现代教育技术先进教育工作者先进事迹

从参加工作至今，唐得圆老师一直担任着学校的信息技术工作，作为学校唯一的信息技术老师，她始终以一颗为学生、为老师服务的心，努力学习、勤奋工作，兢兢业业做好与信息技术相关的所有教学、科研、网管等工作，并且取得不少成绩。

一、立足课堂，提高教学质量

唐得圆老师担任学校三至六年级所有班级的信息技术教学工作，每周有十三个

课时的教学任务。虽然教学任务繁重，但她一直坚持着“教师是为学生服务的”这一理念，立足课堂，问课堂要效率，认真从事着教学工作。在课堂上，她坚持贯彻“轻负高质”的教学思路；在课堂外，她鼓励、引导学生把信息技术作为支持终身学习和合作学习的重要手段。她的教育理念是：“要让学生学好信息技术，更要让学生用好信息技术。”

信息技术是一门非常重视学生实际操作的学科，经常有各级各类的学生作品比赛，学生能否在竞赛中取得理想的成绩，和他们的基础是否扎实有很大的关系，所以她在平时教学中每一课都不放松，坚持抓学生的基本功。然而，光有扎实的基本功还是远远不够的，她主动放弃自己的休息时间，充分利用早晨、午间休息和下午放学后的时间对学生进行个别辅导，培养了一批有特长的竞赛学生。近年来在她与学生们的共同努力下学校分别在**区科技节和**市信息学奥林匹克竞赛中取得了优异的成绩，同时她还获得**市小学生信息学奥林匹克竞赛“优秀指导奖”。

二、以研促教，增强科研能力

唐老师除了兢兢业业做好教学工作以外还坚持不断学习，努力提高自身的教育理论水平和专业业务水平；坚持“以研促教”的理念，用先进的教学理论思想指导她的教学工作，积极开展教育科学研究。

由她撰写论文、案例，制作的课件多次在省、市、区获奖。论文《生活即教育“玩”亦即教育》获**省陶行知研究会“生活教育”论文二等奖；《小学信息技术（logo程序设计）辅导初探》获**市教育学会中小学信息技术年会论文一等奖，**省中小学信息技术论文评比一等奖；《合作学习在信息技术教学中的实践》获**区第22届中、小、幼学科教学专题研究论文三等奖。案例《将信息技术融入其它学科、融入生活》获**市中小学信息技术案例评比一等奖，**省中小学信息技术案例评比三等奖。课件《图形拼组》获**区第十一届教师自制多媒体教学软件评比获二等奖；《我是什么》获**区第十二届教师自制多媒体教学软件评比获三等奖。由她负责的课题《基于小学生信息素养发展的logo语言教学模式的研究》成为**区的立项课题。

三、服务为本，做好网管工作

作为学校唯一的信息技术老师，网管的工作自然而然地落到了唐老师的肩上。网管工作的实践性和操作性都十分强，唐老师从一个毫无经验的大学生通过自己的努力和勤奋成长为学校不可或缺的网管，其中付出了无数的汗水，放弃了无数的休息时间。从制作网线到网络布局、从网站的建设到防火墙的设置，她都虚心好学，亲历亲为。

学校的学生机房已经使用了足足七年时间了，但她仍然还在使用；在节省了学校经费的同时，却大大增加了她维护的时间。机房里所有的计算机都已经更换过电池，电脑出现小故障她也尽量自己解决，遇到难以解决的硬件损坏问题才请专业的维修单位维修。

一、 实训目的：

为了让我们更好的了解会计在实际工作中的工作内容，以便于实际与理论相结合，也更能够适应社会的要求，了解成本核算在实际工作的重要性，成本对一个企业来说是至关重要的，也是我们每个人必须要掌握的一门重要的课程，通过综训希望我们都能够对会计有一个更新更深层次的认识，让我们在工作中更具有实际的动手能力，更能懂得会计作账的基本流程。

二、 实训内容及其大概过程：

l 实训内容

1.各种成本费用的归集与分配。

生产成本的归集与分配是本次实训的重头戏，是中心环节。成本归集与分配过程实际上就是成本计算过程。在本次实训中，我们按照成本核算的基本程序，先后对材料费用、职工薪酬、其他费用、辅助生产费用、制造费用、废品损失、完工产品和在产品等七个板块进行了练习。

a、材料费用方面。用于生产产品的原材料及主要材料，通常是按照产品分别领用的，可根据领料凭证直接计入各种产品成本的“直接成本”项目，但有时一批材料为几种产品共同使用，应根据一定的分配方法分配计入各产品成本。

b、人工费用方面。应按成本项目进行归集，生产工人的计入生产成本，车间管理人员的计入制造费用，厂部管理部门的计入管理费用等，若生产多种产品，应按一定的方法进行分配后分别计入各成本项目。

c、辅助生产费用。是为企业的基本生产服务而发生的费用，最终要分摊到各受益单位。在本次实训中，主要运用交互分配法对供气车间和机修车间发生的生产费用进行分配，这里用的方法相对来说难度比前面的大，不过最重要的是求分配率。交互分配法分配辅助生产费用要分两次进行：

(1)交互分配：以(总费用/总劳务量)作为分配率在辅助生产车间内部进行分配。

(2)对外分配：以[(总费用+转入-转出)/对外劳务量]作为分配率在辅助车间以外的各受益单位之间进行分配。

d、制造费用的分配。将在生产环节发生的制造费用按一定的方法(工时比例、定额材料比例、直接材料比例等)分配计入各有关产品的基本生产成本项目中。

e、完工产品和在产品成本的计算时成本核算的最后一项内容，企业应根据月末在产品数量的多少、各月数量变化大小、各项费用变化大小和定额管理的基础的好坏，选择使当地分配方法。在本次实训中，我们采用的时约当产量法，将在产品折合成产成品数量后，按比例分配，计算出在产品和完工产品的成本。

2. 各种成本基本计算方法(品种法、分批法、分步法)的综合训练。

各种产品成本计算方法的运用时第二项内容，企业应根据自身的生产特点，生产组织经营类型和成本管理要求具体确定计算方法。其中品种法时最基本的方法，其核算程序与上述所列成本费用归集分配的程序基本相同。而分批法按批别作为计算对象，是一种订单生产，成本计算期与核算报告期不一致，一般不考虑在产品和完工产品的分配问题。分步法是以生产步骤作为计算对象，适用于大量大批生产。分步法是最难的，分步法分为逐步结转分步法和平行结转分步法，分步法实际是品种法的多次应用，最难的部分是要成本还原，学习了这些方法后老师带着我们对这些方法分别做了综合训练。

l 基本过程

1、熟悉资料，设置各种帐簿，登记起初余额。

2、根据经济业务，填制记帐凭证。并附上原始凭证。

3、根据凭证登记帐簿。

4、结帐、对帐。

5、装订、整理实训资料，上交实训作业。

三、 实训中遇到的问题及解决：

1、在刚开始的开设基本生产成本明细账时，我有的忘了登记期初余额，导致返工现象的发生，想想要是能细心一点就不用做重复的工作了。

2、由于自己不够细心，有时会看错数字或是遗漏业务，导致核算结果出错，引起不必要的麻烦。特别是在费用分配和结转时，更是一步都不能出一丁点错误，出一点错误可能会导致以后工作的效率为0。

3、在分配生产费用时，由于分配率所保留的小数位数与老师有所差异，导致后面算得结果有微小的差数。刚开始犹豫想改，可是如果改又很麻烦。涂来涂去也影响凭证整洁。所以纠结了好久，其实这微差并不影响做题。这让我体会到有些东西不一定要和老师一模一样，如果太刻意的追求一样的，反而会浪费更多时间。

4、在实训过程中，为了避免做错导致恶性循环，所以基本每笔业务都会与同学老师校对，但实际工作中还须自己编制会计分录，在这方面我还存在着一定的不足，今后还得加强练习。

5、关于一笔分录用多张记账凭证的原始凭证的黏贴。刚开始都习惯性地把原始凭证黏贴在第一张记账凭证后面，然后再之后的其他记账凭证后面附原始凭证几张处写上“见记__号”。后来才发现一直理所当然的做法竟然是错的。经过老师讲说后才明白正确的做法是应该把原始凭证黏贴在所属的最后一张记账凭证上。而在第一张记账凭证写上附原始凭证几张，中间其他记账凭证不需填写附几张原始凭证。

6、发现上面那个错误后，只好把已经包角好了的那份记账凭证拆开。重新来过。这导致又白白浪费了时间。体会：以后一定要弄清楚再下手。还有要去把所欠缺的知识补一补。

7、在算费用分配的时候，对 各种成本基本计算方法(品种法、分批法、分步法)等不能很清晰地判别。要通过问老师同学还有多看书才能灵活运用。

四、 实训心得体会：

有人说会计不仅仅是一份职业，更是一份细心+一份耐心+一份责任心=人生价值的诠释。通过实训，我也真切地了解了什么是会计。

1、经过一学期的实训，让我真正体会到成本会计是一项庞大而复杂的系统工作，可以说，它最考验一个人的耐力与细心，每一个过程都是非常的复杂与繁琐，所以一定要养成细心做事的习惯。

2、经过实训，使我较全面、系统的了解和熟悉了成本会计核算各个环节的基本内容，加深了对成本会计核算基本原则和方法的理解。但是，鉴于鄙人才疏学浅，认识上有许多不足，要达到理论与实际的真正结合仍需加强训练，并投入更多的实践。

3、在综合实训期间我遇到了很多难题，比如说在做辅助生产费用的归集与分配时就让我犯难了，直接分配法是最简单的，最难的是交互分配法，刚做的时候都不知道怎么下笔，因为平时没学好，听老师说又觉得太空洞了，但是自从自己慢慢的看书，自己慢慢摸索，我才知道了什么时候该对外分配，什么时候不计向辅助生产部门耗用的，通过综训我就弄明白了，这也使我明白了一件事，理论必须要与实际结合才是最好的学习方法。

这一周，我们复习了第六单元统计和第七单元数学广角。

在一组数据中，出现次数最多的数，是这组数据的众数，众数能够反映一组数据的集中情况，一组数据中众数可能不止一个，有可能没有众数。

第二部分打电话有很多方法，最慢的方法是一个一个的通知，还有分组的方法。最快的方法是每个人都不休息，每个人都一起通知下面的人。

经过复习和做练习题，找次品时最好是把物品分成3份，不能平均时，只能相差1。

用天平称找次品时，知道所测物的数量时，还有只含有一个次品，知道次品比正品重或轻，有一个规律2至3个要称1次，4至9个要称2次，10至243个要 称5次。根据的规律是要的次数是几，就几个3相乘，这个数就是最多的所测物品。如果不知道次品比正品轻或重是，就要称很多次。

经过复习，有些爱错的题现在也不爱错了，而且印象深了。
