为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律法规，委托人与受托人双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就受托人接受委托人的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下协议：

一、服务项目及费用

第一条 委托人申请赴英国1.____2.____3.___

第二条 受托人向委托人提供留学前往国家的咨询、代办入学申请手续等中介服务。

二、受托人义务 自费出国留学中介服务委托合同

第四条 提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

3.受托人应当向委托人介绍就读所在国硕士学位及就读专业的详细情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第五条 申请入学

1.受托人协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。

2.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

3.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

4.受托人对委托人委托的留学申请，应当在___年___月___日前取得委托人申请留学院校的录取通知书。如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书与委托人原申请的学校、院系及专业等不一致)，受托人必须于十五日内，向委托人退回中介服务费人民币x仟x佰圆整(x元)。

5.受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第六条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在___工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

3.委托人获取签证后,如需要安排住宿、接机等本协议以外的服务,受托人可免费为委托人联系,并承担由此产生的费用

第七条 其他

1.受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用已在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。

3.受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其他费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。 4.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，

受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起___日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

四、违约责任

第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币x万x仟整(x元)，并在___年___月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的x%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条的规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在___年___月___日前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币x仟圆整(x元)。

第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人支付的中介服务费。

第十八条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人支付的中介服务费。

第十九条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

1.委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料， 委托人要求解除合同， 受托人扣除中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)。 2.受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除

中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3.委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

4.受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

5.受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第二十条 如非受托人原因而委托人签证申请被拒签,凭使领馆拒签信原件,委托人可向受托人提出退款要求,受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币x仟圆整(x元)，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

经委托人同意，也可1、由受托人为委托人再次申请同国签证不另行收取服务费;或2、由受托人为委托人提供一次赴第三国的留学申请服务(服务内容同本协议),受托人已收费用用以充抵该服务应收费用(按第三国的服务费标准,多退少补)。

第二十一条 本合同第十三条至第二十条规定的受托人应退还给委托人的中介服务费和应支付的违约金，应于退还和支付事由出现之日起十五日内一次退还和支付。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十二条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第二十三条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起十五 日内提供证明。

第二十四条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

六、适用的法律及争议解决方法

第二十五条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十六条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，同意提交北京市仲裁委员会仲裁。

七、合同的补充、变更、修改

第二十七条 对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。

八、 生效及终止条款

第二十八条 本合同由委托人及其代理人、受托人、受托人法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十九条 本合同正本一式四份，具有同等效力，委托人与受托人各执一份。

第三十条 双方履行本合同的权利和义务后，合同终止。

经过友好协商，甲乙双方就乙方委托甲方协助办理澳大利亚留学签证有关事宜，达成如下协议：

一、 甲方职责：

1、 向乙方客观介绍澳大利亚的教育制度、澳大利亚大学概况、专业情况和学习费用等，提供相应的咨询建议，最终由乙方决定留学方案;

2、 向乙方介绍申请澳洲留学院校的入学申请程序，受乙方的委托，指导乙方准备入学申请的相关材料，帮助乙方办理入学申请手续。

3、 受乙方的委托，甲方负责承办乙方的签证申请，指导乙方办理签证相关手续;

4、 负责协助乙方准备使馆签证材料，如需面试，并负责进行使馆面试培训;

5、 指导乙方办理护照、体检、出入境、购买赴澳机票等手续，并指导乙方向澳洲院校汇交学费和生活费等到相关费用;

6、 负责对乙方进行出国前的有关注意事项的培训和指导;

7、 协助乙方联系安排抵澳时的机场接机、住宿申请等事宜;

8、 乙方如未获得澳洲使馆签证，甲方负责向乙方退还应退款项(具体退款原则及规定见本合同“退款规定”部分)。

二、 乙方职责：

1、 乙方根据甲方要求, 提供真实的材料，在办理各项相关手续时与甲方积极配合：如使馆要求面试，应经过甲方培训后赴使馆接受面试;

2、 乙方负责根据本合同书付费条款，按时向甲方付清所有款项;

3、 乙方应根据国家出入境管理部门的规定及时办理护照，并按澳洲使馆规定及时将签证申请材料交给甲方，确保及时去澳洲使馆申办签证;

4 乙方应向校方交纳澳洲院校学费押金(依照录取通知书的要求);

5 乙方如果被拒签，凭澳洲使/领馆的拒签通知书、交款收据、合同书原件及大使馆退还的文件，按本协议退款规定，向甲方办理退款手续。

三、 乙方付款标准及程序：

1. 费用标准：

(1) 整个咨询服务费人民币 元;乙方在同时交清以上费用后才能开始办理相关申请手续。

(2) 甲方所收取的上述费用，仅限于在签证申请办理过程中甲方所发生的材料费、复印费、通讯费、邮寄费、及咨询服务所得报酬，乙方在办理签证手续过程中其它费用(如签证费、公证费、护照、体检费、学费、学杂费等汇出的银行费用、签证面试所需的差旅费等)均由乙方自理;

(3) 已经有拒签史的学生，须多交纳额外服务费，(A) 拒签一次，加额外服务费人民币元;(B) 拒签二次，加额外服务费人民币 元。

2. 付款程序：

(1) 在签订本合同书的同时，乙方向甲方缴纳咨询服务费人民币 元。

四、 退款规定：

如果一旦出现乙方向甲方领取退款的情况，乙方必须凭已经签署的本«自费出国留学中介服务合同书»，及当时付款的收据来领取款项。否则，甲方将不予退款。甲方根据付款收据注明的币种按以下原则办理退费手续，所有的退款均不计利息。

1、乙方未能获得使馆签证(经过2次努力)，则甲方将咨询服务费中扣除工本费的人民币退还乙方;

2、发生以下情况时，乙方所交甲方各项费用将不予退还;

1)在委托签证申请服务过程中尚未结束时，乙方因个人原因单方面提出终止本合同;

2)隐瞒拒签史或提供假材料被澳洲大使馆发现拒签的;

3)获得签证后，没有如期到申请的澳洲院校报到。

五、 合同终止：

当出现以下情况时，本合同即终止：

1、 若乙方未能获得澳洲使馆签证时(经过2次努力)，本合同即终止。一旦本合同在此类情况下终止时，乙可按照第四条第1款规定从甲方领回有关费用;

2、 顺利获得澳洲使馆签证。

六、 有效期：

本委托签证申请服务合同书自甲、乙双方签字之日起生效，其有效期至本合同书规定的协议终止之日结束。

七、 合同保管

本委托服务合同书一式两份，甲、乙双方各持一份，具有同等法律效力。

(5) Complete the 2-D draft of part and assembly.After two-week design work, we stepped to the next work, manufacture of theproduct. With the aid of the technique of computer, we plan the manufacturingprocess of every part. And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. 的财务部出具收据，否则乙方不承担任何责任。甲方应付乙方而未付的款项，甲方应承担支付责任，

乙方有权继续追索。乙方在各地设立的办事处及其工作人员仅具有联系，开展业务的职权，从未得

到乙方委托其收取任何费用，款项的授权，如甲方擅自支付任何款项给办事处或其任何人员，则由

二、乙方义务

第五条 提供服务

1、乙方承诺向甲方提供Au Pair的基本信息、协助甲方完成申请材料及材料审核/提供相关培训

和咨询辅导服务;甲方赴美参加Au Pair项目的待遇以赴美国国务院章程中关于互惠生待遇的相

关条款为准。

2、乙方应当向甲方介绍前往美国交流家庭的详细情况并安排面试。

3、乙方应当告知甲方申请Au Pair的收费项目，收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请Au Pair

1、乙方协助和指导甲方准备申请的相关材料。

2、乙方代为甲方办理Au Pair申请手续，必要的培训辅导并安排面试。

3、乙方为甲方办理缴纳报名费及相关费用的手续。

4、乙方应当及时向甲方报告申请的进度和结果。

第七条 办理签证

1、乙方指导甲方签证申请准备，协助甲方办理签证或入境批准文件。

2、乙方收到甲方前往美国要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，向领事馆递交签证申请材料。如领事

馆在递交签证申请材料，送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，乙方可协助

安排预约时间等。

3、乙方不保证签证一定成功，甲方需要足够了解美国签证的风险性。

第八条 其他

乙方对甲方提供的所有材料。均负有保密义务。

三、甲方义务

第九条 甲方按照约定向乙方支付相关费用;甲方应积极配合乙方按照Au Pair的要求学习英文，达到Au

Pair项目的英文要求。并积极学习驾驶，掌握所需的驾驶技术，确保在签订合同之日起两个月内，

达到Au Pair项目的基本要求(即包括配合乙方的材料操作培训，按照双方协商制定的申请进度

表完成相关材料，报名去学驾驶技能，驾照不要求在两个月内必须拿到但是需在签订合同的当日

起两个月内去争取在最短的时间内拿到驾照)，否则将视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目的申请计划，

乙方扣除甲方所缴费用人民币________元，剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十条 甲方积极配合乙方准备相关的申请材料，确保在签订合同之日起两个月内，按双方协商制定的申

请计划，把申请Au Pair项目所需的材料安置交与乙方，否则视为甲方自动放弃Au Pair项目申

请计划，乙方扣除甲方所缴纳人民币_________元，剩下余款退还给甲方。

第十一条 甲方保证其向乙方送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效、完整的。提供不

实材料骗取出境证件的后果自负，乙方保留追究其法律责任的权利。

第十二条 在申请办理过程中，如Au Pair项目的申请政策、签证以及Au Pair机构的申请要求发生变化，

甲方应根据新的要求，及时提交补充材料。

第十三条 在申请办理过程中如领事馆要求甲方进行面试，甲方应按要求如期赴美国驻华领事馆参加签证面

谈。

第十四条 甲方同意，参加此次文化交流活动期间所有相关照片，乙方可以作为公司相关业务广告宣传需要

使用。

四 违约责任

第十五条 乙方和甲方应履行合同中的全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十六条 甲方未能在约定时间的三个月内完成与美国家庭的配对，甲方有权利解除合 同，但应及时通知

乙方：如在约定的三个月内完全没有家庭联系甲方进行面试，甲方要求解除合同，乙方扣除人民

币陆仟元后，余款退回给甲方;如在约定三个月内有家庭联系甲方进行面试，甲方要求解除合同。

乙方扣除人民币壹万元后，余款退回给甲方。

第十七条 甲方因向乙方提供虚假的文件材料产生的后果和责任由甲方承担，乙方将不予退还甲方任何费用，

乙方将保留追究甲方的相关法律责任的权利。

第十八条 甲方在获得Au Pair资格评审合格通知及通过家庭配对后并递交签证申请之后，如甲方美国签证

被拒签，甲方要求退出Au Pair项目的申请，则乙方扣除人民币陆仟元后剩余服务费退还给甲方，

合同自动解除。如甲方同意再次申请签证，则甲方和乙方继续履行本合同的约定，甲方自行承担

再次申请签证所需的签证申请费以及赴美国领事馆签证差旅费用。

第十九条 甲方必须按合同要求完成Au Pair计划：甲方到达美国后因违反互惠机构规定或美国有关法律被

开除：甲方客观原因提前退出项目;甲方完成项目后没有按时回国或非法滞留在美国，乙方将根

据相关法律追究甲方的责任;如发生上述任何一种情况，乙方有权追究甲方相关责任，此外，如

甲方发生上述任何一种情况被中途回国的回程机票由甲方自行承担。

第二十条 甲方因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

1、甲方获得Au Pair评审合格确认通知并签订合同后，未开始与美国家庭配对之前，要求解除

合同，乙方在扣除甲方所交的项目服务费中的人民币伍仟元，将余款退给甲方。

2、乙方已经向美国Au Pair机构递交材料，并开始与美国家庭配对。在未满3个月的配对期间

内，如甲方要求解除合同，乙方在扣除甲方所交项目服务费中的人民币壹万元，将余款退给甲方。

3、甲方和美国家庭配对成功，甲方要求解除合同，甲方已缴项目服务费用共计人民币壹万元不退。

4、甲方已获得美国签证后要求解除合同的，乙方有权收取项目服务费用人民币______元，所缴任

何款项不予退还。

5、本合同中所指退还的款项，只包含本金，不包括利息。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十一条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的印象，双方均可部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另

有规定除的外。当事人延迟履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。本合同所称不可抗力，是指

不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害，瘟疫，战争。骚乱，众所周知的

移民政策和美国关于Au Pair的政策变化等。

第二十二条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性

质。预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起10个工作日内提

第二十三条 对不可抗力造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，

应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

六、适用的法律及争议解决办法

第二十四条 本合同的履行，解释及争议均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十五条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，提交合同签订地法院诉讼解

决。

七、合同的补充、更改、修改

第二十六条 对本合同的更改、补充、修改应采用书面合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等的法

律效力。

八、生效及其他条款

第二十七条 本合同里甲方或者其代理人、乙方、乙方法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十八条 本合同正本一式二份，具有同等的法律效力，甲方执一份与乙方执一份。复印件无效。
