大学生寒假英语学习计划

又一年寒假到来了！这次寒假大约有五十多天，而四月份马上就面临专四考试了。为了更好地准备专四考试，这个寒假绝对不能荒废！！因此，我制定了以下计划：

一、 学情分析

今年高一总共10个班级，学生能力参差不齐，层次差异较大。经初步了解大部分学生在英语学习方面一直属于薄弱环节。因此，首先要想办法培养学生英语学习的习惯。主要工作是从书写和朗读着手：利用早读培养学生的朗读习惯；在下半学期安排一个英语书法比赛，养成学生良好的书写习惯。

高一第一学期是初中向高中的重要转折点，学生能否在短期内快速适应高中英语学习是摆在我们面前的重要任务。这对高一英语教学提出挑战，教师应该多用心，应兼顾不同层次学生的需求，做到真正有效教学。

二、指导思想

在市、区教研室的指导下，全面贯彻学校工作计划，以年级组的工作计划为指导思想，以学生为核心，抓好基础，培养学生对知识综合运用的能力。

三、总体目标

1. 完成教研组工作计划中提出的各项工作要求。

2. 寻找有效的措施，拿出有效的培养思路，既保障尖子生的稳定发展又培养后进生学习兴趣，养成良好学习习惯，使他们适应高中英语学习并有所进步。

3. 集体备课充分，作业批改及时，上课学生满意率高。

4. 期末考试成绩能有效体现一学期来教学成果，学生能力有所提升。

四、 具体措施

1.加大备课投入，发挥集体优势。每周都会安排一次集体备课活动，为实现脑力资源共享，我们将更严格执行集体备课程序：个人深备—主备人说课—集体讨论—修改完善---分头执教—教后反思。

2. 精心设计课堂教学过程，提高课堂教学效益。根据高一学生特点，任课老师指导学生明确学习计划，维持好课堂秩序，指导学生听课、记笔记、及其它学习习惯的养成教育，及时监督学生每天完成“预习-听课-复习”三步。充分发挥学生的主观能动性，让学生尽快适应高中英语的学习，并对英语能有兴趣和热情。

3. 注重英语基础知识，强调词汇量的积累。同时加强对学生阅读能力的培养，每一模块专门设置一节阅读课，教给学生阅读方法，培养学生良好的阅读习惯。

4. 书面表达方面，教给学生写作的方法。每两周进行一次作文训练，教师及时批改讲评，且对卷面严格要求。

5. 采取得力措施，关注后进生。教师多课下辅导，多鼓励谈心，逐步培养他们对英语学习的兴趣，从而逐步提高成绩。

6.加强对学生周末自主学习的指导，精选习题，认真批改，下周讲评。

7.加强听力训练。每周利用周一下午第四节时间对学生进行听力训练，并加强对学生听力方面的指导。

8. 搞好大小考试的质量分析，认真查找原因，寻找对策，为提升教学质量，踏踏实实做好一切工作。

总之，我们将一如既往，多沟通，勤研究，重探索，重实效的原则，在总结经验教训的前提下，努力，认真完成高一备课组的各项任务。

I come from Luoyang, a very beautiful aicent city. my undergratuade period will be accomplished in Chang’an University in July, 20xx. And now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.

Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When i was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard. To weaver a homepage for myself, I stayed with my pesonel computer for half a month, and I am the first one in my class who owns his homepage. Furthermore, I am a person with great perserverence. During the days preparing for the first examination, I insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was like. And just owning to this, I could concentrate on my study and succeeded in the end.

Well, in my spare time, I like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. Also english is my favorate. I often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday, and write compositions to improve my witten ability. But I know my english is not good enough, I will continue studying.
