无论做什么事首先要明确目的，有的放矢方能事半功倍。高三是最为忙碌和紧张的一年，在忙碌和复杂的环境中我们需要的是冷静，并且要有合理的计划。

1、目标定位

(1)选择一个目标进行突破。经过对学习效率低的原因分析，找出自己的症结所在。首先选择其中较为可行的一项进行重点突破。某些学生在接受长辈一顿训斥后，立即制定一个宏大的学习计划，其实这种计划十有八九是执行不下去的，要根据自己的实际情况，从某一方面进行突破。

一、指导思想
