一阶段乙方日工作8小时左右，第二阶段乙方日工作6小时左右。

3、乙方的住宿由甲方给予合理安排，用餐费用由乙方自理。

第五条：工作报酬及工资支付方式

1、乙方的工作报酬为人民币1600—2200元，上述工作报酬不包括甲方给予乙方的提成。工资在乙方按照合同约定完成甲方规定的授课任务后甲方一次性以货币形式足额支付给乙方。

2、关于工作报仇的具体约定

从7月1日至7月15日，乙方协助甲方进行招生工作阶段，乙方的工作报酬为40元/天，如果招生人数不够开班，乙方的工作报酬按本合同第五条第一项约定的工作报酬的60%计算。

第六条：其他相关问题

本合同如有未尽事宜，须经合同双方当事人共同协商，作出补充规定，补充规定与本合同具有同等法律效力。

第七条：解决争议的方法

因本合同履行过程中所产生的任何经济及法律纠纷，双方当事人可以协商解决。协商不成的，双方当事人均可向合同签订地人民法院起诉。

本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，经双方当事人签字(或盖章)后即生效。
