we are the world ,we are the future

omeone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.

a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life.

Good morning, my dear teachers, my dear professors. I am very glad to be here for your interview. my name is SongYonghao, I am 22 years old. I come from Luoyang, a very beautiful aicent city. my undergratuade period will be accomplished in Chang’an University in July, 20xx. And now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Tongji University.

Generally speaking, I am a hard working student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. When i was sophomore, I found web design very interesting, so I learned it very hard. To weaver a homepage for myself, I stayed with my pesonel computer for half a month, and I am the first one in my class who owns his homepage. Furthermore, I am a person with great perserverence. During the days preparing for the first examination, I insist on running every day, no matter what the weather was like. Well, in my spare time, I like basketball, tennis and chinese chess. Also english is my favorate. I often go to english corner to practise my oral english on every thursday, and write compositions to improve my witten ability. But I know my english is not good enough, I will continue studying.
