每次的上课中都是我怕收获的过程，每次老师都会给我很多很好的建议，经过时间的洗礼和经验的增加，我逐渐变得成熟了，我在进步的路上，因为我一直在努力。

三、班主任工作总结。

首先，必须要树立良好的班风和学风。

作为一个班级，一个集体，没有良好的班风和学风是打造不出一个好的班级的。我代理的是初三五班的实习班主任，五班在王老师的带领下已经是综合班级量化第一，我要做的就是将这种好的氛围继续保持下去。加强对学生的管理，增强班级凝聚力。
