报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

1.保证支持厂长在企业中的中心地位和作用，保证厂长对企业生产、技术、经营、财务开拓全面负责、统一指挥的顺利进行。

2.保证厂长交给各部门的生产经营分解目标的顺利实现，开展以“五个一”为主要内容的立功竞赛活动，组织四次大赛，进行岗位技术练兵活动。

3.积极开展技术协作活动，承接厂内外技术攻关项目，提高职工技术业务素质，保证完成技协任务20万产值。

4.协助行政认真贯彻执行国家省市有关职工劳保福利安全方面的各项规定和要求，定期组织检查，加强安全教育，预防各类事故，保证职工安全。

5.定期组织职工就生产、劳动、生活、福利等职工具体利益同厂行政领导进行民主协商对话，共同学习上级有关方针、政策，增强职工对宏观经济及工厂有关措施的理解，增强厂行政对职工实际困难的理解，维护职工各种合法权益，调动职工积极性。

6.保证开好全年两次的职代会，组织职工积极参政、议政，说主人话、为主人事、当主人家，讨论决定职工福利方面的重要问题，定期组织评议干部，组织职代会各专门委员会监督和检查职代会文件的贯彻落实情况。

7.保证围绕生产经营目标和每季度的中心工作，采取多种宣传形式，如黑板报、快讯、广播、一句话新闻等，表彰先进，鞭策后进，促进生产。

8.协助行政动员职工顾全大局，服从调动，遵纪守法，增产节约，革新挖潜，出满勤，干满点，争创高指标，开创新纪录，提高经济效益。

9.围绕生产经营，参加生产经营大调度会，协调各部门之间的相互关系，协助解决生产经营中的矛盾，努力为行政排忧解难。

10.围绕两个文明建设，积极组织职工开展各种形式的文体活动，办好职工之家，把职工的热情投入到生产经营工作之中，为完成工厂22项奋斗目标而努力工作。

（二）厂长方面

1.保证今年实现产值1000万，上交利润61.65万，增收节支177.5万，争创省级先进企业，完成企业22项奋斗目标，保证给全厂完成生产（工作）任务的职工晋升一级效益工资。

2.面对市场需求，搞好商品经济，增产节约，开发新产品，依托优势，在国内各地开拓经营新局面，发展外向型经济，完成今年承包目标任务，保证全厂职工年收入平均不少于1569元。

3.保证在完成生产任务的同时，大力支持工会开展职工技协活动，鼓励职工勤劳致富，努力创造良好条件，为职工多办好事。

4.保证贯彻执行国家、省市有关劳动保护安全技术，工业卫生等法律、法规和条件，定期检查，预防各类事故发生，改善职工生产条件，保证职工身体健康。

5.要爱护关心职工，保证铸件、露天场地、铸造和大车件车间改造、基建器材库房、漆工改造以及一、二、三、工装、大件、漆工的环境改造工程进度，重建招待所和职工食堂，改造部分职工宿舍，改善单身宿舍，按计划进行生活区道路的修理和绿化工作，改善用水条件。
