本学期xx学校以“诵读经典诗歌，弘扬传统文化”为德育活动主题，开展了形式多样、内涵丰富的诵读活动，既创新了德育形式，又有力地激发了德育的活力，现将一学期活动总结如下：

一、各种渠道—宣传经典。

本期，德育处提出国旗下讲话以“经典诵读”为主题，力求形式新颖，内容丰富有内涵，有感染力，有号召力，并将国旗下讲话纳入期末的评比。各班围绕主题，精心准备，充分的创新活动形式，质量有很大提升，其中课本剧《太阳神鸟》表演、配乐诗文朗诵《最初的梦想》、《祝福母亲》诗歌朗诵。。。营造了浓厚的诵读氛围。

四、“与经典同行”艺术节—演绎经典。

四月，是流光溢彩的四月。四月的分道分校充满着艺术的气息，洋溢着快乐的音符，同学们围绕着“与经典同行”这一主题开展艺术节。在展示活动中，各班节目将古典演绎精彩，并且古为今用，将古典与现代完美结合，展示了现代中学生独有的魅力，达到了活动目的。

五、“形象大使”—展现经典。

为了进一步提高学生的主人翁意识，德育处组织评选了学校“形象大使”活动，初一年级的同学们在展示活动中进行了不同形式的诵读展示，有快板、有表演唱，有诗歌诵读，有经典诗词表演唱，将国学与现代经典融合在一起，展示了学道学子的形象与风采。

6.负责学籍和成绩管理，制作、颁发毕（结）业证和学位证书。

7.制定网络远程教育经费的管理规定，督促、检查乙方对教育经费的使用和上缴情况。

8.对乙方在管理人员配备、办学条件、管理水平及教学组织等方面实施日常监控及年度检查。对乙方在上述各方面达不到要求的，甲方将给予限期（一般为四个月）整改的警告，整改后仍达不到标准的，甲方有权停止招生直至撤销远程教育中心。

9.签订合作协议后，及时向乙方提供办公用印章，并出具乙方向地方教育行政主管部门备案的相关文件与资料。

二、乙方责任与义务

1.严格执行甲方制订的各种远程教育管理规定。

2.建立专门的管理机构，并依据学员数量配备足够的管理人员。中心主任的选配由乙方推荐人选，但须经甲方同意方可任命。

3.根据甲方下达的招生计划，做好招生宣传和生源组织，协助甲方组织入学考试和录取工作，如实向甲方上报招生人数和费用。

4.负责本中心学员的教务和学籍管理工作，准确、完整和及时地将学籍资料上报甲方。

5.负责各教学环节的组织、实施与管理，做好学生日常管理工作。

6.根据甲方的有关规定，建立、健全各类管理规章制度并上报甲方批准。

7.建立年度工作报告和年度自我检查、评估制度，并于学年度开始和结束后一个月内上报年度工作计划和工作总结。坚持经常性的自我检查，主动接受、积极配合甲方对乙方的检查与评估。

8.负责本中心远程教育设备的日常维护和管理，确保网络教育的顺利进行。

9.保护甲方远程教育教学课件的知识产权，严禁非法经营和侵权行为的发生。

10.建立导学制度，切实发挥指导教师在教学中的作用。建立一支素质高、业务精、相对稳定的指导教师队伍，并上报甲方批准。认真组织日常的教学指导工作，每学年至少开展一次教学研讨活动，不断提高教学和指导水平。

11.为甲方前往乙方参加教学、辅导的教师和监考人员提供良好的教学和生活保障。其经费分成比例和开支范围附后。

12.有权对甲方的教学、管理等工作进行监督，并提出建议。若遇技术和延误播课等原因影响学员听课和影响教学质量，乙方有权要求甲方采取补救措施。

13.负责向当地教育行政主管部门办理建立远程教育中心的备案手续。

三、经费分成及支出范围

农村现代远程教育自查报告

凤阳县燃灯小学位于凤阳县的东部，学校兴建于1937年，现有教学班12个，在校学生617人，教师21人。在我校配备了模式二设施。另外学校各科室有办公用计算机共14台，每台计算机都能登录到inter。我校的农远设施已正常运行也有一个多学期了，并真正投入到教学教学中，农远工程在我校的各项工作中，真正起到了不可替代的作用。

最近我们对我校的农远工作进行了自检自查，具体情况如下：

一、明确任务、提高认识、认真落实

我校对现代远程教育项目给予了高度重视，认真领会上级主管部门的文件精神，把开展现代远程教育工作摆上重要位置，迅速启动，周密部署，狠抓落实。为了争取主动，学校先后召开专题会议，部署远程教育项目工作。

XX年1月，对远教设备进行了安装调试（具体设备为接收天线、数字接收机、电视机、电脑等），3月初，远程教育项目培训启动，我校选派了两名教师去沈阳参加了培训，历时5天，学习了远程教育的基础知识，微机操作基础及远程ip接收系统的安装、调试及相关知识，并获得了省级培训证书。三月份正式投入运行，接收教育资源，获得同步课堂、综合信息、信息技术、农业技术中的大量资料，极大的方便了师生的教学活动，为教师备课、上课、开展教学研究提供了高质量的素材，为我校师生吸取新的教法、学法及教学观念的转变起到了积极的推动作用。于四月份，我校又派了两名主任级领导参加了省里的管理者培训班，学到了许多专业方面及管理方面的知识，并以优异的成绩毕业，获得了省级培训合格证书。

二、健全组织、完善制度、明细管理

经校长办公会议研究决定，成立了以校长为组长的学校现代远程教育工作领导小组，组员由懂业务的专职人员2人，兼职人员四人（由对此项目的爱好者组成，他们经过我校专职人员的培训）担任。具体负责管理全校现代远程教育工作。

为了更好顺利地运用设备，发挥远程教育项目的优势，我校还成立了教研组织机构，组员由中学部各科教研组组长和小学的学年组长担任起到了头雁作用。

同时依据上级的标准和我校的实际情况制定了《义县农村实验学校远程教育项目设备管理制度》等规章制度，做到了机构健全、制度完善、分工明确、责任落实、明细管理。

三、开辟时间、有序组织、积极培训

为了普及远程教育，我校开辟时间，利用每周五的最后一节学生扫除的时间，对中青年教师进行了培训，学习dvd、电视机和计算机的使用，幻灯片制作等技能，培训面达80％。培训人数73人。

技术人员，在搞好培训的同时为了把工作开展得更好，设法努力提高自身的素质，另外利用闲暇时间学习图片处理软件photoshop，和影片处理软件《会声会影》等，并学习了各种格式的刻盘技术。为做好服务打下坚实的基础。

四、拓宽途径、认真整合、大胆运用

首先给予充分的时间做保证，每班除了每周一节的计算机课之外，另外为每班开辟了一节课时间，运用远程教育设备，（光盘播放室和多媒体教室任选一）我校充分提供了足够的时间和空间。并纳入到我校的教学计划当中。
