4.乙方应与甲方保持畅通的通讯联络，乙方收到任何与甲方申请有关的文件应及时通知甲方。否则，如因上述原因造成的损失及延误由乙方或其国内监护人负责;

5.乙方自行承担相关公证，翻译，办理护照及使馆签证等费用。

第三条 经济条款

乙方向甲方交纳全部费用共计人民币_________元及学校注册费;

3.如因乙方中途退出或没有上推荐学校，乙方已交纳给甲方的服务费用概不退还，乙方交纳的其他费用按照学校规定处理;

4.如涉及退费事宜，甲方仅对其直接收入之款项进行处理。

第五条 违约责任

1.在申请中，乙方如提供虚假材料，视为违约，由此而未能达到留学目的，且造成损失及责任者，全部由乙方或其国内监护人承担;

2.除签证失败以外的任何原因，乙方不得中途退出，终止协议。否则所造成的损失由乙方或其国内监护人承担;

3.如乙方违反学校的规定和所在国的法规造成损失及责任者，由乙方或其国内监护人承担;

4.如甲方针对留学事宜对乙方有任何欺骗行为，乙方有权要求甲方退还其所交全部费用，并终止本协议;

5.如乙方违反本协议之条款，甲方有权停止继续履行本协议，并扣留乙方所交之款项。

第六条 特别说明

1.乙方向甲方所交款项，应直接交往甲方公司财务人员并由财务人员当面开具收据或汇至甲方帐户，凡没有甲方收据的，甲方概不负责;

2.学校对乙方的承诺(包括各项费用)，应以校方录取通知书为准，甲方不对甲方工作人员出示的宣传材料，广告文字等负法律责任;

3.乙方直接交往学校的款项及相应处理事宜由乙方自行负责。

第七条 生效条件

本协议自甲方的法定代表人或其授权代理人和乙方在本协议上签字并加盖公章之日起生效。乙方获得签证时终止。

3、 乙方应根据国家出入境管理部门的规定及时办理护照，并按澳洲使馆规定及时将签证申

请材料交给甲方，确保及时去澳洲使馆申办签证;

5 乙方如果被拒签，凭澳洲使/领馆的拒签通知书、交款收据、合同书原件及大使馆退还的

文件，按本协议退款规定，向甲方办理退款手

经甲、乙双方友好协商，就乙方申请赴英国自费留学事宜达成如下协议，共同遵守执行。

一、甲方的责任与义务1、甲方为乙方提供自费留学咨询服务，介绍英国院校的综合情况，结合乙方条件帮助乙方选择在英国的学校和课程。

2、甲方协助乙方完成留学材料的写作，按照乙方要求进行修改。

二、乙方的权利与义务1、乙方接受甲方的自费留学咨询服务，委托甲方办理赴相关材料书写的有关手续。

2、乙方应根据英国院校及英国驻华使领馆的要求，提供真实完整的申请留学所需要的个人资料。

资料包括：1. 在校学生：提供本科在读院校名称，专业名称，希望申请的专业名称，3年或4年的平均成绩，外语水平，参加或组织过任何大型活动， 学校和个人参加的实习活动，受到何种评价等等，推荐信导师的职位，及简单介绍和联系方式。

2. 已经毕业工作：提供原毕业院校名称，专业名称，希望申请的专业名称，大学平均成绩，外语水平，参加或组织过任何大型活动， 学校和个人参加的实习活动，受到何种评价，在工作期间就职单位，担任职位，完成过任何项目，取得任何成绩等等，推荐信导师或雇主的职位，及简单介绍和联系方式。

三、费用及付款方式1、乙方可选择以下任一种服务费用：□a类：委托甲方完成全套材料的英文书写(一个ps，2个推荐信), 服务费共计人民币叁仟元整(￥)。

□b类：委托甲方完成ps和2封推荐信中的某一个或2个文件的书写，服务费依材料数量而定，人民币壹仟元一份(￥ )。

□ps □推荐信1 □推荐信22、付款方式：分两次付费。

乙方签订本合同即付一次服务费(每一份材料的一次服务费为 元)，甲方在收到该款项及编写所需资料后，在7-10天内为乙方进行留学材料的书写，完成后，甲方将材料的 %交给乙方，如果乙方满意，乙方将二次服务费付与甲方，甲方将全部材料提交给乙方。

四、 退款及违约责任l、 若乙方在收到材料的前%后，对材料不满意，甲方负责修改，直至乙方满意。

若乙方在收到材料的%后，对材料不满意，甲方负责修改，直至乙方满意。

2、 若乙方在收到甲方材料前%后不满意，并且甲方修改后仍不能另乙方满意，乙方可以申请终止合同，每份材料甲方收取  元工本费，其余收取的费用甲方在30个工作日内退还乙方。

若乙方在收取材料前%后满意，或经甲方修改后满意，乙方付清每份材料的2次金额，每份 元，当乙方收到材料%后视为为甲方已经履行合同，乙方不得终止合同。

3、 若乙方自签约之日起提出终止或退出材料书写，甲方所收服务费不退。

五、附则：

1、 如因战争、外交关系等不可抗力因素影响本合同的履行，双方协商解决。

2、 本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，本合同自甲乙双方签字及盖章之日起生效。

有效期至乙方取得全部材料之日，或乙方依据相应款项，收到甲方应退款项之日终止。

3、 凡因履行本协议所发生的一切争议，双方友好协商解决。

第七条 甲方在乙方回国后，负责安排乙方的工作，并积极创造必要的工作和生活条件，发挥乙方的作用。

第八条 乙方保证按本协议书第二条、第三条的规定，在国外努力完成学业，并按期回国服务。留学期间每____ 个月向甲方报告一次学习情况。

第九条 乙方抵达留学所在国后，一个月内向中国驻该国使、领馆报到。乙方在国外期间，保证遵守中国法律对出国留学人员的规定，遵守所在国的法律。

第十条 乙方无论因何种理由需中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容，均应至少提前3个月通过中国驻留学所在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请，未经甲方批准，不得改变。

第十一条

乙方留学期满回国后，应在一个月内向甲方报到，按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方须根据本协议书第三条的规定，向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告(或科研论文、科研成果报告)。

第十二条 乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作____ 年。缩短工作年限，由甲方决定。

第十三条 甲方在认为必要时，有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

乙方违反本协议书时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失;必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

第十五条 经甲方同意，由________(姓名、性别、出生年月、工作单位、职务)为乙方出国留学的国内保证人，保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系，每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约，保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证

人又未履行自己职责的情况下，保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时，经双方同意，可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条 本协议书自公证之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

必要时，经甲方、乙方、保证人三方协商一致后，可对本协议书进行修改或补充。

七、不可抗力：

因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。(本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱、移民政策变更等)。

因不可抗力不能履行合同的，当事人一方有义务立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质、预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起 10 日内提供来自主管部门或者中立第三方的证明;

对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时商议解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

乙方已充分认识该项目存在包括但不限于商业风险、项目方的违约风险、道德风险、该等风险由乙方自行承担。

八、如协议双方在执行过程中产生争议，应进行友好协商解决，如协商后仍未能解决争议，可交由广州仲裁委员会仲裁或广州法院裁决。

九、本合同必须有广州市文图教育咨询有限公司经办人签名才正式生效。

乙方违反本协议书时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失；必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

第十五条经甲方同意，由________(姓名、性别、出生年月、工作单位、职务)为乙方出国留学的国内保证人，保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系，每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况；如乙方违约，保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下，保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时，经双方同意，可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条本协议书自公证之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

必要时，经甲方、乙方、保证人三方协商一致后，可对本协议书进行修改或补充。

本协议书正本一式四份，甲方持两份，乙方和乙方的保证人各持一份，具有同等效力。

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益,委托人与受托人双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则,就受托人接受委托人的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜,达成如下协议:

一、服务项目及费用

第一条委托人申请赴新加坡院校外文名称,留学.

第二条受托人向委托人提供留学前往国家的咨询、代办入学申请手续等中介服务。

第三条当申请学生签证成功后,委托人向受托人缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币元,或者是等值新元。如果在申请学生签证成功后,委托人需要取消留学,需缴纳委托人40%的中介服务费用。

第四条受托人提供的服务包括:

1替委托人在指定的学校报名

2替委托人申请学生签证

3帮助委托人在新加坡找好住所

4在委托人来新加坡的时候接飞机

5帮助委托人熟悉学校环境

6帮助委托人办理银行卡,易通卡

二、受托人义务

第五条提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等,内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备,协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等,其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用,受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料,均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外,不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件,遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第十条委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十一条在留学申请办理过程中,如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化,委托人应根据新的要求,及时提供补充材料。

四、违约责任

第十二条受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款,违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十三条受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行,受托人不应向委托人收取中介服务费,并协助追回委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十四条受托人未能为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书,委托人有权解除合同,但应及时通知受托人。

第十五条委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料,致使合同无法履行,受托人可以解除合同。

第十六条由于委托人的违法行为,导致本合同无法履行,受托人可以解除合同。

第十七条受托人因自身原因,可以随时要求解除合同,委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料,受托人可以自行销毁。

五、不可抗力条款

第十八条因不可抗力不能履行合同的,根据不可抗力的影响,部分或者全部免除责任,但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的,不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力,是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况,如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第十九条当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合合同的,应当立即通知对方,说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质,预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响,并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十条对不可抗力所造成的影响,双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方,应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失,否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

八、生效及终止条款

第二十一条本合同由委托人及受托人签署,自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十二条本合同正本一式两份,具有同等效力,委托人与受托人各执一份。

第二十三条双方履行本合同的权利和义务后,合同终止。

我叫，1988年出生于中国。于20xx年考入x大学系攻读硕士研究生。我对艺术创作十分热爱，在校期间得到过许多跟来自于韩国的老师学习的机会，在与他们接触的同时我被韩国人那种对艺术的执着、对美的理解和对学习认真的态度所触动，这使原本没有出国打算的我突然有了去韩国学习的冲动。在与老师的沟通下，我有幸能得到去韩国xx大学学习交流一年的机会。正如我所知xx大学是韩国顶级的艺术类大学之一，我的老师也曾经在这里深造过。所以，对于这一年我非常珍惜，为了不浪费每一份每一秒，在韩国的一年我将严格地按照我的计划进行，合理的利用时间!

一、专业学习方面。按照相关规定我的出国留学时间是从20xx年3月——20xx年3月。在为期一年的学习过程中，首先，在出国的第一个月我要整理思路，将出国的新的感受作为我新的创作的出发点，最重要的途径就是跟上老师的思路，然后着手开始新的创作。其次，是关于作品量(最后展览)的问题，作为学习的总结，在回国前的最后一个月中要做一次个人作品的展览。所以在韩国的一年当中除了要跟上老师平时带的专业课完成作业以外，平时还得利用课余时间做自己的作品，也就是说，保证在每个月结束的时候能够完成一件能够作为展品展出的作品。

二、语言方面。为了更直接的学习到知识，不仅要坚持每天的语言课，还要每天坚持练习，平时多与老师和同学交流，做到回到国内后能掌握单独与韩国人交流的技能。

三、生活方面。韩国作为东方的礼仪之邦，有很多方面值得我们再学习。例如：平时和老师之间的礼仪，和朋友、同学之间的礼貌都是我们要多学习的地方。另外，利用节假日尽可能多的参观韩国的博物馆，更深层的了解这个民族的文化和风土人情。

四、回国。通过在韩国学习一年的经历，我会从我个人理解的角度出发，写一篇有关中韩艺术、文化差异以及我个人见解的文章。此外，在艺术创作方面，会根据我在韩国看到的、学到的运用到我今后的创作中来。

As a child I often accompanied my father to his small coin shop and spenthours watching him work. When I was older, I sometimes set up displays, waitedon customers, and even balanced the books. This experience instilled in me thedesire to own and manage my own business someday, yet I understand that thebusiness world today is more complex. This complexity requires more education,and with that in mind, I am applying to the Master’s of Business Administrationprogram at Indiana University Bloomington (IUB).

In addition to my helping out in my father’s business, I have had numerousother work experiences that further enhance my qualifications for this program.My resume enumerates the various positions I have held at Kerasotes Theaters,Chili’s restaurants, and Indiana University’s new Student Recreational SportsCenter (SRSC), and what all of these positions have in common is an emphasis onserving the public effectively. Further, as an assistant manager at theShowplace 11 and a staff coordinator at the SRSC, I have gained valuableexpertise in managing employees and creating work schedules. Both of thesepositions have allowed me to develop my sales and people skills, which areextremely important in an increasingly service-driven marketplace.

Not all of my work experience has been as a paid employee. Part of myvolunteering experience at Middleway House, the local battered women’s shelter,involved extensive work on computers, including word processing, organizingdatabases and creating spreadsheets. Also, I recently participated in aninternship program for academic credit with the Eli Lilly corporation in thepersonnel division. As a management intern, I was able to watch the workings ofa major corporation up close and would like the opportunity to combine myexperiences with the theoretical background available in the MBA program at IUB,with its emphasis on computers, marketing and human resources.

My successful internship is one element of my overall academic success asan undergraduate here at IUB, yet I have also made time for a variety ofextracurricular activities, including working for my sorority and competing inintramural basketball. My positive experiences here have resulted in my desireto stay in Bloomington to continue my academic endeavors; furthermore,continuing my education here would allow me to make important business contacts,with the career goal of opening my own computer consulting firm in theMidwest.
