Before starting the program, I, together with myteam, made a detailed plan covering the schedule, materials, and equipment. Thefirst step of our work is the design of the reducer. The design plan is asfollows: (1) Set down the blue print. (2) Complete 3-D solid model with Pro/Esoftware. (3) Finite-element analysis with ANSYS software. (4) Assemblingsimulation by using Pro/E. (5) Complete the 2-D draft of part and assembly.After two-week design work, we stepped to the next work, manufacture of theproduct. With the aid of the technique of computer, we plan the manufacturingprocess of every part. And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

China’s unique advantage of labor force predicts the resplendent future ofits Mechanical Engineering, especially the manufacture, and it is our beliefthat this day will come soon. On the other hand, there are so many experiencedtechnicians in China, however, with the absence of advanced experts manyadvanced producing method cannot be used in practical yield. 第十条 乙方无论因何种理由中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容，均应至少提前三个月通过中国驻留学所在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请，未经甲方批准，不得改变。

第十一条 乙方留学期满回国后，应在一个月内向甲方报到，按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方根据本协议书第三条的规定，向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告(或科研论文、科研成果报告)。

第十二条 乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作 年。缩短工作年限，由甲方决定。

第十三条 甲方在认为必要时，有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

乙方违反本协议书时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失;必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

第九条 乙方抵达留学所在国后，一个月内中国驻该国使、领馆报到。乙方在国外期间，保证遵守中国法律和中国对出国留学人员的规定，遵守所在国的法律。

第十条 乙方无论因何种理由中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容，均应至少提前三个月通过中国驻留学所在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请，未经甲方批准，不得改变。

第十一条 乙方留学期满回国后，应在一个月内向甲方报到，按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方根据本协议书第三条的规定，向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告(或科研论文、科研成果报告)。

第十二条 乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作年。缩短工作年限，由甲方决定。

第十三条 甲方在认为必要时，有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

乙方违反本协议书时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失;必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

第十五条 经甲方同意，由(姓名、性别、出生年月、工作单位、职务)

为乙方出国留学的国内保证人、保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系，每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约，保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下，保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时，经双方同意，可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条 本协议书自公证之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

二、受托人义务

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第十条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

四、违约责任

第十二条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十三条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人不应向委托人收取中介服务费，并协助追回委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十四条 受托人未能为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人。

第十五条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十六条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十七条 受托人因自身原因，可以随时要求解除合同,委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人可以自行销毁。

五、不可抗力条款

第十八条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第十九条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

八、 生效及终止条款

第二十一条 本合同由委托人及受托人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》、《消费者权益保护法》及相关法律法规，甲乙双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就乙方接受甲方的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下合同：

第一条 服务项目

1、甲方同意委托乙方以甲方的名义申请赴 (国家)留学，留学类别属(学历或非学历教育)。并同意乙方以甲方的名义与所赴国驻华使(领)馆联系，代为甲方办理申请签证手续。

2、申请类型、学校名单(标准)、申请数量和所选择的相关专业等以《院校专业确认表》(见附件)为准。

第二条 甲方的责任与义务

1、甲方应符合公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、甲方须按照乙方的要求向乙方提供申请学校及申办签证所需的甲方全部资料，但以为实现合同目的所必须的资料为限。在申办过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求等有关方面的政策、规定发生变动，需要甲方补充材料时，甲方须在乙方根据相关国家、学校或使(领)馆规定而向甲方提出补充文件材料的合理期限内提供所需的材料。

甲方应保证及时、真实、全面地向乙方提供上述所有材料，如因甲方无法联系或提供材料不及时、不真实、不全面或提供不合法、无效的材料而导致申办不成，乙方不承担由此产生的后果。

如果因以上情形导致乙方遭受处罚或损失的甲方应当予以赔偿，但以直接损失为限。

3、甲方须提供有效联系方式，如更改联系方式应提前 日以(书面/)的形式通知乙方，确保双方沟通途径顺畅。乙方按甲方提供的联系方式进行文件或通知的送达。

4、按照政府有关法律规定，甲方在收到乙方为其代为办理的校方录取通知书后，须自行在当地公安机关办理申领个人因私护照。按照使(领)馆规定，签证时

甲方应自行到使(领)馆面签。如所赴国使(领)馆规定不需要面签时，甲方可委托乙方代为与使(领)馆联系办理签证手续，使(领)馆收取的签证费用由甲方负担。

5、甲方须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的第三方费用，该费用由甲方自行向有关机构缴纳，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对甲方的要求为准，也可选择委托乙方代为缴纳，委托缴纳需另行办理相关手续。甲方自行或委托乙方代为向第三方缴纳任何费用的缴费、退费事宜根据第三方规定的条款执行，乙方可以向甲方提供协助。

6、其它。

第三条 乙方的责任与义务

1、乙方受甲方委托代为甲方办理申请入学的相关事宜。乙方应提供自费留学咨询服务，介绍相关院校的综合情况。乙方须向甲方提供校方所需文件清单，按照有关法规协助甲方准备材料，代表甲方与校方联系，为甲方办理相关手续。申请成功以甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书为准(包括有条件录取通知书及无条件录取通知书)。

2、乙方受甲方委托代为办理申请签证的相关事宜。乙方须向甲方提供有关方面所需文件清单，介绍相关规定，协助甲方准备材料，办理相应手续。服务成功以甲方获得其申请的所赴国签证为准。

3、乙方有责任对甲方提供的个人资料予以保密，未经甲方书面同意，不得向国外院校、所赴国驻华使(领)馆、法律授权的机构以及为申请留学所涉及的相关机构之外的其他机构或个人披露这些资料。如乙方未经许可擅自泄露甲方个人资料，所导致的一切直接及间接损失由乙方承担。

4、在申办过程中，乙方应及时向甲方报告办理留学申请的进展、结果。甲方向乙方询问有关申请的进度、结果，乙方应当积极答复。如有关方面的政策发生变动，需要申请人补充材料，乙方须提前 日通知甲方。乙方接收甲方递交的全部资料时应向甲方出具接收清单，注明资料名称、接收时间等，并由授权代表人签字并加盖乙方公章。

5、其它 。

第四条 收费

一、中介服务费用

1、乙方为甲方提供本合同第三条约定的服务所收取的中介服务费共计人民币(大写)____元整(￥ )。

2、付款方式

一次性付款方式：

甲方在签署本合同____日内，需缴纳乙方中介服务费人民币(大写)____ 元整(￥ )，乙方在收到此款项以及完整的入学申请所需资料后日，开始代为甲方申请入学手续。

分期付款方式：

甲方在签署本合同____日内，向乙方交纳第一笔中介服务费人民币(大写) ____元整(￥ )，乙方在收到此款项以及完整的入学申请所需资料后，开始代为甲方办理申请入学手续。

甲方在收到校方录取通知书____日内，向乙方交纳第二笔中介服务费人民币(大写)____元整(￥ )，乙方在收到此款项以及完整的签证申请所需资料后日，开始代为甲方办理申请签证手续。甲方延期支付的，乙方有权中止履行相关义务，在收到甲方第二笔款项后继续履行。

3、支付方式：现金、信用卡/借记卡、汇款

采用现金和POS刷卡付费的形式，在乙方缴纳;采用汇款方式缴纳可将服务费汇至乙方指定的银行账户：。

4、甲方须按所申请学校的要求，直接向校方及时缴纳校方所要求的申请注册费。

5、甲方在办理留学申请过程中如留学意向发生改变，例如变更申请学校、专业、开学日期等，均须在合理时间内以(书面)的形式提前告知乙方。如乙方已实际完成本合同委托申请事项，则甲方应当按照合同约定支付乙方相关费用;甲方改变申请后的费用应另行支付。

6、乙方为甲方申请本合同以及《院校专业确认表约定所数学校，超过本合同以及《院校专业确认表》约定所数学校，每增加一所学校，甲方须另缴纳中介服务费(大写) ____元整(￥ )。该费用应于确认增加申请院校之日起。

我是江苏省南京市--中学20--年高中毕业生，由于未被理想大学录取，我一直在--中学复读。自20--年起，我受同学的影响，产生了出国留学的念头，于是我通过上网了解到去新西兰留学有比较多的优势。

首先，新西兰是一个多元文化的国家，具有世界先进的教学水平;

第二，留学费用比其他国家较低、较合理;

第三，气候也与我国南方差不多。因此，我向父母提出拟到新西兰留学的愿望，得到了父母的支持。

因为我是女孩子，从小就喜欢幼儿教育。且现代中国的家长对小孩的教育要求比较高，我如果能到新西兰学习幼儿教育专业课程，学成回国后一定能在幼儿教育事业上有作为。

所以，我决心到新西兰留学，打算先用半年的时间到语言学院专修英语，过好语言关，再进行幼儿教育专业课程学习。我相信我已经过三年高中课程的学习，又经过一年的复读，在学习能力和知识水平上有了一定的基础。同时我父母都有固定的工作和较丰厚的收入，在留学经费上也会得到父母的全力支持。
