现代远程教育工程实施、管理及应用情况自查报告

根据《教育部办公厅关于对农村中小学现代远程教育工程执行情况进行检查的通知》（教基厅函[]65号）以及《关于做好农村牧区中小学现代远程教育工程实施情况检查工作的通知》（内教办函[]87号）文件精神，我校成立了现代远程教育工程实施情况自查小组，并于9月15日至9月19日对我校现代远程教育工程工作进行全面认真的自查。其目的是增强学校运用现代远程教育设施设备服务教学、方便教学、促进教学的意识，提高教师在教学过程中使用远教设备的能力和中小学教育教学质量，并做好国家三部委检查的前期准备工作。我们根据自治区文件中所列的检查内容，采用实地查看、查阅资料，征询教师意见等方式进行检查。现将此次自查情况汇总如下：

一、工程建设的基本情况

我校的现代远程教育工程自XX年启动，截至XX年1月份我校“模式二”工程的硬、软件设备已全部配送到位。在项目启动之前我校选派1人参加自治区级培训，获得相关知识和技能。12月份我校在上级业务管理部门的指导下，对现代远程教育接收的设备进行了安装调试，安装了“模式二”系统所要求的各种应用软件，卫星接受设备收视效果正常，并下载了卫星数据文件，接收教学资源，获得同步课堂，综合信息技术、农业技术的大量资源。经验收“模式二”设备质量均符合上级配备要求，设施全部合格，并能正常使用。同时我校为了方便师生的教学活动，拓宽了农村党员干部、群众、教师的培训及学生学习的渠道。XX年学校自筹资金近三万元，购置了12台式电脑，6台34英寸电视，及相关联接设备，并组建了校园局域网，接入512k广域网。同时我们对全校42名教师进行了《现代远程教育资源》的使用方法及应用于课堂教学的方式进行了30多课时培训，实现现代远程教育资源班班通，现代远程教育资源人人用的良好局面。

二、组织机构建设和工作运转情况

我校针对现代远程教育工作，专门成立了以校长为组长的现代远程教育工程应用管理领导小组，以教导主任为组长的现代远程教育工程应用指导小组和部分业务骨干参与的现代远程教育工程应用专项推进小组。在领导小组带领下，制定了《应用现代远程教育工程资源实施方案及办法》，制定了各种管理制度与管理办法。做到了机构健全，制度完善，分工明确，责任到人，管理科学。

三、技术支持服务体系的建立和运行保障机制的落实情况

我校在充分利用我县技术管理部门的技术资源的指导以外，还设置了由业务能力高，事业心强的教师担任的现代远程教育工程专职管理员，负责学校的远教资源的技术支持与服务，同时经常通过网络、电话等方式与国家远教资源技术服务中心、自治区电教馆技术人员，及部分远教资源管理教师保持联系，进行技术交流与探讨，不断提高自身的业务能力，保证远教资源系统的正常运行。

四、各项管理制度的建立和落实情况

我校根据上级有关部门的具体要求，结合我校的实际情况，经校领导小组研究、并多次争求广大教师意见，制定了《现代远程教育资源下载和软件使用管理制度》、《现代远程教育项目服务管理制度》、《现代远程教育资源使用登记管理制度》、《现代远程教育设备及系统维护管理制度》、《现代远程教育资源接收管理制度》、《卫星接收机房管理制度远教教室管理制度》、《远程教育多媒体教室管理制度》、《远程教育设备使用管理制度》、《远程教育软件管理制度》、《电教设备损坏赔偿制度》、《远程教育管理和教育资源接收工作人员职责》、《远程教育管理人员工作职责》等一系列的制度与职责。并根据制度制定了各种记录表册。在远教资源的使用过程中，我们严格按照上级要求和学校的规章制度进行规范使用，并及时进行记录。

五、信息管理系统及使用情况

我校按上级要求，及时上报信息，保证信息管理系统畅通。

六、固定资产入账登记情况

我校的模式二设备及学校自购应用于远教资源应用的全部设备已于XX年5月全部在学校固定资产账目上进行登记入册。做到规范管理。

七、各级各类人员培训情况和效果

学校远教资源管理员参加自治区远教资源管理培训，经考试合格获得自治区教育厅颁发的证书。认真履行职责保证远教资源正常使用。

全体教师经远教资源管理员培训，以全部能够正常应用远教资源。发挥其应有的功能与作用。

八、卫星资源接收情况

我校卫星资源接收已经注册，注册名为：苏木皋小学。系统编号为：500592884847。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

After working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. Soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the next. Subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. Sometimes I hear people commenting that they’re not sure what exactly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.

一、多诵读，感受诗歌的意境

二、以读帯写

我认为，“读”是“写”的前提和基础。不将文章读懂、读透，贸然动笔，势必写不出，写不好;对于阅读目标，不分解、不分层，势必增加写作活动的困难;课堂活动不遵循由浅入深的阅读规律，势必造成“写”的无序和无效。“写”是“读”的促进与提升。“写”的内容要从“读”中来，但“写”的过程，又是一个对“读”到的信息不断进行加工重组的过程。从这个意义上说，“写”能够反作用于“读”。这种反作用，体现在对原文进行回读与深入思考，从而使阅读体验有新的发现与收获。

三、欣赏音乐美,注重学生文化积累

古诗词讲究韵律,乐感极强,平声仄声交错组合,跌宕起伏,节奏鲜明,具有悦耳的音乐美,因而,诵读指导千万不能一个模式,学生是有个性的,每名学生对诗中形象、诗中情味、诗中语言可以有自己独特的理解与感受。因此,要解放思想,放手让学生自己阅读,只要学生真正进入角色,身临其境,与诗中情、诗中景、诗中人沟通;只要积极性高涨,可以读得慷慨激昂,可以读得委婉含蓄,与诗意、诗情、诗境合拍，只要发挥主动性,读出语言的味道,读出语言的表现力、感染力就行。

第九周我们教研组承接了学校的教研活动,按进度，我们应该上到第五单元的19课或第六单元的20课，由于19课是略读课文，所以我们选择了20课《古诗两首》。

首先，我们认真分析了教材，确定了教学重难点。这两首诗都是千古传颂、脍炙人口的送别诗，都描写了送别好友时的依依惜别之情。《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》是唐代大诗人李白所写。孟浩然也是唐代诗人，和李白是好朋友，彼此之间情谊深厚。这首诗表达了诗人送别好友时无限依恋的感情，也写出了祖国河山的壮丽美好。《送元二使安西》的作者是唐代诗人王维。安西是指安西都护府，在今天的新疆库车附近。友人元二将要远赴西北边疆，诗人特意从长安赶到渭城来为朋友送行，其深厚的情谊，不言可知。这两首诗在以前的古诗文背诵中，学生都背过，因此我们确定教学的重难点是感悟诗歌的内容，想象诗歌所描绘的情景，体会朋友之间的深厚情谊;激起对祖国诗歌的热爱之情，培养课外主动积累诗歌的良好习惯。

其次，结合语文大阅读的要求，确定了本次教研活动的主题：“有效整和，充实文本，情景交融，体会情感”上课前，用《赠汪沦》导入新课，学《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》时，加入《赠孟浩然》帮助学生理解李白对孟浩然的感情;学完《送元二使安西》后，再学一首《别董大》，体会送别的诗的不同风格。学完后再让学生补充几首关于送别的诗，达到有效整和，充实文本的作用。

在第一次试讲时，学生对诗人离别的情感体会的不深，不能达到情景交融，体会情感，我们组又对教案进行了修改。让学生查阅资料，看地图，了解从渭城去安西的路途有多远，安西的情景是什么样的，这样为进一步理解王维送元二时“劝君更尽一杯酒”酒中所蕴含的惜别、祝福、不舍、友谊……做好了铺垫。

为创设情境，我们准备了《送别》《阳关三叠》《渭城曲》，在试讲中，我们确定了《阳关三叠》《渭城曲》两首乐曲，在实际教学中，起到可很好的渲染作用。

英文歌唱大赛决赛工作总结

时间飞快，大一上学期就这么在匆忙之中将要结束了。英语俱乐部也出台英文歌唱大赛给本学期的活动画上了一个圆满的句号。

如果以一个观众的身份去看这次的英文歌唱大赛，个人认为本次活动举行的还挺满意的，的确，我们可以在没有申请到吕志和礼堂那个得天独厚的场地的前提下，可以将本次活动举办的如此顺利！但是以我们工作人员的身份去看此次活动，回顾一下漏洞摆出！

此次我主要负责调音，我刚接到任务时我想着那些搞歌舞团调音的，把它给想的复杂了。原来我只需将选手的伴奏负责和他们演出衔接好就行了！或许是因为我不太懂那些控制音的旋钮，况且交给我的就只是播放一下暖场音乐和选手伴奏，所以我就没有过多的去问，去学习怎么控制音量。可是活动中间有几个选手进去调音，这点我们没有想到！针对这样类似的问题，我想以后应该考虑周全一些！

其次说说我们网络部工作中的一些问题。起初，我们没有及时的搞到摄影的设备，不是我们不去借，而是我们东借西借没有人想借给。我想以后的活动把借这些设备的问题交给外联部去做就行，这样也许会效果好些！第二点，我们内部由于疏忽一台电脑的问题，导致在比赛颁奖那个环节没有把获奖名单公布给观众，这是我们的失误。以后我们会在活动之前把这些硬件设施好好检查一遍。第三点，关于麦克风的问题，我也不清楚是我们技术不到位还是拿麦的人问题，每次都回发出那个刺耳的声音，这个我们还需要问问技术人员。

这次活动疏漏的一个部分就是颁奖之前主持人应该让评委老师给予现场点评，对我们举办的活动有什么建议。我们网络部做ppt时老师点评这一个环节，可能是彩排是忘了，也可能是主持人当天由于一些原因漏掉这一环节。至于彩排，这次主持人和网络部就合作了一次，后面的彩排就没有跟着ppt去做。以后在彩排时希望相关人员做好沟通交流工做。

总之，本学期的最后一次活动已经完了，而且效果也不是很差，挺满意的。希望英俱以后更辉煌，加油！
