2、搞好团员民主教育与评议。为充分体现共青团作为党的助手和后备军性质，依照团内民主评议的方式方法，要求各支部的活动每一项内容都必须有书面材料；要求青年团员必须经过多渠道全方位地进行自我评议与教育，充分剖析自己；要求推优时必须经集体推荐，团委监督审核方可作为优团优干候选人，从制度上和实践中保证了活动的正常进行。

二、完善学校共青团工作考评制度

结合本校实际，校团委进一步完善了本校共青团工作的考核评估工作。使班级团支部的各项共青团工作情况量化，包括基础建设、志愿者活动、团日活动、班级团支部的特色活动、及校团委交办的临时性工作等，以上各个方面的量化结果将作为评选区级、校级示范团支部和先进团支部的重要依据。为激发各班团支部的工作积极性打下了良好的基础。也体现了学校共青团工作水平竞争的原则。

三、深入细致地开展好学校的业余青年党校活动

在高中学生学习紧学习任务重的情况下，在业余青年党校活动之前，我校团委让各班通过各种途径和方法向团员青年征集自己最想知道的关于中国共产党相关的各种知识和各种问题。既提高了党校学员的学习兴趣，又节省了学员的宝贵时间，受到了同学们的一致欢迎。

目前，通过党团校对学生进行“三个代表”重要思想的教育和学习，向广大团员宣传普及党的基本知识，有100多人向党组织递交了入党申请。近期学校又准备发展高三年级的优秀团员入党，同时积极培养高二年级优秀骨干作为重点培养对象，并扩大高一年级学生入党申请人队伍。

难忘的伤痕

立志参军
