二、具有下列情况之一者，给予书面警告处分。罚款50-100元。

1、对超市方或同事粗言秽语，不讲礼貌。

2、不经上级批准，中止工作或迟到，早退两次以上者。

3、在工作时间瞌睡或已睡眠。

4、在工作区域内不遵守要求，不听管理和劝阻。

5、蓄意破坏超市或公司财物。

6、无事生非，挑拨离间，损害员工团结。

7、不服从正常安全检查。

8、利用上班时间收集废旧物，不服从上司，影响工作质量。

9、开具虚假病历和处方单。

三、保洁人员如发现有以下情况，给予直接开除处理:

1、未履行批准手续，擅离岗位。

2、工作不力，影响工作质量。

3、迟到、早退累计超过五次者和旷工二日以内者。

4、经常不能保质保量完成本职工作。

5、损害公司声誉和超市方利益，弄虚作假者。

(二)奖

一、有下列情况之一，单次奖励10-30元。

1、每月能按照公司规定，积极完成本职工作，并能起到较好的带头作用，表现突出者。

3、本职工作被超市领导提出表扬。

4、节省公司财物开支，半年内物耗使用比率比其他员工低。

5、帮助公司或主管提出合理化建议被采纳。

二、有下列情况之一，奖励100-200元。

1、清洁工作检查半年内无扣分，无处罚。

2、对公司清洁工作作出重大建议，被采纳后的确可行，节省开支、人工者。

3、对超市作出重大贡献者。

三、保洁组长每月奖励50元。(不胜任者，取消奖励)

四、有下列情况之一，奖励200-500元。

1、本职工作检查一年内无扣分，无处罚。

一、正式聘用及试用

2、员工按请假手续休病假的，所扣工资=休假天数*日工资(日工资=全额工资/22)，并不享受当月全勤奖。

3、员工休病假天数超过40(含40天)天的，公司有权与其终止劳动关系。

二、事假

员工因事确需本人处理，必须至少提前一天向部门主管或经理提出申请，并填写《休假申请表》，经批准后方可休假。因急事需当天休事假者，必须在本人应到岗的时间前用电话通知部门主管或经理，经同意后方可休假，事后补办请假手续。
