初中英语教师个人校本研修计划(二)

所谓“校本研修”,是指以学校教育、教师工作中存在的实际问题为切入口、着眼点,以预定目标和学校、教师的发展规划为基本方向,以满足学校内教师的专业发展需求为根本目的,以学校自身力量、资源优势为主要依托,在学校、教师自我反思的基础上,在教师发展共同体(教的相互作用(影响)下,进而在教育专家的指导与专业引领下,由学校自行设计与策划安排实施的一系列、分阶段、有层次的教师教育(包含教师培养、教师培训、教师进修、及教师继续教育)与教育研究(包含教学研究及常规教研、教育科研)有机融合的促进学的过程与活动。核心是学校“教研、科研、培训一体化”。

一、指导思想

以新课程理念为指导,以“阅读课的有效教育”为学科主题,聚焦课堂,重点探讨课堂教学中学生英语阅读能力培养的策略,重点围绕“课例研修”“城乡联动、区域协作”“研修一体化”开展活动。通过一系例的研修活动,提升教师的专业发展水平,力求英语阅读教学既扎实有效,又开拓创新,积极发展学生综合语言运用能力,全面推进素质教育,大面积提高教学质量。

二、校本研修的基本思路

依托现有的教学资源及师资力量进行符合我校的英语教学研究。英语校本教研是为提升英语教师的素养、提高课堂教学效益、发展学生英语意识服务的,其在各校开展的形式多样,“集体备课”是大家共同关注并不断探讨而又褒贬不一的形式之一。“集体备课”的优点是:同伴互助,发挥教师的群体优势,集集体之智慧,提高教师钻研、理解和把握教材的能力;不足之处是:英语“集体备课”在部分学校名存实虚,教师为了 “省事”,往往是按资料抄写的教案。如果真是这样,那将是英语教育教学中的一大悲哀:部分教师可能对别人所给的教案不甚理解甚至连看都未看就走进教室,这对学生将是何等的不负责任!英语“集体备课”是一把“双刃剑”,如何发挥它的优势,我在这一校本教研形式上作了深入的探讨。

三、校本研修目标

首先要制定以教学设计为主题的校本研修活动。一套教材的实施需要较长一段时间摸索的过程,我们才能吃透整套教材的编排体系,了解这一学段的知识框架,弄清各阶段学生能力培养的侧重面。所以这一学年教研组活动及集体备课活动的主题就是深挖教材。在教研活动时,各备课组聚在一起,仔细研究教材,制订教学目标,查找资料,探索教学方法,落实重难点,然后在此基础上精心设计电子版的教案,课件,练习,试卷等,通过课堂教学、作业及课外辅导,培养学生具有较为熟练的语言技能,丰富的语言知识,愉快的学习过程的体验,良好的英语交际能力,科学探究的学习方法和团队合作的意识,持久的学习积极性,良好的学习习惯和学好英语的自信心。同时为了让下一届的老师少走弯路,较快地提高教学能力,各备课组都把积累的资料及反思应毫无保留地传到下一个年级,供下一年级的备课组参考学习,经验共享,而下一年级的老师则可以在原有的基础上不断地修改,让教学资料日趋完善,质量不断提高。

其次开展以“课堂教学改进计划的实施”为主题的校本研修活动。并制订本校英语课评价标准作为衡量一节好课的标准。要求教师制定课堂教学改进计划目标和具体的实施措施来提升教师的教学能力,其中包含:师德素养,文化知识素养,教学能力和教科研能力素养等。教师先集体学习英语教师基本素养等理论之后,参照其中的各条要求,认真分析本身课堂教学中的优点与不足,制订切实可行的改进目标与措施,并落实到每天的课堂教学中。同时,教师要把本身的课堂教学改进的实施情况案例的形式记载下来,并及时进行反思,提出进一步的改进措施。。

第三、开展以观评课为主题的校本教研活动。本学年我们计划以个人观评课、备课组集体观评课,教研组集体观评课等多种形式进行。1、完整地观一节课,分析这节课中所蕴涵的理念,总结课例所提供的行动策略。2、把两节同课题的课例进行分模块分析,比较他们的教学设计,教学方法,教学风格及其达成的教学效果,评价他们的优缺点及对本身所产生的借鉴意义。3、把网络上与本身公开课同名的课例进行对照分析,剖析各自的教学目标、教材的处理、教学方法、练习的设计,进行讨论,获取新的认识与感悟。

第四、以“骨干教师带动全体教研组教师”为主题的校本研修活动,我组有一位区骨干教师和两位高级教师,让他们发挥各自的优势和专业引领作用,带教3位青年教师,让他们尽快地成长起来。采取相互听课,评课,解答她们教学中所遇到的问题,指导她们撰写论文,参加各种比赛。为青年教师搭建平台,让她们在各种活动中锻炼本身;让她们在不断的实践和反思中快速提高。同时,还可以邀请市区教研员到学校里来,进行指导,听课,研讨。

第五、开展人人小课题活动,每位老师针对本身在日常教育、教学过程中遇到的难题,通过校本教研和集体备课的体验选择确立一个研究小课题,独立或合作研究、攻克。要求选题小,富有现实性、实效性,研究周期为一学期或一学年。然后整理,撰写,择优在校杂志《教坛幽兰》上发表。

第六、除基础型课程外,加强创造性、探究型课程的开发,各年级可以组织如“小翻译家”、“英语歌曲欣赏与学唱”、“视听英语乐园”、“英语电影赏析”等课外活动小组,并鼓励学生积极参加全国中学生英语能力大赛等比赛,让学生通过英语学习和语言实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,培养和提高语言综合运用能力,拓展视野,汲取知识,发展个性,并提高人文素养和科学素养,为终身学习和终身发展打下良好的基础。

2、采取“分组协作、逐层推进、校本科研”的工作策略,构建以校为本的英语教研活动模式;

3、为期一年,采取以“研修一体”为主,“集中研修”为辅的方式,抓好教师培训,促进教师的专业发展;以教师为研究的主体,以问题解决为出发点,以常态教学的研究为重点,切实提高英语新课程的教育质量。

四、学习形式

以参加学校校本研修活动为主,个人自主研修为辅。在学校安排下,统一内容,统一进度,有组织有计划地进行学习。根据学习内容,结合实际教学情况,反思本身的教育教学行为并进行实践。在自学的同时,要做好重点突出的学习笔记。

校本研修是作为教师工作实践的主要场所——学校,成为一个有利于教师专业发展的学习型组织,尊重教师个体的发展愿望,创设一切便利条件,充分发挥教师个体创造力和教师群体合作力,形成一种弥漫于整个组织的学习氛围,并凭借着群体间持续不断的互动学习与实践,使个体价值与群体绩效得以最大限度的显现 。校本研修作为一种新的促进教师专业成长的有效途径,为使自己不断提高教育理论增强知识更新能力和教育教学能力,从各方面不断完善自己,提高自身综合素质,不断适应新时期教研的需要,跟上时代的步伐,不断更新自己的教育观念和创新意识,使自己尽快成长起来, 特制定个人研修计划;

一、基本情况:

本人本科学历,二级教师。 现担任初中英语教学工作。任教七年,但从事英语教学工作仅两年,期间热爱本职工作,关爱学生,刻苦钻研,严谨治学,积极参加各种培训和学校组织的各项活动,并在不断地提高自身专业水平和能力的同时,面对教育改革和创新需要新突破的新形势,不断探索,整体优化,创造性的进行工作,取得了较好的效果,得到学生的认可。

但是学生水平高低差距大,在授课中难以兼顾, 教材的词汇量大、内容多、语法较零碎,操作难度大 。 着眼于教育教学实践中出现的问题,通过校本研修,不断改进教学行为,提高自身的专业素质和教学质量,转变教学观念、深化教学改革、优化教学方式,提高自身的专业发展水平。坚持理论与实践相结合,并及时发现、解决教学中的存在问题,以教研促教改。同时利用共同研究这个平台,互相学习,为提高教学质量而努力。

在其他方面我能遵纪守法,严于律己,善于和他人合作,能正确的处理与同事、学生和家长的关系。

二、工作问题剖析:

l、英语教学经验不足,专业知识不够系统。

2、新课程方面的专业理论书籍,理论底子薄弱。

3、课堂教学虽能做到进行反思,但还不够深刻,更缺乏持之以恒的精神。

4、多媒体在教学中的使用还不够熟练。

三、三年研修规划

师德方面:

作为一名教师,本人坚决贯彻执行党的教育方针和政策,做到既教书又育人。严格遵守教育法规、师德规范对教师的要求,遵守学校规章制度,规范自己的道德言行,不断提高自身的师德素质。

专业方面:

1、利用共同研究这个平台,积极研修。使自己由学习型向研究型转变,不断进行教学研究,努力探索和研究适合学生特点、能促进学生全面发展的教学方法,推动教学质量稳步提升。

2、以人为本,以关注学生的全面发展为目标。

3、以新的教育理念为指导,以课程改革重点,以促进师生共同发展为目的,以改革课堂教学为突破口。把立足点放在解决教学改革和实验中所遇到的实际问题上;着眼点放在理论与实践的结合上;切入点放在教师教学方式和学生学习方式的转变上 。

4、加强教育教学研究,寻找适合自己学生的分层教学方式和方法,努力提高课堂教学效率。

5、树立终身学习的理念,不断学习,不断提高自己的文化底蕴、理论水平和实践能力。

6、结合教学实践,把个人校本研修工作做好,从而为整个学校的校本研修而努力。

四、研修内容:

1、学习新课程理念、新课标、及新的教育思想、教育方法和策略,课堂教学技巧等,努力提高自己的执教能力。

2、研读英语新课程标准。以“分层教学”为具体研修内容,积极与同事交流研讨,力争在提高自己教学能力的同时也大面积提高学生的成绩。

3、课前精心备课,认真研究教材、研究学生、研究教材教法,认真写好教学设计。 认真上好课,课后及时进行小结、认真写好教后感和教学反思,利用各种场合和形式积极与同行和学生交流沟通,及时获得反馈从而及时反省和总结。

4、三年至少精读五本教育教学专著,结合自身教学实际,并撰写一定的读书笔记或读书心得。

5、积极参加学校组织的教研活动和听评课活动。积极争取参加各级各类组织教研、观摩等活动,虚心向他人学习,多和他人沟通和交流,不断充实自己,每学期听课学习不少于20节,积极参加各级各类组织的教研课、观摩课活动,争取取得好名次。

6、积极撰写教育教学论文和经验总结,把自己的专题研究从实践层面提升至理论层面,不断提高论文质量,每学期争取写一篇论文。

7、经常反思自己的教学行为和管理行为,不断地总结经验, 找准不足之处,写好教学反思和案例,促进自己的不断进步。

五、活动与实施:

1、以学校、教研组开展的校本教研活动为主,适时进行自主研修。在学校有计划地安排下认真听课、评课。

2、认真参加 “小组学习研讨”活动,将在培训学习中所得的,在具体的教学实践中尝试,使自己的教学水平逐步提高,寻找出一条适合本地,适合自己的发展之路,争取逐步形成自己的教学特色.设计出富有个性的教案。

3、利用网络进行学习与交流。

4、广泛地阅读各类有益的书籍,利用网络学习现代信息科技,不断构建、丰富自己的知识结构和理路水平。

5、教研并进:课前认真钻研教材和课标,备课注重教法,更注重学法指导。努力提高课堂教学效率。课堂上尊重个体发展,并鼓励创新。课后认真反思,不断提高,用心辅导,让每位学生都能有最大程度的发展。

(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视,学得很好,基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习,但有的学生或学校不重视,学得很不好,特别是在农村学校,还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此,整个班级的英语水平很不平衡,给日常教学带来诸多的不便,提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中,处于一个衔接的阶段,学习任务加重,学习的习惯可能不是很好,没有形成一定的适合自己的方法,或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习,所以学习方法都还有待改善。

本套初一教材共分十五个单元,每单元分Section A和Section B以及Self check三部分。

SectionA : 1a呈现本单元的重点单词,语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a,2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不同的任务。Grammar Focus呈现语法功能重点;3a-4b提供多种课堂活动。

Section B:1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用,同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a,2b为听力练习;3a-3c提供各类练习形式,随着所学内容的加深,逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识提供各类课堂活动。

三.教学模式:

采用学生主体,教师主导,任务中心,活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施:初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是最为关键时期。基础打不好,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学,以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施:

(一)注重发音教学,加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体,激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新,重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固,每日进行单词竞赛,值日报告,学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通,帮助他们克服自卑,增强信心,利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教,做到“一视同仁”关心差生,对其循循善诱,耐心教育。

(六)团结协作,共同进步。教师之间互相学习,勤学好问,做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律:像学生在课堂上讲话,睡觉等,我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒,在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试:整个学期一共要做4到5个测试,是以几个单元为单元,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。

(十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。
