4、一次迟到或早退60分钟以上者。

5、其他无正当理由缺勤者。

一、病假

1、员工因病休假，必须凭医院病假单方可病休，若当天无法交病假单，须在上班当天补交(须附病历证明)。但必须在病假当天电话告知部门主管或经理。员工一般情况下不得用上班时间去看病。若确属需要到医院就医，需先经部门主管或经理同意。就医时间若不超过3小时，不按病假处理。多于3小时部分按病假处理。每月不按病假处理的就医次数只限一次。

2、员工按请假手续休病假的，所扣工资=休假天数*日工资(日工资=全额工资/22)，并不享受当月全勤奖。

3、员工休病假天数超过40(含40天)天的，公司有权与其终止劳动关系。

二、事假

员工因事确需本人处理，必须至少提前一天向部门主管或经理提出申请，并填写《休假申请表》，经批准后方可休假。因急事需当天休事假者，必须在本人应到岗的时间前用电话通知部门主管或经理，经同意后方可休假，事后补办请假手续。

第四节考勤制度

一、思想方面：

在这一年来，我热爱教育事业，始终不忘人民教师职责，爱学校、爱学生。遵守职业道德，顾全大局、服从安排、爱岗敬业、关心学生、廉洁从教。作为一名教师，我从自身严格要求自己，通过政治思想、学识水平、教育教学能力等方面的不断提高来塑造自己的行为。

二、教学方面：

首先做到提前备课，备课时认真钻研教材，学习好大纲，虚心向同事学习、请教，力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。其次认真学习“主动教育”模式，积极参加学校组织的听课、培训、教学交流，上好考核课。平时课堂上运用模式努力，实现自主、合作、探究的学习模式，让学生快乐学习，并运用多种教学方法，调动学生学习的积极性，培养学生的学习兴趣。再次我热爱每一个学生，尤其是对待后进生多给予他们一些温暖，用爱改变他们，理解尊重信任他们。作为低年级老师，我有责任引领他们走进知识的殿堂，学到更多的知识;我有责任引领他们插上智慧的翅膀，翱翔在无尽的天空。

三、努力方向：

1、加强自身基本功的训练，课堂上做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。

2、对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

3、利用各种方法，培养学生良好的行为习惯。

4、在教学上下功夫，努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。

教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是汗水和泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我将用我的心去教诲我的学生，用我的情去感染我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。我愿把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给学生，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。
