职业技术学院先进团支部主要事迹简介

“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”:告诫我们，要趁年纪还轻，好好努力，不要到老的时候，一事无成，只能留下悲伤、后悔。

旅游112班是一个年轻的、团结、和谐的集体；是一个属于我们大家演艺青春的舞台。只要我们融入校园、勤于学习、积极参与、勇于实践、大胆创新，不断的丰富自身的文化与技能，为将来参与社会主义建设打下坚强的基础。我们相信我们一定能创造出一个奇迹的旅游112。

现将旅游112团支部的情况及总结列如下：

二、团支部简介

1.团支部基本建设情况

XX年10月，在班主任孟玲老师的带领下，我们班选举了班委，并创建了属于我们班的团支部，本班原共有47人，可是经过一个学期，有一位同学退学了，现为46人，其中女生40人、男生6人。旅游112是一个全团员班级，班里的同学大部分都是经过高考上来的，也有一些是通过自主招生上来的，我们在一起都归于一个“缘”字吧,俗话说的好“有缘千里来相会”，是啊，是缘份让我们相聚在一起。所以，我们每个同学心连心，为了我们的理想而奋斗，为创建一个理想的班级而努力。

2.团干部建设

XX年2月旅游112班在班助童玲的带领下民主选举产生了新的一任团干部，即，团支书——潘宝干、组织委员——刘项芬、宣传委员——鲁小娟。班委会和团支部是班级的领导核心及班级建设成败的关键。各位委员在分工明确，责人到人的前提上，积极引导同学们向着更美好的明天前进。同时班团委也密切的交流，不定的组织一些有意义的活动，促进同学们之间的交流，丰富同学们的业余生活，让大学的生活过得充实起来。

三、团支部工作情况

1.优化团支部的领导核心建设

我班团支部不断加强自身的组织规范化建设，建立健全支部的各项规章制度以及组织机构。在XX年10月产生的第一届团支部的带领下，我班团的组织结构不断完善，团支部的各项工作职能都得到了明确。并进一步完善团的各项工作制度，提高了团支部的凝聚力和战斗力。XX年2月团支部进行新的一轮民主选举，我们将进一步完善班级的各项制度，使其更加合理化、人性化。同时严格要求自己，并鼎诚：“其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不从”以及“三人行，必有我师焉；择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之”的优良国学传统来要求自己，并时刻记住要“为人民服务”。

2.积极开展班团活动，增强同学的意思建设

在团支部的带领下，每月定期不定期的开展了班级各项活动：如《心理班会课》、《营造班级良好学习氛围》、《学习雷锋精神》、《大学生良好职业养成行为规范》、《学会感恩》等主题。目的在于引导同学们珍惜大学生活，开拓新的境界。同时提高同学们独立生活能力、树立新的学习观念、培养优良的学风、树立正确的人生观与其培养职业精神，树立家庭美德。

3.思想建设方面

中国共产主义青年团是中国共产党领导的先进青年的群众组织，是广大青年在实践中学习共产主义的基地。加强团员的政治思想教育。让同学们更深刻的了解到作为一个共青团员的光荣和责任的重大，认识到团员负担着为实现我们党推进现代化建设、完成祖国统一、维护世界和平和促进共同发展的三大历史任务，要实现这些任务，目前的阶段主要做的事情是努力学习，积累更多的知识以便将来的运用。同时我班团支部积极提倡本班团员学习中国共产党的先进思想，提高自己的政治思想觉悟。鼓励同学们主动了解国家大事，做一名有社会责任感的、心系民生的大学生。
