二、教学方法

根据教材以任务型教学法为编写宗旨的特点，在教学过程中以大量真实生活任务为依托，以课题探究活动为形式，让学生在完成任务的过程中，“以言行事”体验成就感。运用讨论式教学法，让课堂气氛民主化，完成课堂活动，发挥学生的主体性，培养学生的创造力、口头表达能力、应变能力和民主精神。可采用交际教学法，让学生在唱歌、游戏、扮演角色、访谈、调查、画画、涂色等实践中充分发挥语言的交际功能。教学中尽可能运用多种现代化的教学媒体优化教学，创设真实语境，鼓励学生积极参与合作学习。引导学生采用推测，查阅或询问等多样化的学习方式学习，培养学生的实践能力和创新思维能力。

三、教学措施

本教材阶梯性强，内容丰富，练习形式多样，生动活泼，图文并茂，根据这些特点，可以尝试下面几点措施。

1) 狠抓教学常规，重点放在差生的管理上。如经常检查笔记及作业，多进行个别辅导，培养他们良好的学习习惯和纪律行为。

2) 以落实书本知识为主，对知识重，难点精讲精练。

一、学生情况

本学期我继续担任八年级的英语教学工作，本班共有学生48人，其中绝大部分学生基础比较好，而且进取心强。通过一年多的英语学习，由于基础不平衡，少部分男学生自觉性不高，认真程度也不及女学生，所以两极分化已渐出现。为了更好地搞好本班的英语教学，提高学生的英语水平，在制定本计划和设计教案的时候，必须做到以学生的兴趣为中心，寓教于乐，激发学生的灵感，促使学生积极思维并自觉地吸收和创造性地使用所学语言知识、展现自己的个性，切实完成本班英语教学工作，达到学校制定的教学目标。

二、教学目标

1.扎实基础教学

巩固语言基础知识注重过程性评价，培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

2.缩小两极分化

做好不同层次学生的辅导工作，尤其要关心后进生，厚爱特困生，积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。

3.优化教学方法

认真学习《英语新课程标准》，教学从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，发展学生综合语言运用能力，使语言学习的过程成为学生形成积极的情感态度、主动思维和大胆实践、提高跨文化意识和形成自主学习能力的过程。

三、教学要求及措施

1、要认真学习《英语课程标准》、培养新的课程意识并逐步将新课程理念内化为自己日常的教学行为。

2、要把语音教学作为起始阶段英语教学的重要内容之一。语音教学主要应通过模仿来进行，教师应提供大量听音、模仿、实践的机会，帮助学生养成良好的发音习惯。在注意单音的准确性的同时，还要注重语义与语境、语调与语流相结合，要为今后有效的口语交际打下良好的基础。

3、根据《英语课程标准》中语言技能三、四级的目标要求，对学生进行适当的听、说、读、写专项训练，并开展适当的综合性语言实践活动，逐步培养学生的综合语言运用能力。

4、在注重交际、培养能力的同时，不可忽视语言知识的系统学习。确保学生在达到《英语课程标准》中语言知识的三级目标的基础上，学习、掌握新的词汇和语法项目，拓展、补充相关的话题和功能项目。

5、在教学过程中不可盲目地加快教学进度。教学一定要切合实际，做到重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生，做好“提优补差”。

6、积极参加集体备课，保证集体备课的质量。集体备课不仅仅是要统一教学进度和教案格式，更主要的是要备教学内容和教学方法，通过集体备课研究每单元的教学策略，特别注重对不同课型教学的研究。

7、课堂教学活动的设计要依据课程的总体目标(三级、四级)、体现“任务型”语言教学的特点，即让学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等参与方式，学习和使用英语。在教学中还要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导，帮助学生在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习，引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

8、充分利用现代教育技术，开发英语教学资源，改进学生学习方式，提高教学效果。尽可能利用音像、英语报刊、图书馆和网络等多种资源，为学生创造自主学习的条件。

9、积极组织开展内容丰富、形式多样的英语课外活动，如朗诵、唱歌、讲故事、演讲、表演、英语角、英语墙报等，帮助学生增加知识、开阔视野、发展个性、展现才能。

10、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。对英语学习水平不同的学生，要做好“培优补差”。

11、重视形成性评价，并注意评价的正面鼓励和激励作用。学期、学年的终结性评价应全面考查学生综合语言运用的能力，笔试要增加具有语境的应用型试题，减少单纯的语言知识和语法知识题。

二. 创造宽松和谐的气氛

在教学过程中，注重与学生沟通，让学生消除对英语学习的恐惧感，只有对英语感兴趣，才能保持学习的动力，并取得好的成绩。

教师再让学生有大胆尝试的思路，也要求教师有创新的精神，是不是引导学生，给与鼓励，哪怕出错了也要鼓励他们，同时也是不是激发学生。

一、 学生成绩及基本情况

本学期我继续担任七年级一个班级的英语教学工作。初中的英语教学工作非常重要，是整个初中阶段的起始一年，我纵然费了九牛二虎之力，可结果并不令人满意。期末考下来的结果，虽然我的成绩是统计如下：参加考试人数为46人，70分以上的2人，60-70分间的有4人，50-60分间的有7人40-65分间的有_人，40-50分间的有11人，其余在40分以下，最低分15分有两人。有点进步，但很不理想，我希望通过反思和总结本学期的教育教学工作，汲取经验，扬长避短，以期待在教学这方净土中再进行创造性劳动，描绘新课程绚丽多彩的“教学景观”。

二、搞好教学是我的工作态度

我热爱自己的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间。并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加班主任会议，积极参加工会活动、升旗仪式，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、教学与教育是我的工作重心

从进入七年级上学期起，就非常关注“两头”的学生平时的作业和测验情况，分析他们的知识漏洞及缺陷，及时找他们进行补差补缺，

多关心、鼓励后进生。从课堂、作业、测验或其他方面注意他们的学习状况和学习态度，鼓励他们树立起信心，努力克服困难，从不抛弃他们。在整个学习过程中，虽然学生是主体，但他们很需要得到学校老师与家长的理解、支持和鼓励。因此，我们要密切关注每位学生的学习状态，多与学生谈心，了解他们的所需、所想。当他们取得进步时，我们要在公开场合大力表扬;当他们退步时，我们要找个别来谈心，找出原因，指导他们解决。建立竞争机制，每次测验、考试后，都有意识地激发学生上进的热情。老师在每次测验、考试前给每位学生都定出一个目标(即要达到的具体分数)，鼓励他们向目标努力迈进，对于达到目标者，老师给予适当的奖励，努力使他们目标向前，斗志昂扬。

四、我的工作动力是成绩与不足

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。课上注重调动学生的学习积极性，激发他们自己去寻找问题，解决问题的兴趣，同时也培养了他们良好的学习技能。另外，每次课后我都认真反思，本堂课还有哪些地方有待提高，改善。课后的作业我也都能做到认真批改，必要的时候进行面批。每天针对学生作业中出现差错较大的地方进行讲解，做到及时发现问题，及时

解决。其次，我坚持每周至少听一次课，多向其他老师学习，以快速提高自身的教学基本功。

当然我还有许多需要改进太高之处，如：我的课堂语言还不够丰富，导致课堂气氛太过平淡。后进生学习积极性不高，对于学习基本处于被动局面等等。我准备采取以下措施：

1.多与学生沟通。经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2.注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。

3.运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，

或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

4.平时利用休息时间，多学习，多给自己充电，提高自身素质才能不断丰富课堂，从而吸引学生学习的兴趣。虽然初三是为中考而准备的，但是长时间的疲劳战会让学生厌倦，过早对学习时区兴趣。因此，使当地在课堂补充一些相关知识，可以让学生学得更有动力。教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也在发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决学生教育和管理工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作。在后面的教学工作中我和学生一起不断努力，不断进步!

五、改进的措施及其方法

1、 极力激励学生对英语学习兴趣。 2、重视课堂教学质量，进一步提高学生英语的素质。 3、强化学生听力、表述、朗读和作业的基本能力。4、重视思维过程训练，由浅入深，由易到难，由已知到未知，循序渐进，点面结合，逐步扩展，循环再现，用以加深影响。 5、面对具体实际，因材施教，应时而教，搞好分层教学，注意分类教学的实际意义。

6、对学生的训练及时，使他们能起到立杆见效的作用。
