甲方：
乙方：
关于乙方接受甲方委托，进行资料翻译事宜，经甲乙双方同意，签订以下翻译合同。
1.翻译服务范围:乙方负责甲方__项目的所有宣传，产品资料的翻译工作，乙方负责安排专业翻译人员和外籍校对人员保障翻译质量。
2.交稿时间：甲，乙双方根据项目情况商议交稿时间，甲方尽量给足乙方翻译时间，具体时间按单项交接协议为准。
3.若甲方要求乙方加急翻译，甲方在原收费基础上加一倍支付翻译费，按协议字数计算。每小时要求翻译超过600字符数，则为加急件。(按电脑工具栏字数统计的
4.翻译类型为：英译中/中译英。
5. 字数计算：无论是英文翻译成中文，还是中文译成英文，均按电脑工具栏字数统计的
6.小件翻译:不足1000字超过500字按1000字计算，不足500字按1000字费用的50%计算。
7. 笔译价格(单位：RMB/千字)中译英
8.校正费用：甲方提供基本合乎翻译标准的资料，乙方的校正费用为(单位：RMB/千字正后所导致的翻译纠纷由双方承担。
9.翻译文件至少达到3000字可由乙方免费排版，低于3000字请由甲方自行排版。
10. 付款方式：每月月底根据交稿单的内容来统一核算乙方的翻译费用，每月号汇款到账。乙方账户：开户行帐号
11.甲方权利与义务
11.1、甲方向乙方提供翻译资料，作为乙方翻译的工作内容。
11.2、甲方向乙方保证所提供的文稿已取得版权或许可，文稿中没有任何容易引起刑事或民事纠纷的内容。文稿中对于不合理或违反中华人民共和国法律法规或国际法或国际惯例的服务要求，乙方有权予以拒绝。
11.3、甲方如对乙方译稿有异议，甲方有权在取稿之日起5日内向乙方提出修改意见，乙方应按甲方要求在规定的时间内免费进行修改、校对，直至甲方满意为止。稿件满意度以措辞准确，文句调理清楚，无官方翻译错误为准。
11.4、乙方应尽量避免翻译的偏差。因乙方翻译失误而引起损失，甲方有权追究其责任。因甲方提供材料失当导致的翻译错误应有甲方全权承担，因由乙方自身翻译失误所带来的经济损失由乙方承担印刷部分经济责任，并且甲方应当提供与印刷商合作的相关价目详表。
11.5、 甲方有权在任何时间要求乙方提供已累积翻译字数，并给予核实。
12. 乙方权利与义务
12.1、乙方有权要求甲方无偿提供相关背景资料。
12.2、乙方出于保密起见只负责保存原文和译文至发生款项付清为止,此后不得保留译稿和磁盘。 12.3、不管甲方的商业利润如何，乙方均有权获得翻译费。
12.4、乙方应该根据甲方要求，以下面的任何方式提供交稿文件：打印稿、电脑光盘、移动硬盘、E-mail。乙方翻译样稿所花费的纸质消费应由甲方承担。
12.5、乙方应按甲方要求的时间(不排除法定假日)提供翻译稿件，如乙方未能在指定时间完成翻译任务，甲方有权不支付任何价款，并有权追究因翻译延误给甲方造成的损失。
13. 原稿修改与补充：
如甲方原稿修改，而需乙方对译文作相应修改，根据修改程度酌量收取改稿费，或在收取原稿翻译费后，对修改稿按单价重新计费。如补充翻译，则另行收费。中止翻译：如甲方在乙方翻译过程中，要求中止翻译，甲方须根据乙方的翻译进度，按乙方已经翻译的字数，以协定的单价计算翻译费给乙方
14. 交稿方式:
乙方可根据具体需要，采取以下交稿方式中的任一种来交稿：打印稿、电脑软盘、传真、电子邮件。
15. 版权问题：
乙方对于甲方委托文件内容的版权问题不负责，由甲方负全责. 保密性:乙方遵守翻译职业道德，对其译文的保密性负责。
一、 违约责任
1、甲乙任何一方不按本合同书履行其职责和义务，则视为违约，另一方可以提出质疑并要求对方纠正，若对方不纠正，另一方可以提出经济赔偿或中止合同，赔偿金额不少于实际损失额，但在翻译总费用二倍之内。
2、本合同书中如有其它未尽事宜，双方协商解决。协商不成，据处理。本合同书与现行法律抵触之处，按现行法律规定处理。
3、如果因为不可抗拒的原因而不能执行本合同的全部或部分条款，甲乙双方无需负任何责任。
4、如甲方在乙方翻译过程中，要求中止翻译，甲方须根据乙方的翻译进度，按乙方已经翻译的字数，以协定的单价计算翻译费给乙方。
5、因乙方原因中止翻译，乙方必须按已消耗的时间占双方协定完成翻译时间的比例，乘以双方协定完成翻译总费用的金额作为对甲方时间损失的赔偿。
二、 争议解决方式
合同执行过程中如发生争议，双方应及时友好协商解决;协商不成时，双方可以向当地人民法院申诉。
三、 合同份数及有效期
1、本合同在双方的授权代表正式签署后，方可生效。
2、本协议一式两份。甲、乙双方各执一份，自签字盖章之日起生效。
3、本合同为双方长期合作合同，合同的终止以甲方书面通知为准。

甲、乙双方本着发挥各自优势、互惠互利、共同发展的原则，就翻译合作的有关事项，经双方友好协商，就半年度乙方为甲方提供翻译和制作服务之事宜，现特订立本协议。具体条款如下：
第一条 定义
项目内容：
甲方所委托的的翻译作业业务，分为笔译、口译和综译，还包含双方同意的其它业务合作。
翻译：
乙方按照甲方交付的原文内容，结合相关专业词准确地将原文的内容表达清楚。
文档的制作：
乙方按甲方要求，在计算机上按原文件图文并排的格式进行录入和排版，用印刷本(或者传真件)和e-mail(或者存储介质提交的文本，包括软盘、光盘和其它移动存储介质)，如为口译，则用录音带、录像带和摄像带等介质提交，在保证翻译质量的前提下用计算机移动存储介质提交，但必须配合甲方的制作工作;乙方还应该负责有关的后续服务。
第二条 协议期限
2.1 本协议有效期为_________年，自双方签订之日起至_________年_________月_________日止;
2.2 如有特殊原因，在不影响翻译和制作工作的前提下，提前一个月通知甲方，在乙方处理好应该负责的后续服务后，可以解除此合同;但是如果由于乙方的过错给甲方及其翻译原始委托方造成损失，甲方将依然拥有根据本协议及有关管理条例追究赔偿的权利。
第三条 服务费用标准及支付
3.1 甲方付给乙方的工作酬金为甲方所得费用的6%，其它4%作为甲方的广告、管理、较审、翻译作品制作、技术创新、工商管理和税务费用、通讯费用等条项的开支。
3.2 笔译工作酬金支付：
在客户取稿后一星期支付工作酬金的5%，如无意外，在两星期后支付工作酬金剩余的5%。口译工作酬金支付：
在工作完后二个工作日后的星期二或者星期六支付。
3.3 本中心对于在我处连续工作一年的兼职翻译采取年终奖励的办法，予以奖励;奖励额度为完成翻译金额的2%。兼职翻译介绍的业务可以参照兼职业务员的管理条例获得业务费用。
3.4 本中心对于在我处连续从事兼职翻译三年以上的人士，采取优先参股或者赠送股份的办法，予以鼓励。
第四条 甲方义务、权利
4.1 甲方负责提供完整无缺的原文内容(书面及电子版本)。
4.2 甲方负责提供资料的相关版权事宜，承担与之有关的各类权利义务。
4.3 甲方负责提供必要的工具书、通信工具和办公设备，协助乙方和专业人士取得联系，顺利完成翻译任务。
第五条 乙方义务、权利
5.1 乙方应按甲方要求完成委托工作，按时、保质、保量交稿;
5.2 乙方按甲方要求的格式提交文件;
5.3 乙方应对甲方提供的原文件资料保密;
5.4 乙方在本中心指定的时间内完成翻译任务，承担因为翻译质量引起的责任。工作积极主动，能以高度的责任心完成本中心分派的翻译任务。
第六条 保密条款
乙方为了对甲方提供的资料保密，但对于因其它不可确定的原因造成的外漏，乙方不承担相关或连带责任。甲方提供的资料保密期自每项业务开始之日起计算：
时间为七个月;有关本协议的保密条款详见本协议之附件《保密协议》。
第七条 协议的变更和解除
本协议经双方书面同意，可以予以变更或解除。
7.1 本协议期间，任何一方违反本协议的相关规定，且经另一方书面通知其改正之日起一周内仍未改正的，另一方有权终止本协议。
7.2 甲乙双方中任何一方未履行本协议条款，导致协议不能履行、不能完全履行或者协议履行成为不必要，未违约的另一方有权变更、解除本协议。
7.3 乙方的特殊条款见

7.5 除非另有规定，合同变解除后，依照合同规定和有关条例规定甲乙双方为履行完毕的责任应该继续履行完毕。
第八条 译者的职业道德
8.1 乙方不得利用为甲方提供委托翻译服务的机会和客户联系，并率开甲方为客户提供翻译业务，否则甲方可以采取扣除质量保障金和酬金、并进一步追究损失的权利。
8.2 除非乙方告知甲方主要负责人，并经得甲方许可，否则乙方不得利用为甲方提供委托翻译服务的机会接受或者索要的小费和酬金。
8.3 乙方不得利用为甲方提供委托翻译服务的机会和客户发生不得体或者违反中心、政府有关法律法规的行为，否则甲方拥有扣除质量保障金和酬金、并进一步追究损失的权利。
8.4 在甲方没有过错的情况下乙方不得利用甲方管理上的漏洞和业务的特殊性中途违反合同或施加压力，否则甲方拥有扣除质量保证金和酬金、并进一步追究损失的权利。
第九条 译者对翻译作品质量的保证
9.1 乙方应该自觉地尽自己最大的努力保证翻译件的质量，必须严格遵守甲方提供的有关规定、国家公布的质量保证规定。主要文件有：
1) 《翻译作业流程和质量控制》、《客户须知》、《翻译资费标准》和《确认单》;
2)国家制定的《中华人民共和国行业标准翻译服务规范》和翻译成品的质量标准tss-1

9.2 乙方从甲方领取的标准和规范资料必须签字表示以接受9.1条的管制，其领取材料清单和签字将成为本协议的附件，具有法律证明作用。
9.3 由于乙方的责任导致翻译件质量的问题导致客户不满或者造成损失，甲方可以采取扣除质量保障金和酬金、并进一步追究损失的权利。
9.4 兼职翻译必须向本中心交纳质量保证金以杜绝以下情况：
1) 兼职翻译取走原稿件不译，甚至不再归还原稿和不再联系：
2)兼职翻译冒用本中心名义在外承接业务;
3)利用由于兼职翻译管理上的漏洞而对甲方的声誉造成影响和损失;
4)剽取所知识产权归委托方的翻译稿件中的资料发表文章或者因知识成果而获得利益。质量保证金金额为_________元人民币，甲方可以在此款中扣除因为乙方工作失误给甲方造成的损失;在执行完

第十条 不可抗力
由于地震、台风、洪水、火灾、战争、罢工、政府禁令、法律要求或变化以及其他不可预见并且对其发生和后果不能防止或避免的不可抗力，致使影响协议有关条款的履行，双方应按照不可抗力对影响履行本协议的程度协商决定是否解除本协议，免除履行本协议的部分义务，或者延期履行本协议。
第十一条 知识产权和署名权
甲方所提供的相关资料的知识产权不归乙方所有，并且其署名权共同所有;署名规定为_________，不得再署有其它的文字。
第十二条 管辖法律和争议解决
12.1 因本协议而产生的或与本协议有关的任何争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。不能通过协商解决的争议，就提交_________仲裁机构(如劳动部门)按其仲裁程序在_________仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方均具有约束力;

篇8：笔译服务合同书翻译用
根椐《中华人民共和国民法典》及有关规定，按照双方平等互利和自愿原则，为明确甲、乙方权利义务，经双方协商一致，签订本合同，以资共同信守。
一、甲方接收乙方资料后，应对乙方的资料采取保密措施。乙方资料如有特别保密要求的，应在交稿前向甲方提出。甲方应在翻译工作完成后的3天后删除翻译的原文和译文。

鉴于甲方拥有（作者姓名）（下称“作者”）的作品（书名）（下称“作品”）第（版次）的著作权，双方达成协议如下：
第四条 乙方根据本合同第十七条的规定，为获得出版译本的权利，向甲方支付报酬，支付方式为：

第十一条 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得行使除第一条规定的译本的其他任何权。
第十二条 未经甲方事先同意，乙方不得将所授予的翻译权许可任何第三方行使，译本也不得单独使用乙方自己的版本说明。

一、 概况：
我实习所在的焦作卓林数码材料有限公司，是由焦作市卓立烫印材料有限公司和韩国科林株式会社共同出资建立的中外合资企业。 公司项目总投资4.5亿元人民币，年产15亿平方米热转印碳带生产线，占地173.92亩，位于我市高新区工业区中心地带。项目分三期建设，一期工程将于20xx年5月建成投产，形成年产5亿平方米热转印碳带生产能力。 项目主要生产设备从日本、韩国引进，工艺技术达到国际先进水平，产品主要为热转印碳带、热升华色带及纳米碳带，适用于软包装材料，如薄膜、标签纸等，应用行业包括快递、医药、日化、电子产品、食品和服饰等。热升华碳带作为数码时代彩色照片打印的最优解决方案，有着巨大的市场潜力和广阔的前景。项目全部建成投产后，可实现年销售收入60亿元，利税15亿元的目标。
我实习期间参与的主要项目是公司SRS(溶剂回收装置)试运行及相关培训。SRS运行的主要目的是环保。目前有机溶剂种类多、使用广泛且用量巨大，不经处理就排入大气，将会产生毒副作用，对人类和动植物造成危害。回收的有机溶剂与空气的混合气体经有焰燃烧或无焰催化燃烧能起到解毒作用，但仍会产生大量的二氧化碳。而通过吸收、冷冻冷凝和固体吸附的办法截留有机溶剂气体，特别是固体吸附的活性炭和活性碳纤维回收法，都是解决溶剂回收问题的根本办法。溶剂回收一方面可以有效缓解环境污染，另一方面将回收分离出的溶剂投入再生产可以在一定程度上实现资源再利用，降低企业的生产成本。
在工作期间接触的相关人员主要分三类：
1、两位美国工程师，一位主要负责装置的调试及参数的设定，另一位主要负责整个程序的设计。
2、几位韩国技术人员，分别负责某一具体模块的机械装置。
3、中方项目负责人及操作人员，旨在学习整个装置的运行，为日后的顺利操作打下基础。地点分为室内装置控制室和室外现场两种。
作为一名大学在校生，我是本着学习的态度参与到此次实习工作中去的。优势主要有：一定的外语基础，积极性高，学习能力和适应能力较强，有一定的反应力和执行力，性格开朗，善于人际交往等。劣势主要有：作为文科生理科相关理论基础较差，相关技术词汇掌握量较少，第一次在用人单位实习比较紧张不自信，小语种(韩语)知识匮乏等。有利条件主要有：母亲在常年工作中积累了完善的技术词汇可直接学习，工作中可以带着我更快适应环境，因为不领工资所以毫无心理负担等。不利条件主要有：实习时间较短，没有充足的余地完全掌握相关知识等。

从天贶诬后门出，有砖石甬道与后寝宫相连。宋真宗封泰山时，因将泰山封为“帝”，帝则应当影后”，于是便为之配了个夫人“淑明后”。从这一点看来，岱庙与其说是道教神府，还不如说更像皇家宫廷，这种布局进一步透露了封建统治者利用岱庙进行政治活动的功利目的。
刚才，我们是沿着岱庙的主轴线游览，而主轴线两侧，原另有4个别院，东面前后两院，前为“汉柏院”，相传汉武帝所植的6株古柏就在此院内;后为“东御座”，是皇帝祭泰山下榻的地方。
这里就是泰山有名的十八盘了。约25亿年前，在一次被地质学家称作“泰山运动”的造山运动，古泰山第一次从一片汪洋崛起，以后几度沧桑，泰山升起又沉没，沉没又升起，终于在3000万年前的“喜马拉雅山造山运动”，泰山最后形成了今天的模样。古老的造山运动造就了泰山南麓阶梯式上升的三个断裂带，最上一层从云步桥断裂带到极顶，海拔陡然上升400多米，使得这一层地带与四周群峰产生强烈对比，犹如宝塔之刹，形成了“东天一柱”的气势。
这里是紧十八盘，也是整个登山盘路最为艰难的地段了。家看，石壁上古人的题刻：“努力登高”、“首出万山”、“共攀青云梯”……那是在勉励我们。家再看，那负荷百斤的挑山工，再想想当年无名无姓的凿石修路人……山无言，但它们能激励人们向上。朋友，登山犹如干任何事业，只有义无反顾地向上，才能战胜险阻，才能到达最高的境界!
南天门到了，我们现在已置身“天界”了，虽然我们并没有成仙，但我们在这里领略到了“登天山而天下”的豪迈。
进了南天门，与之相对的是殿取名为“未了轩”，未了轩两侧各一门可以北去。出门往西有一山峰桨月观峰”，山上有亭，名月观亭。据说，天高气爽的深秋时节，在这里还可以一览“黄河金带”的奇异景观：在夕阳映照的天幕下，地变暗了，惟有一曲黄河水，反射出了太阳的光辉，像一条闪光的金带，将天在地连在一起。入夜，在皎洁的月色下，由此北望可见济南的万家灯火，因此月观峰又称“望府山”。
出南天门院落东折即为天街。天街，天上的街市，多富诗意的地方。沿天街东行，北有一坊，匾额上题影望吴圣迹”，这就是相传孔子与颜渊看到吴国阊门外一匹白马的地方。坊北有孔子庙。
天街最东端就是碧霞祠了，我给家讲讲碧霞元君的故事。碧霞元君的前身是泰山女神，在民间被称作“天仙玉女碧霞元君”是百姓心目的泰山主神，并被称作“泰山奶奶”、“泰山老母”。民众对泰山老母的候信仰与喜爱，是一种历史积淀下来的埋藏在人们心灵深层的对母亲的爱。多少年来，碧霞元君赢得了百姓的爱戴，至今仍高踞泰山之巅，接受着善男信 女的香火，召唤着去乡离国的游子。
好，让我们进到碧霞寺来。2500平方米的地方，建起了山门，正殿，配殿，3座神门，钟楼、鼓楼、香亭、万岁楼、千斤鼎、火池，还有照壁、歌舞楼、御碑亭……而且为御高山疾风，殿为铜瓦、碑为铜铸，金光闪闪，俨然天上宫阙。泰山碧霞祠的高度建筑技巧被认为是我国古代高山建设的典范，人舞到这里来进香并不感其而觉其高，神圣感油然而生。如今，泰山碧霞祠建筑群独具一格的神品。
出碧霞祠东神门北折沿盘道再上，可见一堵石壁巍然屹立，石壁上石刻遍布，洋洋观，人称“观峰”。观峰西侧，几年所有的石上也都有古人的手笔，这一带可谓是露天的书法艺术博物馆。
沿观峰西侧盘道而上，至最高处，那些一路上看似走不完的石阶终于到了尽头，这里就是泰山的极顶--玉皇顶了。
玉皇庙建在极顶上，红墙碧瓦像是给泰山戴上了一顶桂冠。由山门进庙，最先看到的是院央的“极顶石”。极顶石卧在一圈石栏，高不盈米，表面粗糙，如果在别处，将是一块最普通不地的石头了。但是在这里，它的旁边有碑恭恭的写着：“泰山极顶1545米”。根据地质学分析，就是它，在3000万年前从海槽率先拱起，它根植于1万米的地壳深处;就是它，有着数百平方公里的基座，整座山在托举着它，使它高耸云天，以至玉皇庙的玉皇帝简直就成了它的守护神。
