一、指导思想

二、主要工作。

20__年1月7日至18日，我在镇江苏南商贸有限公司办公室文员岗位进行实习。

在期间还干了一些其他琐碎的工作如接听电话，打印资料，整理文件。

二、实习中的收获和体会

实习，顾名思义，在实践中习得。大一大二的社会实践活动只能说是让我们了解社会，体验社会，接触社会，而不是真正意义上的实践。实习提供给了我更好的真正实践的机会。实践中我需要用在学校里学到的技能，来为公司创造价值，而这样的价值是要经过严格考验的。所以实习所获得的经验，对于我们这些英语专业学生来说，是尤为重要的。由于专业本身性质的限制，实习这样的机会也是相当难得。于实践中检验自己，实习的经验也为求职就业打下了一定的基础。所以我很珍惜它，希望自己能够获得提高自己实践能力的经验。

在这短短的两个星期中，我获得了以下六点收获以及体会：

第一，积极与他人建立良好的人际关系。而主动交流，不仅可以使自己从尴尬的境地中解放出来，并且有助于自己的业务。刚出校园，初入社会的我，体会还是较为深刻的。自己不主动请教，想要别人主动来教你，这是不可能的事，别人也有自己分内的业务。所以此时，良好的人际关系就会帮助你解决这些困难。主动交流是营造良好人际关系的首要条件。

第二，公司规模不大，历史短暂，但是各个部门操作的环境以及各自所担任的角色，是类似的。说话说“麻雀虽小五脏俱全”，触类旁通可以使我了解自己更感兴趣于哪个行业，担任哪一种角色。这就是第一手资料的重要性。要知道，现在社会竞争的压力如此之大，大学生就业前景十分不被看好，小公司或规模稍大的公司也是很不错的选择。因为公司制度相对来说可能更加自由，更为宽松。并且发展的前景不会比大公司小很多，甚至有可能更为宽广。相信它，这对身在职场的你，绝对不会是错误的决定。鼠目寸光一定会隐没了自己的才能，放远自己的目光，能够成就平凡的自己。

第三，实践所带来的经验，就是求职者的闪光点。而对于我们这个专业的特殊性，并不止听说读写译这么简单，学术研究更加包括语言学，外国文学，文化这样的研究。而像这样的研究却是无法适应现如今社会对我们的需要了。像我这样根基不扎实，又无法担任翻译那样较为高端的工作的人，HR更偏爱非英语专业又具有专业知识的毕业生。所以我不仅要夯实自己的基础，更要触类旁通学习可以使自己立足于这个社会的技术。

第四，不要眼高手低。简单的业务也要踏踏实实认真完成。学习中不好的习惯如果带到了自己的工作中，不仅影响自己做业务的效率，也影响了自己的产出的价值。对于公司来说，这是一种隐性亏本买卖。

第五，实习就是实践经验积累的过程。而好的实习经历能够使我们的简历存在闪光之处，吸引HR的眼球，增强求职就业竞争力。

第六，实习实在是太重要了，通过观察公司内员工与上司是如何交谈，同事之间是如何相处的。提前实习可以使我们更好的适应正式上班的氛围。

三、自我评价及今后努力的方向

作为一个大三学生，即将面临就业这个问题。而初入公司的我，毫无经验。就算是做一些简单的活也效率不高，达不到令人满意的效果。动手能力也是相当的弱。从这里，我明白了老师们曾经一直都强调过的“切勿眼高手低”这句话的更加深沉的意义了。眼高手低不仅会影响学习的深度，就连不久将来的事业都是会影响的。所以像此类坏的学习习惯一定要趁现在慢慢改掉，并且从最基本的东西学起、做起，不放过任何的问题，更加注重对自己的业务水平的培养，丰富实际的工作经验。

我和办公室里的其他员工在一起的时候，说话处事还不是十分地主动，并且沿袭了课堂上的不问的这样的坏习惯。性格有点内向。所以我要更加进一步的培养自己与人相处的技巧，待人处事的能力。

五、实习内容：
