The most remarkable characteristic of Jane Austen as a novelist is her recognition of the limits of her knowledge of life and her determination never to go beyond these limits in her books. But to the portrayal of these she brought an extraordinary power of delicate and subtle delineation, a gift of lively dialogue, and a peculiar detachment. when a sophomore, i joined the association of ai enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. with the tool of opengl and matlab, i designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. it is now widely used by different research groups in nust. i assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis dispose project for nanjing sewage treatment plant. this was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

in retrospect, i find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.d. program. my future research interests include: network scheduling problem, heuristic algorithm research (especially in ga and neural network), supply chain network research, hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and data mining.

cheerful, optimistic, broad interests, adaptable, quick, diligent, practical, serious and responsible, determination, hard, have the courage to meet new challenges.

活泼开朗、乐观向上、兴趣广泛、适应力强、上手快、勤奋好学、脚踏实地、认真负责、坚毅不拔、吃苦耐劳、勇于迎接新挑战。

开学仿佛还在昨日，一眨眼，一学期又过去了。在紧张而又忙碌的一学期中，身兼数职的我每天在不同的角色中转换中变化着。

本学期担任德育主任、大队辅导员，英语教师工作，忙碌而充实。任职以来，自己始终明确职责、摆正位置。积极协助主管校长搞好学校管理，抓好德育工作和少先队工作，使工作稳妥有序地开展。下面就本学期工作进行如下总结。

一、师德师风工作方面

弘扬“学为人师、行为世范”的职业道德，在思想上严格要求自己，努力成为师德师风高尚、教风严谨，学风端正的一名教师。认真学习《最美教师张丽莉事迹》、《党的报告(全文)》、《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》。认真书写学习感悟，深刻领悟文件精神。进一步提高对师德师风的认识，增强教师的紧迫感、责任感及使命感。

二、研培方面

1、积极参加香坊区进修学校、学校组织的教科研活动，能够运用现代化的教学手段进行课堂教学。积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。

2、树立终身学习理念，不断自我提高。每天坚持阅读，通过网络、论坛、书籍等不同形式，力争使自己在知识、业务水平上有所提高。积极参加校内、外举行的教育教学活动。

3、按时完成校本培训学习内容，保质保量的完成每周两次的校园网教师论坛学习内容。

三、教学工作方面

认真备课、上课，努力提高每节课的课堂效率。培养学习兴趣是低年级英语教学目标，因此我通过各种活动，使课堂形式变得丰富多彩，使学生在有限的时间内掌握更多的英语内容。并定期开展学唱英文歌、游戏活动。让我的学生喜欢英语，能在英语课中寻找乐趣。

虽然其它工作的忙碌占去了我大部分时间，但对于学生的作业我一丝不苟，不让一个错误出现在我的批改中。每课结束后，我都及时进行测验，检查学生的掌握情况，并进行面批，对于出现的错误使学生及时修改并掌握。

四、德育工作方面

(一)加强班主任队伍建设

1、学校继续推行班主任例会制度，通过班主任会议、培训、论坛学习等形式使班主任进一步明确了“班主任工作职责”，增强了工作的使命感和责任感，进一步确立了管理就是服务，管理才出效益的思想，增强了目标意识，提高了自身修养，树立了良好的班主任形象。

2、有计划、分层次的组织班主任参加进修学校德育教研室组织的班主任常规培训，并对全体班主任进行二级培训。增强班主任的育人意识，大力提高班主任队伍的工作水平。本学期指导六年级参加哈尔滨市第十届德育实践活动课，并取得了优异的成绩。

3、12月份以“立足养成良好习惯，为美丽人生奠基”为主题举行班主任工作经验交流活动，肯定和推广班主任工作主要做法和成功经验，进一步提升班主任工作管理水平。

(二)规范管理，培养学生良好道德品质和文明行为

1、加强文明礼仪教育。一学期来，德育处对班级卫生、纪律、出操、学生的红领巾佩戴、仪容仪表、个人卫生，文明礼仪等方面进行了全面的检查，督促学生养成良好的文明行为和生活习惯。

2、加强养成教育。为了强化学生的养成教育，坚决抵制不文明行为，努力做讲文明、爱环境、守公德的好学生，大队部以不同的主题开展养成教育系列活动。通过深入开展班会、绘画展、墙报、电子报刊制作等活动，强化学生的养成教育。

3、安全工作常抓不懈。一学期来，针对学校实际开展了行之有效的安全教育活动。10月份，特聘请黑龙江省五进消防知识宣讲中心的陈万鹏部长对全体教职工进行了“消防安全讲座”;12月份向全体学生发放了“节假日安全”为主题的致家长一封信。并充分利用班会、红领巾广播站等德育主阵地，强化学生安全自护意识，打造安全文明校园。

教育工作是一项长期而艰巨的任务，需要我们在今后的工作中不断探索新的途径方法，以提高工作实效，彰显我校特色。

最后用一位老教育家的名言做为结束语：“教育是事业，事业需要的是献身;教育是科学，科学讲究的是求真;教育是艺术，艺术追求的是创新。最后，我愿意用“热爱并享受”来总结我的工作心情，因为热爱而专注，因为专注而成长，因为成长而快乐，因为快乐而享受。

菏泽市第三届道德模范事迹简介

助人为乐模范（6人）

靳国，男，菏泽泉汇金盾出租车有限公司“雷锋车队”队长，全省交通系统文明标兵、全市交通系统先进个人、市“五一”劳动奖章获得者。

靳国所在的雷锋车队组建于XX年，他将助人的温暖绵延了整整7个年头，将雷锋精神播撒在菏泽的大街小巷。

连续7年高考期间接送考生，连续6年接送特教中心聋哑儿童游菏泽，连续5年载老年公寓老人外出旅游，他分文不取；为汶川地震灾区捐款、为北京奥运助威、为遇难出租车司机白刚捐款、与济南出租车司机爱心接力接送黄堽脆骨病“瓷娃娃”，他次次不落；

节假日对特殊群体免费服务，为老、弱、病、残、幼、孕、军半价服务，拾金不昧共计3万余元、救死扶伤20余起。

刘华腾，男，曹县供电公司政工部主任、曹县彩虹义工队队长，山东省创新增效先进工作者、山东省农电宣传工作先进个人、菏泽市优秀团干部、菏泽市知识型职工先进个人、菏泽供电公司优秀党务工作者、菏泽供电公司优秀共产党员、曹县十佳青年楷模、曹县慈善之星。

刘华腾一直热心公益、乐于助人。他的义工队共吸引78名各界人士加入，7个演出团体义务为其宣传，核心活动“闲物送人”累计组织募集活动38次，募集各类物品1万余件，帮助环卫工人、孤寡老人等困难群众1253人次，利用闲置物品帮助14个困难家庭建起新房，在9所乡镇小学建起“爱心活动室”。同“中国民间防艾第一人”高耀洁结合，同落户在龚楼乡的河南省7名艾滋遗孤建立联系，多次捐资捐物，已有2人升入大学。

他还组织实施脱贫致富工程，帮助132个贫困户建立小型养殖场和种植项目，帮助164名农村青年外出务工。募集各类图书8500余本，帮建了3个农村书屋，组织青年志愿者定期前期讲解致富信息，帮助农民开拓眼界。
