学习计划书的行文风格和文章结构要求：

学习计划书与个人陈书有很大不同，不需要太多个性化和感性的描述，而应该是结构清晰简单，逻辑严密，阐述的事实明确， 相关论据有力可信，学成回国的理由要非常充分，并且绝对不能和申请人的其他材料发生矛盾。

学习计划就是规定在什么时候采取什么方法步骤达到什么学习目标。短时间内达到一个小目标。长时间达到一个大目标。在长短计划指导下，使学习一步步地由小目标走向大目标。

(二)恰当安排各项学习任务，使学习有秩序地进行，有了计划可以把自己的学习管理好。到一定时候对照计划检查总结一下自己的学习，看看有什么优点和缺点，优点发扬，缺点克服，使学习不断进步。

怎样制定学习计划呢? 一份好的学习计划大致包括三方面的内容。

一、进行自我分析 我们每天都在学习，可能有的同学没有想过我是怎样学习的这个问题，因此制订计划前首先进行自我分析。

1、分析自己的学习特点，同学们可以仔细回顾一下自己的学习情况，找出学习特点。各人的学习特点不一样：有的记忆力强，学过知识不易忘记;有的理解力好，老师说一遍就能听懂;有的动作快但经常错;有的动作慢却很仔细。如在数学学习中有的理解力强、应用题学习好;有的善于进行口算，算得比较快，有的记忆力好，公式定义记得比较牢;有的想象力丰富，善于在图形变换中找出规律。所以几何学习比较好……你可以全面分析。

2、分析自己的学习现状，一是和全班同学比，确定看自己数学成绩在班级中的位置，还常用"好、较好、中、较差、差"来评价。二是和自己数学成绩的过去情况比，看它的发展趋势，通常用"进步大、有进步、照常、有退步、退步大"来评价。

二、确定学习目标 学习目标是学生学习的努力方向，正确的学习目标能催人奋进，从而产生为实现这一目标去奋斗的力量。没有学习目标，就象漫步在街头不知走向何处的流浪汉一样，是对学习时光的极大浪费。

确定学习目标首先应体现学生德智体全面发展的教育方针，其次要按照学校的教育要求，此外还要根据自己的学习特点和现状。当然还可考虑一些社会因素家庭情况。

学习目标要具有适当、明确、具体的特点。

适当 就是指目标不能定得过高或过低，过高了，最终无法实现，容易丧失信心，使计划成为一纸空文;过低了，无需努力就能达到，不利于进步。要根据自己的实际情况提出经过努力能够达到的目标.

明确 就是指学习目标要便于对照和检查。如："今后要努力学习，争取更大进步"这一目标就不明确，怎样努力呢?哪些方面要有进步?如果必为："数学课语文课都要认真预习。数学成绩要在班级达到中上水平。"这样就明确了，以后是否达到就可以检查了。

具体 就是目标要便于实现，如怎样才能达到"数学中上水平"这一目标呢?可以具体化为：每天做10道计算题，5道应用题，每个数学公式都要准确无疑地背出来，等等。

三、科学安排时间

确定了学习目标之后，就要通过科学地安排。使用时间来达到这些目标。要符合"全面、合理、高效"的要求。

全面 在安排时间时，既要考虑学习，也要考虑休息和娱乐，既要考虑课内学习，还要考虑课外学习，还要考虑不同学科的时间搭配。

合理 要找出每天学习的最佳时间，如有的同学早晨头脑清醒，最适合于记忆和思考;有的则晚上学习效果更好，要在最佳时间里完成较重要的学习任务，此外注意文理交叉安排，如复习一会语文，就做几道算术题，然后再复习自然常识外语待。

高效 要根据事情的轻重缓急来安排时间，一般来说，把重要的或困难的学习任务放在前面来完成，因为这时候精力充沛，思维活跃，而把比较容易的放稍后去做。此外，较小的任务可以放在零星时间去完成，以充分做到见缝插针。

一天中供自己安排的时间基本上分为四段：早上起床到上学，上午放学到下午放学，下午放学到吃晚饭前，吃晚饭后到睡觉。同学们主要应在这四段时间里统筹安排自己的学习生活内容。 在进行时间安排时，还要注意以下两点：

1、 要突出重点 也就是说，要根据地自我分析中提出 的学习标点或比较薄弱的学科在时间上给予重点保证。

2、 要有机动时间，计划不要排太满太紧，贪心的计划是难以做到的。

定了计划，一定要实行，不按计划办事，计划是没有用的。为了使计划不落空，要对计划的实行情况定期检查。可以制定一个计划检查表，把什么时间完成什么任务达到什么进度，列成表格，完成一项，就打上"√"。根据检查结果及时调整修改计划，使计划越定越好，使自己制定计划的能力越来越强。

I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

3、如实介绍乙方前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策和申请留学院校的基本情况，入学要求等留学相关信息，同时应揭示这些信息的阶段性和有限性，并承诺不作虚假陈述。

4、对乙方提供的所有材料，包括个人隐私，均负有保密义务。除为了乙方入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

5、拟定乙方委托的留学申请在___ ___年_____月_____日前取得申请留学院校的申请结果。如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书内容与乙方申请的院系或专业或专业方向有异)，本合同即告终止，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的中介服务费。甲方发生的成本费用，由甲方承担。同时，提请乙方重新确认是否继续申请，如继续申请，须重新签订《上海市自费出国留学中介服务合同》。

9、在符合申请留学院校退费规定的前提下，甲方应协助乙方向申请留学院校办理退费手续。

三、乙方责任

1、 确认本合同委托事项，并按本合同约定按时向甲方缴付中介服务费。

2、 配合甲方工作，切实遵从甲方的工作进程安排。

乙方应在本合同签订后________天内把入学申请所需材料交给甲方，并遵守本合同《特别告知》中第六条第3项规定。如乙方不能如期提供入学申请所需材料，因此而造成的损失由乙方承担。

3、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，乙方应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

4、在留学申请办理过程中，乙方应在甲方的指导下，自行将申请留学院校报名费、学费、杂费等费用按时足额汇往院校指定的银行帐号。

5、在留学申请办理的过程中，如乙方前往国家或地区使(领)馆要求乙方进行面试，乙方应按使(领)馆要求，按时到使(领)馆面试。

6、乙方如未能获得留学前往国家或地区签证或入境批准文件，或者已获签证或入境批准文件而放弃前往该国已申请留学院校学习，均由乙方自行负责向该院校提出退费申请，要求该院校按规定退还学费、杂费等费用。

四、缴费规定

1、 乙方向甲方缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币(大写) _________________元 (其中人民向(大写)____________________元是入学申请中介服务费，

人民币(大写)________________________元是签证申请中介服务费)。

2、 乙方应按以下付款方式中第_______种方式向甲方缴付上述款项：

4、乙方必须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用(如院校报名费、护照工本费、公证费、翻译费、体检费、签证费、银行手续费及汇费、机票款、保险费、院校学费、杂费、接机费、住宿费等)。上述费用由乙方自行向有关机构缴付，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对乙方的要求为准。

五、退费规定

1. 如发生以下情形之一，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的中介服务费，本合同终止：

(1)甲方未能为乙方申请获得前往国家或地区留学申请院校的录取通知书;

(2)乙方已履行本合同中约定的责任，由于甲方未履行本合同中约定的责任，致使乙方的出国留学目的无法实现。

2、如发生以下情形之一，则乙方已缴付的中介服务费扣除人民币(大写)__________元，余额退还，本合同终止：

(1)乙方被前往国家使(领)馆拒签(本合同第五条第4项第(3)__(5)点所述的三种情况除外);

(2)在本合同有效期内，因我国或前往国家或地区留学政策或签证政策的改变，导致本合同无法履行。

3、如乙方因自身原因，在本合同签署后，单方面要求解除本合同，则根据本合同实际履行的阶段，乙方已缴付的中介服务费按以下办法处理：

(1)在乙方尚未得到申请留学院校的申请结果前，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则入学申请中介服务费不予退还，签证申请中介服务费全额退还，本合同终止;

(2)申请留学院校已向乙方签发了录取通知书(包括校方根据申请人的自身条件，签发有条件的录取通知书)，乙方尚未向甲方提供办理签证申请所需材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则入学申请中介服务费不予退还，签证申请中介服务费扣除6%，余额退还，本合同终止;

(3)乙方已向甲方提供签证申请所需材料，甲方尚未向使(领)馆递交乙方的签证申请材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则入学申请中介服务费不予退还，签证申请中介服务费扣除8%，余额退还，本合同终止;

(4)已向使(领)馆递交了乙方的签证申请材料，在签证审理过程中，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则全部中介服务费不予退还，本合同终止。

4、 如发生以下情形之一，则乙方已缴付的中介服务费一律不予退还，本合同终止：

(1)乙方无正当理由拒付本合同约定的任何一笔款项;

(2)乙方由于自身的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行;

(3)乙方未按前往国家或地区使(领)签证要求办妥签证申请所需文件及手续，并书面(正本)要求坚持送签而被拒签;

(4)乙方因提供虚假材料或隐瞒相关实情而被拒签;

(5)乙方被前往国家或地区使(领)馆查实有非法移民、犯罪前科等不良记录而被拒签;

(6)乙方前往国家或地区使(领)馆已发出乙方申请的签证(预签)或入境批准文件后，乙方拒绝领取签证或入境批准文件或拒绝入学或提出要求转学、不向留学院校缴付学费、杂费等费用的;

(7)本合同第七条第2项的情况。

5、甲方应按上述退费规定，在乙方办妥退费手续后将应退款退还乙方，乙方将相关收费凭证退还甲方，本合同终止。

6、乙方申请留学院校的报名费和学费、杂费以及在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用(除甲方收取的中介服务费)的退费事宜，由申请留学院校和相关收费机构负责处理。

六、违约责任

1、甲、乙双方应严格履行本合同中全部条款，任何一方违约应承担相应的违约责任。

2、在任何情况下，甲方为达成本合同之目的而为乙方制作虚假文件材料的，应承担违约责任，除全额退还已收取的中介服务费以外，还应按中介服务费的______%作为违约金偿还乙方。

3、本合同终止后，合同违约方仍应向守约方承担赔偿责任和违约责任。

七、终止条款

1、乙方前往国家或地区使(领)馆发出乙方申请的签证或入境批文件后，即视为甲方已完成为乙方提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，本合同即告终止。

2、在本合同的履行过程中，经甲方挂号信或特快专递催告后，在九十天之内，乙方仍无继续履行本合同或终止本合同的书面意思表示，本合同即告终止。

3、出现本合同其他条款规定的合同终止条件，本合同即告终止。

八、适用的法律及争议解决方法

1、 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

2、甲、乙双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应由双方协商解决。如协商不成，双方同意按以下第 ____________ 种方式解决：

第一种：向____________人民法院提起诉讼。

第二种：提交___________仲裁委员会仲裁。

九、本合同的补充、变更、修改

"All I know about leadership I learned from . . ." What items could a person use to describe leadership qualities?

Student council was a big part of my life in high school. I have participated in it since my frst year of high school. When I frst joined， I was quiet， na?ve， and unwilling to participate in many activities. I was scared to meet new people and afraid to apply myself. This all began to change. Half way through my frst year in student council， one of the advisors can up to me and asked why I did not participate that much. I did not have an answer for her and did not know how to respond. After this， I began to think of an answer. I became frustrated and decided to change. I started to show up at events and had a great time. I realized I loved this and wanted to start leading these activities. In my sophomore， junior， and now my senior year of high school， I asserted myself and took on a strong leadership role in student council. I did not fgure out the answer to why I was so reserved until this year with the help of this question.

When I looked up leadership in the dictionary， it said that it was the capacity to lead and the act or instance of leading. These are two very broad defnitions of leadership. Many people have different notions of what this word actually means. When I was challenged to use different items to describe what leadership actually is， I thought this was going to be a hard and obnoxious task. What could I learn from comparing leadership to a stuffed animal or a rubber chicken? But when I sat down to come up with a couple of answers， I realized that leadership could be compared to almost anything a person wants.

All I know about leadership I learned from a calculator. A calculator can add everything together to come up with the best answer. It can delet e what is unnecessary and only include what is important. It can solve any type of problem. These are all important equalities a leader has to have. A leader has to be able to add all of the ideas together to make the best possible plan. Leaders have to know how to decipher the good and the bad out of an idea. They have to be versatile and know how to deal with different types of issues.

All I know about leadership I learned from a ball. A ball is able to bounce back up after it is dropped. It is round and has no creases. A ball can be thrown back and forth to different people. All of these qualities are also leadership qualities. A leader has to be ready for every situation that is thrown at him or her. He or she has to be able to bounce back from any setbacks and never dwell on the past. Leaders have to exhibit many qualities and never be closed-minded about a situation. A leader must be able to delegate when he or she cannot get the work done. They have to trust everyone they lead to be able to "catch the ball" and keep a project rolling.

This activity made me realize that being a leader is so much more than just having authority and having the ability to take control of a situation. A leader has to be trusting of all the people he or she leads and， leaders must be able to combine ideas into one encompassing idea. They cannot sit in the background and watch events happen; they have to jump in and be involved. They should not delegate all their responsibilities away.

Leadership is more than what the dictionary says it is.

I learned through all of this that I have many of these qualities.

I have the ability to solve problems， lead through adversity， and be versatile. From answering this question， I realized that I could lead effectively， even if my leadership style is different from other individuals. When I joined student council in my frst year of high school， I did not have these qualities because I was never put into a situation where I had to lead. I was too reserved to try. When I tried， I learned that I could succeed in this. I did not realize until I answered this question about leadership. I was never able to see that being a leader is not just about taking control of a group and telling everyone what to do When I was a freshman， I thought leadership was this. I did not know that did not have to be forceful and strict. I stereotyped a leader then. Thisis where I went wrong. A leader is about being yourself and never letting anyone change you. 2. 网上提交申请材料

确定学校后就可以在提交申请材料，学校的通常都会有完善的申请流程，按照提示和要求来就好。学校收到递交材料后如果有不完善的地方仍然会通过邮件形式与家长沟通，所以记得时常看看邮箱以及垃圾邮件箱。

3. 等待面试通知

从申请到收到面试通知这个过程会比较漫长，至少一个月，两个月也完全有可能。

因为，泰国人办事速度较慢，申请的学生越来越多，而招生办通常就是两三个负责人，她们每天有接待不完的访问者以及上百封邮件要回复。

所以如果怠慢你是非常正常的，建议勤发邮件沟通以防被疏漏。准备的这期间可以好好帮助孩子准备面试。低龄儿童面试对英文的要求不高，能简单的交流。

但是一年级以后的需要有一定的基础，面试包括听说读甚至写，比想象中要难。所以一定要有英文基础。(但各个学校都存在不同程度的差异，所以看你选择的是哪个学校)

4. 面试结果

参加学校面试后，不会立马有结果，通常等上一个月两个月都很正常。所以建议你至少提前半年开始办理申请。泰国开学时间一般都在八月份，一个学年分四个学期，平均两个月为一学期。

5. 交建校费和学费并保留收费单

如果面试成功学校会学校会通知你按时缴费(建校费和学费，学费可以按一学年交也可以按一学期交)学校收到款项会给你邮寄收费单据和签证所需的推荐材料(单据和签证材料都得保存好，这个后续去大使馆办签证要用到)。

如乙方坚持要更换学校或专业，由此引起的费用及损失由乙方或其国内监护人负担;

4、乙方应与甲方保持畅通的通讯联络，乙方收到任何与甲方申请有关的文件应及时通知甲方。

否则，如因上述原因造成的损失及延误由乙方或其国内监护人负责;

5、乙方自行承担相关公证，翻译，办理护照及使馆签证等费用。

第四条 退费原则

1、如未能取得所申请院校之入学通知，甲方负责退还乙方所交全部费用;

2、如签证失败，公司在确认签证失败后，乙方提出终止协议起二周内，甲方凭收据退还乙方所交除学校申请费以外的全部服务费及全部学费押金;

3、如因乙方中途退出或没有上推荐学校，乙方已交纳给甲方的服务费用概不退还，乙方交纳的其他费用按照学校规定处理;

4、如涉及退费事宜，甲方仅对其直接收入之款项进行处理。

第五条 违约责任

1、在申请中，乙方如提供虚假材料，视为违约，由此而未能达到留学目的，且造成损失及责任者，全部由乙方或其国内监护人承担。

2、除签证失败以外的任何原因，乙方不得中途退出，终止协议。

否则所造成的损失由乙方或其国内监护人承担;

3、如乙方违反学校的规定和所在国的法规造成损失及责任者，由乙方或其国内监护人承担;

4、如甲方针对留学事宜对乙方有任何欺骗行为，乙方有权要求甲方退还其所交全部费用，并终止本协议;

5、如乙方违反本协议之条款，甲方有权停止继续履行本协议，并扣留乙方所交之款项。

第六条 特别说明

1、乙方向甲方所交款项，应直接交往甲方公司财务人员并由财务人员当面开具收据或汇至甲方帐户，凡没有甲方收据的，甲方概不负责;

2、学校对乙方的承诺(包括各项费用)，应以校方录取通知书为准，甲方不对甲方工作人员出示的宣传材料，广告文字等负法律责任;

3、乙方直接交往学校的款项及相应处理事宜由乙方自行负责。

第七条 生效条件本协议自甲方的法定代表人或其授权代理人和乙方在本协议上签字并加盖公章之日起生效。

乙方获得签证时终止。

一、服务项目及费用

1、委托人申请赴________________(国家)__________________(院校外文名称，以外文为准)__________________(院校中文名称)留学，就读_________专业，留学类别属_________(学历或非学历教育)。

二、受托人义务

1、受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2、受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

3、受托人应当向委托人介绍留学层次(属于就读所在国的高中、预科、专科、学士学位、硕士学位等)及就读专业的详细情况。

4、受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

三、申请入学

1、受托人协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。

2、受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

3、受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

4、受托人对委托人委托的留学申请，应当在年月前取得委托人申请留学院校的录取通知书。

如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书与委托人原申请的学校、院系及专业等不一致)，受托人应当在年月前，向委托人退回中介服务费人民币(大写)__________________元。

5、受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

四、办理签证

1、受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

2、受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在_________个工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。

如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的`，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

五、其他

1、如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同中介服务费中标明。

2、受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。

3、受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。

4、如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

5、受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。

除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

风险提示： 合同中应明确双方当事人的权利、义务，以利于受委托人在权利范围内完全履行义务，顺利完成委托事项，如果在合同履行期间内发生争议，双方当事人也有清楚的尺度衡量自己行为得失，便于争议的解决。

六、委托人义务

1、委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

3、委托人应当自本合同签订之日起日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

4、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

5、在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

七、违约责任

1、受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

2、受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写)__________元，并在年月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3、受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的_________%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

4、受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同规定承担违约责任。

如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在年月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写)__________________元。

5、委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

6、由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

7、委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

(1)委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元。

(2)受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(3)委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(4)受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(5)受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

八、不可抗力条款

1、因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。

当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

2、当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起____日内提供证明。

3、对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。

因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

九、适用的法律及争议解决方法

1、本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

2、双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。

Performance Art explores the whole range of human emotion and can produce tremendous performances and visual experiences and with Drama, in particular, we can go further than flesh and blood and express ourselves as somebody else and take on this ‘mask’. The most profound thing I have found when studying Drama is that we can become any person in the entire world, and still be us

I have always had a love for the performing arts since I can remember; for there has never really been anything else I have ever wanted to do apart from act. But acting is not just a subject to study people, narratives or social issues – we can discover so many things about ourselves, why we perform a character this way: is it because this person is so much like us? There have been numerous qualities I have discovered about myself while participating in drama. In teaching, I have learn how to really connect with people and help them to explorer what their feelings produce and more notably, how we learn about others, about a single person just by the way they say a monologue

Teaching has been a great experience for me because it has given me the time to evaluate my own performance and teaching skill, learning to become that character just a little but more. This has also been enhanced by the performances I have taken part in, learning to work together in teams to realise the dream of the narration and the vision of the director (for nothing really exists without the vision or image)

While experiencing other aspects of the Performing Arts, I have found that is has increased my performance skill on whole and expended my knowledge on the performance world greatly, Dance, Art and English all focusing on similar issues such as the Commedia dell’arte, Henrik Ibsen, Physical Theatre and Movements and philosophies. These subjects have greatly complemented my time in Drama, and increased my confidence and ability in being a performer. Being involved in 5 consecutive school productions, 2 amateur productions, teaching experience and a student has really influence me concerning the determination I will put into a career in Drama and Acting, and just working with these people and directors have really bettered me in the way I act, see myself and carry on with my life. The Performing Arts is such a brilliant profession to work in, because there is so much opportunity to explore the world

I know that I can offer the performing arts the time, the expense and the spark that it deserves. There is nothing else in world that I would devote more time to than being on the stage or acting in the street, and with the passion and determination to succeed behind me, I will give that spark and flavour that acting and the performing arts is all about. I know I can offer so much, because it is the only profession where, maybe just for one night, I can become someone else and do a damn good job of being that person – and I can easily say that I can offer the world, because performance and acting is my whole world.
