3.由于集团子公司较多，档案成分复杂，因此我用了大量的时间了解熟悉档案内容，以便在工作需要时能够尽快找到所需的文件;在新文件归档方面，严格按照归档程序，将各类文件分门别类，使其合理有规律，此外，当需要使用文件原件时，必须严格遵循档案管理制度，签署借阅单后方可借出。

4.负责办公室的电话总机的接听，将有价值的信息以及重要的电话内容进行记录;负责总裁办公室信息的传达，尽可能快速的将工作信息传达给相关的部门或个人;负责日常办公的打印、复印、扫描以及收发传真的工作，最大限度的节省纸张，减少不必要的浪费;

5.负责集团内部的日常消耗品的管理工作，定期的检查整理库房，对缺失的物品进行记录，对于耗光的物品要及时采购，避免影响正常的工作进程，同时熟知各个部门所需的消耗品名称以及类型，以便在采购物品时更加快速、准确;

6.协助办公室主任，做好公司内部的宣传工作，包括树立企业员工信心的宣传，传统节日的文化宣传，以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识，工作上取得了一些进步，但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先，本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次，不能严格要求自己，工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书，要有很好的记忆力，要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错，因此在这方面，我需要进一步加强，将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

第三，对工作程序掌握不充分，对自身业务熟悉不全面，缺少前瞻性，至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况，甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误，以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四，办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作，要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质，办事细心，思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够，时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后，对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够，在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺，往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

英文歌唱大赛决赛工作总结

时间飞快，大一上学期就这么在匆忙之中将要结束了。英语俱乐部也出台英文歌唱大赛给本学期的活动画上了一个圆满的句号。

如果以一个观众的身份去看这次的英文歌唱大赛，个人认为本次活动举行的还挺满意的，的确，我们可以在没有申请到吕志和礼堂那个得天独厚的场地的前提下，可以将本次活动举办的如此顺利！但是以我们工作人员的身份去看此次活动，回顾一下漏洞摆出！

此次我主要负责调音，我刚接到任务时我想着那些搞歌舞团调音的，把它给想的复杂了。原来我只需将选手的伴奏负责和他们演出衔接好就行了！或许是因为我不太懂那些控制音的旋钮，况且交给我的就只是播放一下暖场音乐和选手伴奏，所以我就没有过多的去问，去学习怎么控制音量。可是活动中间有几个选手进去调音，这点我们没有想到！针对这样类似的问题，我想以后应该考虑周全一些！

其次说说我们网络部工作中的一些问题。起初，我们没有及时的搞到摄影的设备，不是我们不去借，而是我们东借西借没有人想借给。我想以后的活动把借这些设备的问题交给外联部去做就行，这样也许会效果好些！第二点，我们内部由于疏忽一台电脑的问题，导致在比赛颁奖那个环节没有把获奖名单公布给观众，这是我们的失误。以后我们会在活动之前把这些硬件设施好好检查一遍。第三点，关于麦克风的问题，我也不清楚是我们技术不到位还是拿麦的人问题，每次都回发出那个刺耳的声音，这个我们还需要问问技术人员。

这次活动疏漏的一个部分就是颁奖之前主持人应该让评委老师给予现场点评，对我们举办的活动有什么建议。我们网络部做ppt时老师点评这一个环节，可能是彩排是忘了，也可能是主持人当天由于一些原因漏掉这一环节。至于彩排，这次主持人和网络部就合作了一次，后面的彩排就没有跟着ppt去做。以后在彩排时希望相关人员做好沟通交流工做。

总之，本学期的最后一次活动已经完了，而且效果也不是很差，挺满意的。希望英俱以后更辉煌，加油！

一九五零年夏天，乡政府保送孤儿雷锋免费读书。一九五六年夏天，从荷叶坝小学毕业，几年里，雷锋克服困难，勤奋学习，受到师生的的一致好评。他帮助落后的同学，爱护集体的粮食，并与坏份子做斗争，受到学校老师、同学和乡亲们的一致好评。在毕业典礼上，他上台发言，毅然要求留在农村，为建设社会主义新农村贡献自己微薄的力量。

走上工作岗位

一九五六年九月，雷锋在乡政府做通信员，十一月，年满十六岁的雷锋被推荐到望成县委做公务员。一九五七年，雷锋光荣地年经被评为机关模范工作者。

一九五八年春天，雷锋来到困山湖农场当了一个拖拉机手。

一九五八年九月，雷锋来到鞍钢做了一名c-80推土机手。

一九五九年八月，雷锋来到弓长岭焦化厂参加基础建设。第二年夏季的一天，他带领伙伴们冒雨奋战，保住了7200袋水泥免受损失，《辽阳日报》报道了雷锋抢救水泥的事，赞扬他舍己为人的事迹。

雷锋在鞍山和焦化厂工作了一年零二个月，曾三次被评为先进工作者，五次被评为标兵，十八次被评为红旗手，荣获“青年社会主义建设积极分子”称号。

参加人民解放军

参军一九五九年十二月初，新一年的征兵工作已经开始，雷锋迫切要求参加中国人民解放军，但鉴于焦化厂的征兵名额有限，且雷锋在工地的表现十分突出，领导也舍不得放他走，就不同意他报名。这可急坏了雷锋，他跑了几十里路，来到辽阳市人民武装部向余政委讲起自己的经历，表明他参军的志愿和决心。

武装部的余政委和工程兵派来的接兵的领导专门研究了雷锋的入伍问题，认为他是苦孩子出身，经过实际工作的锻炼，政治素质好，入伍动机明确，虽然身高1.54米，体重不足55公斤，身体条件差些，但他在农场开过拖拉机，在工厂开过推土机，多次被评为社会主义建设积极分子和先进工作者。相信他入伍会成长得更快。最后决定批准雷锋入伍。

一九六零年一月八日，雷锋领到了入伍通知书，随新兵一同由辽阳来到驻地营口市。他做为新兵代表在欢迎战友入伍大会上讲话。

雷锋所在团是有着光荣战争历史的部队，他决心以实际行动发扬优良传统，开饭时，他主动给大伙读报，宣传党的政策：休息时，他教大家唱歌，雷锋在这个大家庭里感受到无此的温暖，由于他身小臂力弱，开始练投手榴弹时不合格，他天不亮就消消地出去练习，十几天后，他终于和其他同志一样，在实弹学习中得到了优秀。

后来居上

新兵训练结束后，雷锋被分到运输连当汽车兵，“服从革命需要，革命需要我去烧木炭，我就去做张思德;革命需要我去堵枪眼，我就去做”.这是雷锋向组织上表明的态度。

雷锋性格开朗，平时很活跃，教唱歌，办墙报，说快板样样都行，上级领导安排他参加战士演出队，他就起早贪黑地背台词，后来考虑到雷锋的湖南口音与大家的普通话不协调，影响演出效果，他就主动提出换下自己，而集中精力为演出做好后勤工作，大家虽没有看到雷锋的表演，但台上的每一个节目都包含着雷锋的辛勤劳动，和他那处处关心集体，一切服从工作需要的精神。

雷锋回到运输连后，便投入到紧张的学习驾驶技术之中去，针对缺少教练车的现状，他带领大家做了一个汽车驾驶台。雷锋废寝忘食地学习技术，被大家一致推举为技术学习小组长。五月份，雷锋成为了一名合格的驾驶员，被分到二排四班，交给一台13号车上了建设工地。

钉子精神

施工任务中，他整天驾驶汽车东奔西跑，很难抽出时间学习，雷锋就把书装在挎包里，随身带在身边，只要车一停，没有其他工作，就坐在驾驶室里看书。他在日记中写下这样一段话：“有些人说工作忙，没时间学习，我认为问题不在工作忙，而在于你愿不愿意学习，会不会挤时间。要学习的时间是有的，问题是我们善不善于挤，愿不愿意钻。一块好好的木板，上面一个眼也没有，但钉子为什么能钉进去呢?这就是靠压力硬挤进去的。由此看来，钉子有两个长处：一个是挤劲，一个是钻劲。我们在学习上也要提倡这种”钉子“精神，善于挤和钻。

一次义务劳动

一九六零年初夏的一个星期天，雷锋肚子疼得很厉害，他来到团部卫生连开了些药回来，见一个建筑工地上正热火朝天地进行施工，原来是给本溪路小学盖大楼，雷锋情不自禁地推起一辆小车，加入到运砖的行列中去，直到中午休息，雷锋被一群工人围住了，面对大家他说：”我们都是为社会主义建设添砖加瓦，我和大家一样，只要尽了自己的一点义务，也算是有一份光发一份光吧!“这天下午，打听到雷锋名字及部队驻地的市二建公司组织工人敲锣打鼓送来感谢信，大家才知道病中的雷锋做了一件好事，过了个特殊的星期天。

可敬的“傻子”

一九六零年八月，驻地抚顺发洪水，运输连接到了抗洪抢险命令。雷锋忍着刚刚参加救火被烧伤的手的疼痛又和战友们在上寺水库大坝连续奋战了七天七夜，被记了一次二等功。

望花区召开了大生产号召动员大会，声势很大，雷锋上街办事正好看到这个场面，他取出存折上在工厂和部队攒的200元钱(存折上203元)跑到望花区党委办公室要捐献出来，为建设祖国做点贡献，接侍他的同志实在无法拒绝他的这份情谊，只好收下一半。另100元在辽阳遭受百年不遇洪水的时候捐献给了辽阳人民。在我国受到严重的自然灾害的情况下，他为国家建设，为灾区捐献出自已的全部积蓄，却舍不得喝一瓶汽水。
