七、存在的问题和不足：

虽然我院经过多方努力，业务收入有了一定提高，医院形象也有很大的改善，但还存在不少问题：

1、由于底子薄，收入的提高远远不能满足发展的需要。病房陈旧，设备简陋的问题制约着卫生院的发展。

2、随着业务量的增加，专业技术人员人手少、水平低的矛盾逐渐暴露出来，防保队伍人手少，远远不能满足下去内人民的需要。

目前，新型农村合作医疗正在稳步发展，我院为首批定点医疗机构，我们要抓住机遇，乘势而上，前进的道路任重而道远，我们一定要找出差距，自强不息，发奋图强，更好地为全镇人民提供优质、高效服务，为全镇人民的健康提供更有力的保障，为全市卫生事业作出更大贡献。
