量化指标VS非量化指标

n 能量化的尽量量化，不能量化的尽量细化。

n 量化指标的提取有绝对量化和相对量化两种方法。

n 不能为了量化而量化。

六、绩效考核的等级与工资、奖金的比例

1、绩效考核设以下档次：

A级：绩效得分在95分以上者，可得绩效工资的150%;

B级：绩效得分要85-95分者，可得绩效工资的120%;

C级：绩效得分在70-85分者，可得绩效工资的100%;

D级：绩效得分在60-70分者，可得绩效工资的80%;

E级：绩效得分在60分以下者，可得绩效工资的50%;

2、绩效工资的定额

公司管理人员、办公室职员的绩效工资按以下方式拆分：按现在的总工资进行分析，其中基本工资为总工资的70%，绩效工资为总工资的30%。

3、考核最高分为100分;

七、考评周期

各部门每月月初对上个月每个员工的整体表现、绩效进行考核，5日前(特殊情况顺延)必须将部门考核表汇总后交到行政部，经行政部审核后交总经理核定。行政部整理汇总后连同上个月的考勤交于财务部。

八、影响考评结果的其它因素

1、奖惩：警告一次扣3分，小过一次扣5分，大过一次扣8分。嘉奖一次加3分，小功一次加5分，大功一次加8分。

2、考勤：迟到、早退一次扣2分，旷工一次扣5分，请假三天以下者扣1分，请假三天以上者扣3分(不含调休)。

3、因私、因病、因伤连续缺勤一个月以上者当月将不做考评，即当月无绩效奖。

4、各部门主管对于所属员工应就其工作效率、操作、工作态度、学识每月进行考核，其中有特殊功过者，应随时报请奖惩。另外员工假期及奖惩应该统计详载于请假记录本内，以便于提供考核的参考。

5、如考核人员违反本方案考核项目，考核扣分的，在绩效考核工资中扣除相应款项;公司按照公司其他管理制度予以罚款的，罚款项目仍然单独执行，在总工资中扣除，与绩效考核工资不冲突。

九、试用期员工的考核

1、在试用期期间员工绩效考核为优秀者，可以根据情况提前转正，并适当调整工资标准。

2、试用期考核合格者给予转正，并正式成为公司的员工。

3、试用期考核一般者可延长试用期再次考核，两次考核不合格者将辞退。

4、试用期考核不合格者直接辞退。

十、各部门考核执行权责

1、在绩效管理的整个过程中，各部门的主管或经理主要担负如下职责：

1.1、对下属的品行导向和绩效改进进行持续的沟通、指导和监督;

1.2、按要求定期对自己和员工的工作表现和计划目标达成情况进行记录和评定，并定期上交行政部;

1.3、为下属员工提供绩效考评结果反馈，并帮助下属制定改进和提高实施计划;

1.4、协助行政部门宣传绩效管理思想、制度及相关要求，同时客观及时地反映本部门对绩效考评等各方面的意见和建议;

1.5、根据该员工工作完成情况和工作表现，提出教育培训、奖惩、薪资调整、岗位调动等各项处理建议方案;

2、在绩效管理的整个过程中，行政部主要担负如下职责：

2.1、提出公司统一要求的人事考核实施方案和计划;

2.2、宣传公司的绩效管理制度和计划，公布考评的标准和与此相关的各项处理政策;

2.3、为评估者提供绩效考核方法和技巧的培训与指导;

2.4、收集各项考评原始资料信息，进行定期的汇总，为员工的考评成绩提成信息反馈和改进建议。

2.5、监督各部门的绩效管理按计划和规定要求落实执行;

2.6、收集考评评估意见，进行绩效管理评估和诊断，不断改进提高管理人员的绩效管理水平;

2.7、整理各种考评资料并进行归档、备案、保存。

十一、考核的监督和申诉

1、各部门负责人把考核结果公布给被考核者，被考核者如果有异议应首先与部门负责人沟通，沟通无法解决时，员工有权在考评结果公布后3个工作日向人事行政部门提出申诉。

2、人事行政部接到员工的申诉后5个工作日内组织相关人员进行调查、协调、复评，并将处理结果通知申诉者，此结果为申诉最终结果。

3、如员工申诉成立应改正申诉者的绩效考评结果。

4、各部门负责人对员工的申诉不得阻挠或报复，如有发现阻挠或报复的负责人扣当月的绩效奖金的50%。

5、对抵抗绩效考核和因对绩效考核不满而对抗领导者，不参加本月的绩效考核。十二、考核结果的运用

1、教育培训：依据考核的结果作为参考资料，对于考核不同等级的员工进行相应的培训，进而充分开发员工的潜力，让每个员工有足够的能力胜任本职工作。

八、甲方的责任：

party a shall deliver on schedule to party bvacant possession of the leased property including the furniture,furnishing and appliances and the related facilities for party b’s use(furniture,furnishing and appliances to be detailed in appendisl.)

8.2 租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有规定)，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。

party a shall not repossess the leased property during the term of party a disturb of interfere with party b’s quiet enjoyment of the leased property.

8.3 在乙方遵守本合同的条款及支付租金的前提下，乙方有权于租赁期内拒绝甲方或其他人骚扰而安静享用出租房屋。

九、乙方的责任：

party b’s obligations:

9.1 乙方应按合同的规定，按时支付租金，保证金及其他各项应付费用。

party b shall promptly pay all rent ,security deposit and other charges payable by it in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

paryt b shall treat the leased property with care. if as a result of party b’s negligence or misconduct, the leased property and the related facilities and accessorties suffer any damage(fair wear and tear excepted ),party b shall be responsible for compensating party a for such damages.

9.3 乙方应按本合同的约定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质，不应存放中华人民共和国法律下所禁止的危险物品，如因此发生损害，乙方应承担全部责任。

9.4 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租或租给其他的第三者。

十、违约处理：

10.1 甲、乙任何一方如未按本合同的条款履行，构成违约，应承担相应的违约责任。双方同意违约方应赔偿守约方之直接损失人民币____________元。

海上名山多胜景，修身养性待何时?

2号下午共同抵达金峰峡谷进行漂流。

金峰峡谷漂流景区位于国家AAAAA级风景区千岛湖金峰乡朱峰源，是江南最具特色的峡谷漂流。

整个景区内可见处处山随水转，水绕山行，绿树成荫，蜂蝶相戏。

从漂流起点出发：穿越时光隧道的浪漫惬意，36米落差的飞瀑急流浪遏飞舟，沿林木成阴的水道跌宕起伏顺流直下，时而急流澎湃，飞艇冲浪;时而平缓如砥，泛艇戏水;无法言语的“刺激和释放的”感觉……各位同仁时而泛舟奋力前行，时

而驻足打起水仗，都沐浴在浪漫开心的山水之间!漂流结束后各位同仁回到酒店，共同合影以做纪念。

3日上午，大家共同坐上游船，前往千岛湖海拔最高的岛屿梅峰观岛。

梅峰观岛位于千岛湖中心湖区西端的状元半岛上，它以群岛星罗棋布、港湾纵横交错、生态环境绝佳而被确定为千岛湖的一级景点。

登上梅峰观景台，可以纵览300余座大小岛屿，是目前千岛湖登高揽胜的最佳处。

“不上梅峰观群岛，不识千岛真面目”，这是到过梅峰的中外游客对其群岛风光的一致赞誉。

之后大家共同前往蛇岛，先前往表演场地观看泰国红艺人表演、人蛇共舞等精彩节目后在岛上游览参观。

蛇岛原名五龙岛、岛上有四个蛇池。

蛇池内有水池、喷泉、土丘、灌木丛、洞穴、冬眠室等，放养了十几个品种的二三百条蛇，盘缠在草丛和树上的蛇群，有的争食斗殴，有的昂头吐信，使游人惊叹不已。

中午在游轮上共进午餐，大家在游赏湖光山色的同时彼此交流心得，增进感情，这次旅行给每个人留下的印象都十分深刻。

它让大家体会到了工作之外的那份亲情和感动，体会到大家是一个融洽的团队，体会到万千是一个温暖的大家庭，更让大家体会到公司组织这次旅行的良苦用心。

下午乘坐客车回到公司，千岛湖之旅结束了，仔细回味这段旅行的同时，又要开始筹备新一轮的工作。

相信每个人都会以更充沛的精力，更高涨的热情投入到工作当中。

为万千贡献自己的力量，共同建设这个大家庭，因为，我们都是一家人。
